I used it for lunch with a business partner. On this day, many shops were closed due to the holiday, but this one was open. We were seated at the spacious counter in a wooden Japanese-style interior. Around 1 pm on a weekday, there were about 3-4 groups of customers. We ordered the Ozaki Beef Premium Course lunch (8,500 yen including tax). The meal included: Tamagoyaki, Kinmedai, Akami, Shime-saba, Katsuo, Chutoro, Madai, Sawara, Ozaki Beef, Uni and Ikura, Anago hand roll, Owan, and 2 glasses of draft beer. As everything was served in 30 minutes, we had to eat quickly. Despite being the most expensive lunch option, the quality matched the price. The red vinegar rice was slightly less, but the toppings compensated for it. The sushi was soft and needed to be eaten quickly to prevent it from falling apart. The seared Ozaki Beef paired beautifully with the uni. The Madai was refreshing with salt. Overall, the freshness was excellent, the Akami was tender, and the white fish had a good texture. After finishing the course and two beers in 30 minutes, that's where my review ends. This sushi restaurant outside Tsukiji Market is perfect for enjoying sushi in a calm environment, suitable for business meals, dates, or entertaining guests. The staff, in addition to the sushi chefs, provided efficient service. This branch is part of a group of 5-6 sushi restaurants in Tsukiji, known for serving fresh Edo-style sushi. With the addition of Ozaki Beef sushi, it offers a mix of traditional and innovative styles.
