I visited a temple inside the Tsukiji outer market, so I decided to go in. The market was filled with foreigners, and most of the shops were too crowded to enter, so we found a place a little further away. The food was quite delicious. I ordered beef pho and my wife ordered banh mi. Both came with fried spring rolls and fresh spring rolls. The beef pho had a rich broth and was delicious. The banh mi had a perfect texture and taste. The outer layer was crispy, not heavy at all, and the balance with the fillings was exquisite. Almost everyone was enjoying their meal. I thought about getting some to go, but I was worried the crispiness would be lost, so I decided against it. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again.

I recently visited the popular "Vietnamese restaurant" that I hadn't been able to revisit for a while. When I peeked inside, there was no line outside today, haha. It seems that the slightly troublesome ticket machine introduced is causing a bottleneck at the entrance. I ordered the "Chicken and Mint Leaf Banh Mi + Set Drink (chose Guava Juice)" for ¥950. I was the only one eating Banh Mi around me, but the crispy baguette was delicious and personally, I was very satisfied with my lunch.

After finishing my internship, I didn't feel like having seafood bowl at Tsukiji for lunch, so I was walking around wondering where to eat. Then I found a Vietnamese pho restaurant and decided to give it a try. They had a variety of options, but I went with the classic beef pho. It had a gentle flavor, and they had instructions on how to eat it with lime and other condiments on the table, which was quite helpful. Adding the garlic oil made it even more delicious. You order by yourself at the ticket machine near the entrance!

When I first visited, there were only pho and spring rolls, but now there are several types of banh mi and you can even get juice as a set. I've always wanted to visit Vietnam, the home country, but haven't been yet. I'm not sure if it's authentic, but the food was very delicious. The combination of meat, vegetables, cilantro, and bread is amazing. The self-ordering system has also been introduced, making it easier to order.

"Viet Yoko," a Vietnamese restaurant specializing in pho in Tsukiji, offers a variety of pho options that are perfect for both lunch and quick solo meals. Its convenient location near the station is also a plus. Surprisingly, they accept credit card payments and QR code payments, making it very convenient for cashless customers.

I recommend Banh Mi for those who are feeling sluggish in the summer heat and want to make sure they are getting proper nutrition even if they have no appetite. I chose the BBQ Pork option, but there is also Chicken for those who prefer something lighter. The pork has a rich flavor with BBQ sauce, but it also contains fresh vegetables and pickled vegetables, so I think the nutritional balance is good. You can get both meat and vegetables in one sandwich, so it was easy to eat even without much appetite. It is a self-service style with many single seats, so it is easy to dine alone.

Next to "Sushizanmai Tsukiji Station" is a Vietnamese pho restaurant called "Viet-Ya" with a very straightforward name that actually makes quite an impact. This fast-food style restaurant has become increasingly popular in the past five years, and it's convenient that they are open all day. Orders are placed using a touch panel, which helps prevent order mistakes even with part-time staff who may be unsure in Japanese. This has become more common in various Asian cuisine restaurants, which is great for expanding job opportunities. Self-service includes Pandan leaf tea, which is a unique choice compared to the usual Lotus tea found in Vietnamese restaurants. The Pandan leaf tea has a lovely vanilla-like fragrance that I personally enjoy. Orders are delivered to your table based on your order number. The signature dish, Beef Pho for ¥980, comes in a unique bowl that is quite nice. It's the traditional Hanoi style pho with a rich beef flavor that also seeps into the soup, making it a delicious and satisfying dish for a quick stop. With many Vietnamese customers dining here, you can be sure that there is no compromise on authenticity. If I had to make a suggestion, adding more herbs would make it even more authentic, but that might be a cost issue. If you're looking for that, you can always go to the famous beef pho restaurant "Pho Tin." As you leave the restaurant, looking at the Tsukiji Honganji Temple building, it might remind you of a Vietnamese temple.

Not bad, good value for money. The bread is just right in terms of size and how it's baked. However, the special Banh Mi I ordered was quite oily. After finishing it, there was so much oil on the paper. It had a rich flavor and can be considered delicious, but...the fresh spring rolls were just average.

Second visit. Last time I had the classic beef pho, so this time I tried the tender beef pho. I think the difference is in the cut of meat, but I actually preferred the classic beef pho from last time. Unfortunately, it didn't leave as much of an impression as last time, and I regret not following the "top left rule" and adding too much chili sauce despite trying to go easy on it. I recommend adding chili sauce little by little. I love Vietnamese cuisine, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal.

Ramen shop-style Vietnamese cuisine. You buy a food ticket and the food is served to you. You can enjoy pho, banh mi, and spring rolls in a casual setting. ★Order: Kids Pho My stomach wasn't feeling well, so I tried the Kids Pho with just beef, but it was very easy to eat! The meat flavor seeped into the soup with a subtle sweetness. The spring rolls we shared were pretty standard. If there are more options like this that are easy to try, I wish I could challenge more Vietnamese dishes.

I took a walk from Ginza to Kyobashi, Shin-Tomimachi, and Tsukiji. Near Tsukiji Honganji Temple (closer to Shin-Tomimachi), I discovered a restaurant called "Viet Ya"! The shop had a very pleasant atmosphere with green color tones. I went to Ho Chi Minh to support Nadeshiko in the final of the Asian Cup in 2014, which was 9 years ago. I really liked the Vietnamese food I had at that time. At Viet Ya, you pay and order using a machine at the entrance. I initially thought there was no beer available because the option for "SAIGON BEER" didn't show up until I scrolled to the right on the screen. However, after seeing the beer posters inside the shop, I confirmed with the staff and reordered through the machine. The taste was satisfying. I would like to try various other menu items next time. I'll also try adding some fish sauce (Nuoc Mam) for seasoning.

I had a set of beef pho, fresh spring rolls, fried spring rolls, egg soup, and durian che in a Vietnamese restaurant. The pho is similar to Sanuki udon in Japan, quite light in flavor (you can adjust the taste with chili sauce on the table). The beef and green onions in the pho are delicious, like a beef udon. The egg soup is even tastier when added to the pho, making it even more like beef udon. The durian che dessert is even tastier than the pho, with various ingredients in coconut milk. There is no unpleasant smell of durian at all. The tea served was a rare one called pandan leaf tea, similar to corn tea.

The drastic temperature difference between day and night makes me crave for something warm. Today, I went to a Vietnamese restaurant in Tsukiji to enjoy a comforting bowl of pho and my favorite fresh spring rolls. Although there was a time when I thought the food wasn't as delicious as before, it seems like the cooking has improved. The flavors were back and it was delicious. #TsukijiGourmet #TsukijiLunch #VietnameseCuisine #CilantroLove #TokyoLunch #TokyoLunchTour #TokyoFoodie #NoodleLover #BeefPho #TokyoGourmet #WantToConnectWithFoodies #WantToConnectWithGourmetLovers

It was still early for dinner, so I went in the evening. The interior of the restaurant was clean and there were many solo diners. I ordered the Beef Pho for 980 yen, which was refreshing and delicious. The beef was also plentiful. I particularly liked the texture of the pho, which was soft but not too soft. There was also a guide on how to eat the dish inside the restaurant, so I enjoyed changing the flavor with the condiments while eating it all up!

I visited the restaurant on Monday at 1:00 PM. About half of the seats were taken. There was an order panel on the right side of the entrance for barcode payment. I ordered "Chicken with Lime Leaf Bun" and it arrived in about 9 minutes. There were condiments on the table, like fish sauce, sliced garlic, and a red chili-like pepper. I added a little of each, and it was delicious. I wanted to try all the varieties.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while. When we visited this time, the interior was not crowded. It was dinner time, but there were only two other groups besides us. Upon entering the restaurant, we ordered using a touch panel and paid in advance before being seated. The interior was not very spacious, with about 5-6 two-person tables and 5-6 counter seats. We ordered the classic beef pho and pork BBQ bun. The pho came with lime and cilantro on the side, but for cilantro lovers, the amount was not enough. I remembered that there was an option to add more cilantro when ordering (I think it was around 100 yen), so I want to add it next time. The soup was not too strong and had a gentle flavor. Squeezing the lime made it even more delicious. There were condiments like garlic vinegar, fish sauce-like condiment, and chili sauce on the table, so we could enjoy changing the flavor while eating. Although it didn't look very voluminous, I ended up feeling quite full by the end.

I want to eat vegetables, I want to eat meat, I want something a little spicy, and I want something easy to eat, and the Vietnamese-style sandwich called Banh Mi satisfies all of these cravings! They also have fresh and fried spring rolls. It's conveniently located near Hongo-ji Temple, so you can enjoy a quick and easy lunch or snack. I will definitely go back!

I found a Vietnamese restaurant near Tsukiji Station and visited for lunch. They had my favorite 333 beer and fried spring rolls, which was great! The beef pho had a delicious soup, and I could also adjust the flavor with condiments, so I didn't get tired of eating it. I also ordered the lunch set with fresh spring rolls and fried spring rolls, but I forgot to take a picture... I will definitely go back again! Thank you for the meal.

As soon as you get off at Tsukiji Station, you can enjoy delicious pho at a Vietnamese restaurant with a few seats but always bustling with customers. First, order at the touch panel at the storefront and pay in advance. You can choose whether you want coriander or not. Take your food ticket and wait a bit at your seat, and here it comes! The pho is delicious. There are instructions on how to enjoy the food at your seat, so I added a bit of garlic vinegar and spice. The portion is perfect and quite filling, but if you're still hungry, you can try adding spring rolls with the lunch set. Enjoy!

This shop in Tsukiji. It's quite close to Shintomicho Station. I heard about the popular rice noodle dish "Bun" from Vietnam for the first time. I suddenly felt like eating it and decided to stop by. I ordered the "Grilled Chicken with Lime Leaves Bun". The dish arrived with noodle-like white strands. I poured a sweet chili sauce over it and tried it. It was delicious! I really liked it. It's easier to eat than Pho, which is another Vietnamese noodle dish. I finished it in no time. I want to eat it again! Thank you for the meal.
