This is a concept cafe-style restaurant in a broad sense. A place I had been wanting to visit for a long time. Both my friend and I come from a science background, so we asked the staff what their field was, which was also fun. The atmosphere feels a bit like chemistry, but there are also people from the biology field, so my friend and I, who are not in chemistry, felt relieved. The drink menu has interesting names with cute illustrations, and there are plenty of choices to make. I started with my favorite Absinthe. I had heard about the history and explanations before, but it was the first time a place explained the principles of why it turns this color, and I was extremely happy. The taste, of course, was delicious with this unique aroma. I felt a bit smarter after hearing the principles. My friend had the Mad Scientist drink. He said it tasted like a Mad Scientist, very distinctive. It's quite a unique flavor, so I highly recommend trying it. It comes in a flask, so it's also great for photos. For my second drink, I had Lithium. It's something you learn about in flame tests in science. I love clamato, so I chose this without hesitation. It goes really well with chili peppers, but it's the spiciest among the drinks, so be careful. It's addictive and you won't need any snacks. I liked the strong spiciness so much that I had another drink. The restaurant has a tank with newts and zebrafish (with lots of shrimp). They were so cute that I watched them carefully, and the staff engaged in related topics, making me feel really comfortable. The dehydrated curry, which I initially wondered about for a concept restaurant, turned out to be delicious curry. I should have ordered one for myself. One interesting point is that you can rent lab coats. There are plenty of them to choose from, and you can wear them freely. There are two types of lab coats, and one of them is from Beams! Lab coats even come from places like that. I was envious of the lab coat with the ugly, cinched sleeves, so I wore it with enthusiasm. The counter and display shelves have American crackers, bismuth, benzene ring coasters, an element table in the restroom, and delicious kimwipes on the tables. Everything was appealing to those in the science field. This was a place I wanted to visit once, but I want to try different cocktails and maybe even make it a regular spot. There were posters recruiting for events to be held here. Whether you're from the science field or just interested, I highly recommend visiting this restaurant.
