The foie gras had no unpleasant smell, thanks to the cauliflower sauce. The pasta was satisfying with a slight hint of ragu sauce smell. The red snapper had a crispy skin and tender flesh, complemented by a refreshing green sauce with shiso. The sirloin steak was tender and paired well with the red wine sauce. The dessert, panna cotta and fruit punch, left a refreshing taste in the mouth. Each dish was delicious and served at the right timing. My partner surprised me with a proposal during this meal, and the staff had helped with the surprise, making it a wonderful day. The dining area has high ceilings and glass walls, creating a bright and open atmosphere. The lunch course costs ¥4800 and includes a summer-like terrine of corn for the appetizer, a choice of three pasta dishes (such as red squid and shishito pepper aglio e olio oil pasta), a choice of three main dishes (like sautéed Kirishima pure pork with two types of mustard), and olive oil with bread. And the highlight is the dessert wagon, where you can have seconds. After the meal, you can also have a drink. I chose a cafe latte. The glass dessert included lychee jelly, pink strawberry chocolate coating, pistachio mousse, and a macaron with chocolate cream filling. Dessert is always a separate stomach, right? You could choose the pasta and main dish, and have unlimited dessert and drinks. The appetizer was like a terrine of ratatouille with orange sauce, basil sauce, and pumpkin seeds. I chose the sakura shrimp aglio e olio for the pasta, which was well-seasoned and delicious. The main dish was domestic beef steak, which had some chewy parts but I like lean meat so I personally enjoyed it. The combination of dessert buffet and beef steak at this price point and atmosphere felt like a great value. All the staff members were polite and attentive.

The chocolate treats at the buffet were also a hit, especially the matcha chocolate. I opted for non-alcoholic drinks and enjoyed their original blend tea with rose and strawberry notes.
