On this day, we planned a birthday celebration for a family member. They wanted teppanyaki, so we chose a stylish restaurant in a fashionable town. The restaurant is called Aoyama Gyusai Ginza Line, located on a small street about a 5-minute walk from Gaienmae Station. The entrance exudes a stylish vibe. Since there were five of us, we opted for a private room. Sitting around a large L-shaped teppanyaki grill instantly lifted our spirits. We each ordered our favorite drinks and raised a toast! Happy birthday!!
- Aoyama Gyusai Course: 17,600 yen + 10% service charge
- Beef Tataki: Thinly sliced beef with garlic soy sauce, incredibly delicious and melts in your mouth.
- Today's Appetizer: A luxurious platter with various sashimi such as alfonsino, grouper, and grouper carpaccio, surrounded by baby corn, okra, cherry tomatoes, snow peas, and red radish topped with caviar and salmon roe.
- Foie Gras: Flambéed on the teppanyaki grill, a spectacular sight with a crispy rusk topped with creamy foie gras and a delightful sauce.
- Abalone: Chef skillfully prepares abalone on the grill, showcasing the texture and flavor of this delicacy.
- Hitachi Beef Fillet (120g): A perfectly cooked fillet with a beautiful red color, tender and juicy, served with steak sauce, wasabi, and salt.
- Seasonal Grilled Vegetables: Eggplant, pumpkin, and spinach served as a garnish, each highlighting its unique flavor.
- Salad: A refreshing mix of lettuce, purple cabbage, and komatsuna with dressing.
- Garlic Rice: Sesame-topped garlic rice with a hint of Japanese influence.
- Soup: A comforting bowl of soup to end the meal.
- Pickles: A traditional accompaniment to rice.
- Dessert Platter: Assorted desserts including ice cream, tart, and fruit compote.
- Coffee: A satisfying cup of coffee to conclude the meal.
After finishing the meal, everyone in the family had a big smile of satisfaction. It was truly a wonderful birthday celebration, and we were happy to have created such beautiful memories. Thank you for the delicious feast.
