Ebisu Station West Exit, just a short walk from Atre Ebisu on the right side of the street, you will find "Sushi Maguroya". First, let's talk about the exterior. As you can see, it looks more like a seafood izakaya than a sushi restaurant, and there is a lot of information at the entrance, which is convenient being close to the station. Inside, there are counter seats, table seats, and even private rooms, making it suitable for individuals or large groups. This place is operated by a long-established tuna wholesaler founded 68 years ago. I arrived around 1:00 pm after my first stop was late, and there were a few customers at the table seats. I sat at the counter, feeling a bit anxious that the dish I wanted might be sold out. Looking at the menu, they offer a variety of dishes focusing on tuna, sushi, sashimi set meals, and rice bowls, all of which look delicious. However, the "Bone-in Chutoro Set Meal" is a must-try here!! I placed my order, and luckily they still had it available. I eagerly waited as the chef prepared the dish in front of me, and before I knew it, the huge Bone-in Chutoro Set Meal arrived. It's huge!! And only for 1180 yen!? In Ebisu!? The impact was impressive, and the taste of the chutoro, with its richness and sweetness spreading in my mouth, was absolutely delightful!! Plus, it's fun to shave off the meat!! (I got so into it and couldn't stop laughing) The rice is topped with seasoned seaweed, so you can make small battleships, and the boiled whitebait, chawanmushi, and miso soup were all delicious and satisfying!! This place can also be used as an izakaya in the evening, and best of all, it's open until 5 am, so if you want to drink until morning, be sure to visit!! - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - 【Menu】 ・Bone-in Chutoro Set Meal: 1180 yen
