This is my first visit for lunch on a regular day. The restaurant is located on the B1F restaurant floor of Otemachi Financial City Gran Cube. It's past 11:30 but there's a wait for 5 people. When you reach the front of the line or near the front, the staff will instruct you to purchase a meal ticket from the vending machine, then wait on the opposite side of the line outside the store. The menu options include "Chicken Shio Soba" for 980 yen, "Chicken Shoyu Soba" for 980 yen, as well as 3 types of dipping soba dishes and a "Oyakodon" for 980 yen. I ordered the "Chicken Shio Soba". Many restaurants that serve "Chicken Shio" prefer to call it "Soba" rather than "Ramen". The "Chicken Shio Soba" has a color reminiscent of corn potage soup, with elaborate toppings in the center that don't resemble typical ramen toppings. The soup is rich as described, but has a light taste and a pleasant aftertaste, making it really delicious. It gives the impression of standing out from other chicken shio ramen soups, and seems to be a taste that has been well researched. The neighboring "dipping soba" also looked colorful and delicious, so I would like to try it next time. I finished eating and left the restaurant around 12:10, but there were about 20 people lined up outside the store.

For lunch today, I had the Chicken White Soy Sauce Soba for 1200 yen at Ginza Kagari Otemachi store in Otemachi Financial City Gran Cube. It had been a while since I last visited Kagari, known for its rich yet not overwhelming soup. The store in Otemachi is one of their 8 locations nationwide, and the ordering process was quick and efficient. The soup was delicious and the thin noodles from Mikawa-ya were cooked perfectly. Adding ginger, fried onions, black pepper, and onion oil enhanced the flavors even more. It was a great meal and I really enjoyed it. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

This is a trendy ramen shop where you can enjoy fashionable chicken white broth ramen. The creamy soup pairs well with slightly thick noodles, and the chicken chashu is flavorful and plentiful. The mushrooms and vegetables add a nice accent to the soup, making it very delicious!

As expected from a Michelin-listed and Bloomberg-featured chicken broth shop, it was delicious! The soup was a rich potage-style chicken broth, which paired well with the noodles. On this day, it had pumpkin, potatoes, baby corn, and pea shoots. The chicken chashu was moist and tender, absolutely delicious! The seasoned egg was also tasty!

I visited for lunch on a regular day. I arrived around 12:30 and had to wait for about 5 groups ahead of me, but I got in after about 10 minutes. It might have been a coincidence that it was not too crowded due to the typhoon. I ordered the chicken white soup ramen and butter truffle rice. I had a really delicious experience when I ate at the Ginza branch a few years ago, but this time it wasn't as impressive. Especially the butter truffle rice was too rich and intense in flavor. However, the mazesoba and tsukemen that the person next to me was eating looked really good, so I want to try a different menu next time.

Before 11:30 am on a regular day, I went to this place in the restaurant area of Otemachi Financial City for lunch. It's been 7 years since I visited the Ginza store before it moved. The number of stores has increased, right? It's great that they open from 11:00 am when it's crowded for lunch in Otemachi. I learned that the line to wait in changes before and after buying a meal ticket. This time, I wanted something nutritious, so I chose the rich dried fish tsukemen instead of the usual. It's nice that you can choose regular or large size for the same price. It looks beautiful. This will definitely be popular. The taste is delicious too! However, if you want to eat dried fish ramen, you might not necessarily need to eat it here, so if you do, it's better to stick to the classic one.

After finishing my business in Otemachi, I decided to have lunch before heading home. I arrived around 11:30 and had to wait for about 6 people ahead of me. I was torn between chicken broth and fish broth, but because it was hot, I ordered the fish broth dipping noodles (1,200 yen) in a large portion. After waiting for about 5 minutes, the noodles with dipping sauce and a side soup were served neatly. The dish was beautifully presented with crunchy vegetables, three types of chashu, and other toppings. The noodles were thick and had a firm texture, providing a satisfying and delicious meal. I finished off with the side soup, and when I added the "onion oil" from the table, it added a fragrant touch that enhanced the flavor. Considering the location and reputation of the restaurant, I thought that being able to enjoy such tasty and filling noodles at this price was quite a good deal. Thank you for the meal!

I had some business in Otemachi, so my wife and I visited a ramen shop. My wife is not a fan of chicken broth ramen, so we opted for the dried sardine ramen. The soup was delicious with no bitterness or fishy taste, and I was impressed by the onion accents. This is definitely a tasty dried sardine ramen. We were able to enter without waiting in line, as Otemachi is not crowded on weekends.

Third visit. I felt like eating it again after a long time, so I decided to go. Just so you know, it's not ramen! It's French cuisine called ramen. The price is reasonable. I personally think it's delicious, but the taste seems to get boring gradually. Please try changing the taste.

I visited around 8 o'clock on a regular evening. There were two groups ahead of us in line. The system was to purchase a meal ticket before lining up. The foreign staff member wasn't very efficient, and they seated people who bought their tickets after us before us, which left us feeling a bit upset even before entering. The chicken white broth ramen was quite rich and had a depth similar to pork bone broth. The ginger served with the ramen was refreshing and paired well. It was richer than typical chicken white broth, so while delicious, it could get a bit overwhelming quickly. It was nice to have black pepper and vinegar for flavor variation.

Located inside the Otemachi Building with easy access from the subway. They serve my favorite vegetables such as potatoes, pumpkin, baby corn, and tomatoes. The soup is light yet flavorful, and it doesn't leave you feeling thirsty after eating. Very elegant.

Chicken broth soba for 1,200 yen. The soup is very delicious without any chicken smell, and I have always liked it since a long time ago. However, when I went there after a long time, I found that the price had increased. I understand that it may be inevitable due to the current situation and the location, but the higher price makes me hesitate a bit.

When I first ate at the store in Ginza, I was surprised by the delicious Western-style vegetables and creamy soup. Today, the summer vegetables were fresh and delicious, and the taste changed deliciously with the addition of ginger topping. It was hot, but I will get through the summer by nourishing myself with warm, rich soup!

Located in the restaurant district in the basement of Gran Cube in Otemachi Financial City. It is a super business district adjacent to buildings such as the Yomiuri Shimbun headquarters and the Sankei G Building. It is also near the starting point of the Hakone Ekiden relay race. I ordered the most popular Chicken White Soup SOBA. First, they served fresh ginger and fried onions as condiments, and it seems that paper aprons are distributed to all seats, popular among business district women. I could understand why Chicken White Soup SOBA is popular. The soup is literally a creamy chicken white soup, like a gentle potage soup. The medium-thin straight noodles, cooked just right, also go well with the soup. It's like a thin noodle soup pasta. The ingredients include baby corn, tomato, potato, pumpkin, kaiware radish, and radish, which are not commonly used in ramen toppings, but the balance is well maintained. Towards the end, I added some ginger and fried onions for a slight change in flavor, and before I knew it, I had finished my meal and drink. It may not be enough for big eaters, but it was just right for me. Thank you for the meal.

The soup was delicious. I wanted to pour it over rice haha. The chicken on top was tender and tasty, but the vegetables...hmm...I'm not sure why they were there...it felt like they didn't really belong. If they're going to add vegetables, I wish they were tastier ones. I'm not sure if it was just a small amount or what, but I felt unsatisfied after eating.

The soup was lighter than expected! The noodles were soft, and the toppings were cold, so when I first drank the soup, it was lukewarm. Maybe if you mix it well, the temperature won't be an issue. The interior of the restaurant was clean. Thank you for the meal!

I was always curious because there was always a line at lunchtime. When I went around 11:30, luckily there were only about 3 people waiting. First, I lined up on the right to check the menu. Then I bought a meal ticket and lined up again on the left. It was nice to be able to use Suica at the ordering machine. I ordered the 2nd most popular chicken shoyu ramen. It was exactly like a potage. It exceeded my expectations. It wasn't my favorite, but I was satisfied.

I arrived a little before 12 o'clock on a regular day and there were about 6 people in line. I waited for about 10 minutes and then entered the shop. I ordered the large portion of chicken broth ramen. It was delicious as always. The soup is rich but has an elegant taste. I'm thinking of trying their new menu next time.

We went there for lunch on a regular day with two people. The line was as long as usual. It's strange that the line before buying the meal ticket is organized, but the line after buying it is not, so they keep selling meal tickets one after another, making the line messy. If they make people wait to buy the ticket or organize the line after buying, it would be better. The ramen is definitely the chicken white broth. No doubt about it.

I visited for lunch on a regular day. I arrived after 1 pm and there were about 5 people in line. There are separate lines for buying food tickets and entering after purchasing tickets, so be careful where you line up. I ordered the standard ramen, which was very flavorful and delicious. The toppings were also carefully selected, making it a great bowl of ramen. The restaurant itself was very clean and had an elegant atmosphere, which may be due to the location.

This restaurant is a famous ramen shop that has been featured in the Michelin guide. I heard news a while back that the chef, who was the creator of this ramen, had passed away. The branch of the shop is still open. It's my third visit after a few years. I planned to try their new dish, but it was already sold out, so I chose their original ramen. The soup was rich and delicious. The noodles seemed relatively ordinary. The chicken chashu seemed a bit thinner than when I first tried it. I finished every drop of the soup. There were even foreigners taking commemorative photos in front of the shop. Well, this ramen would definitely be popular. It's rich in umami and very tasty.
