There was a pre-opening at the BAR! The bar located inside a rental SOHO office that opened in 2010. I visited the newly renovated the BAR, which used to be a solo drinking spot in Shinbashi. The entrance on the first floor of this building seems to be designed by the interior designer Masamichi Katayama. I heard that Katayama was also involved in the design of the BAR. The prices of drinks were reasonable, so I felt at ease when I opened the door. I initially sat at the counter, but when I saw the view of the sea, I wanted to move to the ocean side. The night view was breathtaking and definitely worth seeing. I ordered The Premium Malt's Master's Dream for 800 yen, Spaghetti Bolognese, and Fish & Chips. I also had a refill of Carlsberg beer for 700 yen. Maybe I ordered too much, but the portions were generous and it was a satisfying dinner. They also had curry rice, which I considered, but the Bolognese with its homemade taste and rich sauce was delicious. Next time, I'll definitely try the curry. It's a reasonably priced restaurant where you can fill up your stomach. It feels luxurious to enjoy the view of Tokyo Tower, the Ferris wheel, and the Museum of Maritime Science. The view is familiar, but at night, it's quiet and the lights are beautiful. I was guided to the unused second-floor observation deck, where I could relax on a large round sofa and enjoy the elegant atmosphere with full-length glass windows. I heard that this place was used as a filming location for the movie "Helter Skelter," which brought back memories. The ambiance of the restaurant is great, and chatting with the staff at the counter is also a very enjoyable experience. They are knowledgeable about whiskey, so whiskey lovers will surely enjoy it.

If I were to say it in one word, it would be "Amazing night view!!!" Rainbow Bridge, Tokyo Tower, Skytree, and the city buildings can all be seen from the same eye level. Since it is not accessible to the general public and located slightly away from the city center, you can enjoy a leisurely time. There are plenty of drink options and the food is not just light snacks, so you can also have a meal here.
