Located in Kanda, "Sta. Kanda" is a stylish space that cleverly utilizes its location under the elevated train tracks. The tables are made of marble, and the dishes have a unified metallic look, showing attention to detail. The dishes are supervised by a nutritionist, focusing on health-conscious options. The prices are very reasonable. The drinks menu includes a wide range of options such as wine, craft beer, and cocktails, all carefully crafted in terms of appearance and taste. I had the autumn salmon with tartar sauce for lunch today and it was delicious! The salmon was thick and paired well with the tartar sauce. The side dishes were also delicious, with flavors that really highlighted the ingredients. The rice soup had a unique and gentle taste that I really enjoyed. The dishes were served in cute tableware, adding to the overall charm of the meal. I visited around 1:00 PM on Saturday and had to wait about 20 minutes. The café was less crowded during tea time, allowing for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The tables were spacious and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I will definitely be going back!

Dish menu 6380 yen course dinner at Staseven in Kanda. The entrance of the restaurant gives off a stylish art museum vibe, which doesn't feel like Akihabara at all. The interior is lovely and the atmosphere is great. It was hard to choose from the menu because everything looked so appealing. I went with the shiso and sansho mojito for my drink, which was refreshing with a hint of sansho pepper. The course dishes were all visually appealing and delicious, especially the autumn salmon and mushroom mozzarella chawanmushi. For the main dish, we chose one to share between two people. The course even included onigiri as a unique way to finish the meal, which made me feel very Japanese. The tofu milk soup was also comforting. The service was great and the restaurant was not crowded, maybe because it was a Tuesday. Overall, it was a very satisfying dinner experience. Staseven also has branches in Shibuya and Nihonbashi.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while, so I was taken here for my birthday by Sta. The interior was like a beautiful art gallery, with a lot of greenery and a great sense of style. We had a course meal with each dish carefully crafted. My favorites were the mushroom and autumn salmon with mozzarella chawanmushi, and the main dish of crispy and fluffy chicken with fig and balsamic sauce. The birthday plate with various cakes was delicious, especially the hojicha pudding. It was a great experience, although there were some operational issues in different areas that were a bit disappointing. Thank you for the meal.

A stylish shop that doesn't look like Akihabara at all! It's so cozy that the entrance is hard to find. LOL I used the course for my friend's birthday celebration. The dishes were all delicious with careful seasoning! I especially liked the chicken I chose for the main course! The drinks were a bit pricey, but overall, I was satisfied. The birthday plate was gorgeous and very cute!! (There are no photos though..)

I used it for lunch on my day off. There were about two groups waiting, but they quickly guided me after I spent some time around Manseibashi. The guidance was convenient as they used a waiting time app (LINE). The lunch menu was either curry or daily special set meal. This time, I had the set meal lunch (fried chicken). It was healthy and delicious.

I had been curious about this restaurant for a while and finally got to go. This time, I ordered the daily special set meal. That week, it was smoked mackerel with oven-roasted tomatoes and basil balsamic vinegar sauce. There were plenty of side dishes, which was nice. The flavors were a bit lighter than I had expected. The drip coffee was delicious even without milk. The interior of the restaurant was stylish and the music was nice. I felt that the prices were a bit on the higher side.

The atmosphere is amazing! The concrete and block walls are cute, and being by the river is lovely. The food menu is extensive and everything was delicious. We ordered a variety of dishes and it was just the right amount of food! It would be nice if the cafe drink menu was a bit more varied (they only had coffee and tea, I think). I recommend trying the square cheesecake!

I have used the Sta. series for dinner at their Shibuya location before, but this was my first time trying their lunch at the Kanda store. I was looking for a place to have lunch near Akihabara on a holiday, and surprisingly found Sta. Kanda nearby. I thought I wouldn't be able to get in without a reservation, but I was able to get a table quite easily (although there was a small line forming by the time we left, so maybe we were lucky with the timing). It's a short walk from Akihabara, within a manageable distance (I'm not good with heat). The building has a sense of openness and a calm atmosphere. Just stepping inside makes time feel like it's flowing leisurely. The interior is spacious and stylish. I ordered a plate with food, green curry, and pork shabu-shabu, along with drinks like homemade ginger ale and coffee. The dishes were all meticulously made and filled me with satisfaction. I think it would be lovely to visit for dinner as well, but I definitely want to stop by for lunch if I'm in the area again.

This is a stylish restaurant where you can enjoy a meal under the elevated tracks! We thought we were just having a meal here, but in the end, they surprised my friend with a birthday celebration. The interior is a bit dim, so it's better to go with just 2 people rather than a large group. The stuffed bell peppers were delicious, using fresh bell peppers which I had never tried before. The portion sizes are not that big, so it's good for those who like to eat a little bit at a time. The service may take a bit of time, so it's better to order drinks before they run out.

The menu was all attractive and stylish! I went with a friend and the atmosphere was so nice that we were talking about wanting to come back while eating. The food was delicious and visually appealing, but the dessert and time-consuming dishes seemed to have been forgotten as they didn't come at all until we asked a staff member. It's a 2-hour limit, but we finished the dessert quickly, probably in about 5 minutes. I would like to go again, but I hope the menu items won't be forgotten. The taste is really delicious!

I came to Marche Ekiute Kanda Manseibashi, where shops line the river. The shop I was looking for is [Sta. Kanda]. The entrance to Marche Ekiute faces the main street. I entered the building and went straight ahead. The other side of the entrance is open and leads directly to the river. Walking along the wooden deck by the river, I arrived at the cafe I was looking for. The spacious interior has 4-seater tables and large communal tables. The room right by the entrance was already full, so I was guided to the room on the left. The lighting is somewhat dim, and the red brick and exposed concrete walls give a cool vibe. It's very calming. I chose the curry from the lunch menu. Curry suits this place well. I knew they alternate between two types of curry weekly. This week was "Gohou and Fresh Herb Green Curry" with salad. The carrot salad is delicious! The aroma is the key. The scent of cumin and cardamom elevates the carrots. The curry gravy has a earthy aroma from gohou. It has a thick and rich taste. It's unique and delicious. The only downside is that the salt is slightly too strong. This could be improved. The coffee also has a clean taste, showing good sourcing. A cafe restaurant where you can relax alone or with a group. Recommended for those who want to eat delicious vegetables.

I had lunch at a restaurant in Kanda station after a long time. The lunch on weekends is popular and there is a wait, but on weekdays you can get in without waiting. It is located inside a commercial facility called "mAAch ecute" which utilizes the magnificent red brick building of the former Manseibashi. It seems that the location is hard to find for first-timers, as a friend of mine complained that they couldn't find the entrance and gave up on entering (laughs). You can reach it by advancing to the deck along the river without entering the facility. I have also made a reservation and used it at night, but since the lunch menu comes out a la carte, I definitely recommend lunch! There are only two choices, set meal and curry, but the set meal has a good presentation with a variety of side dishes, making it a healthy option. The weekly set meal (¥1,600) on this day was rice flour fried chicken. The crispy coating is fragrant, and the meat is soft and moist. It has a slight Asian taste with lemongrass and coconut flavor, but it is not overpowering, and it is as delicious as Japanese traditional set meals. This fried chicken seems to be popular at night too. The side dishes are carrot rape, broccoli, edamame, and other vegetable-centric dishes. Among them, the rape has a twist with cumin and cardamom. The simple yet refreshing sweet vinegar of daikon was also outstanding. I want to eat this kind of meal every day. It may feel a bit expensive if you use it for lunch five days a week, but it's a place I want to visit occasionally. By the way, the cheesecake here is also exquisite! It's worth coming here just for that ♡ It's a bit disappointing that the drinks are a bit weak (the black soybean roasted tea is delicious), but I plan to visit again to try the cheesecake!

I had the fried chicken lunch. It was a healthy meal with plenty of side dishes, which I appreciated. The hojicha blancmange was delicious! It was a weekday so I was able to relax. Please be careful as the entrance is hard to find at the back of the facility. 😊

I thought it was going to be a pretentious organic cafe with a high self-consciousness, but the curry was surprisingly delicious and the overall quality was good enough to keep the restaurant running. Even though it's a bit pricey like a pretentious cafe, the interior is nice, the food is tasty, and the prices are reasonable, so it's better than going to a mediocre cafe. I recommend it for a date. I would like to go back just to eat the rice again.

Arrival time: 11:30 Entry time: 11:40 Crowded: Around 12:30 after meals, there was a wait of about 7 groups. Other: I ordered the black throat flitter. The flitter consisted of two pieces of black throat and two pieces of nagaimo (Chinese yam). It was delicious. The ginger miso sauce that came with it was delicious too, and it was also good with vegetables, so I recommend it.

The variety was not extensive, but the healthy and delicious meal. The interior of the store, with the brickwork under the guard that evokes history, had a very nice atmosphere. The atmosphere inside the store was very good, and the atmosphere of the river illuminated by lights at night also seemed nice, so I thought I would come at night next time.

The curry was delicious, and the cheesecake was amazing. They paired perfectly with the black tea. The interior of the restaurant is clean with high ceilings. It has a welcoming atmosphere for solo diners but also great for a relaxing date. I want to try their set meal next time. Weekly curry special 1430 yen, square cheesecake 660 yen, black tea 605 yen.

I went to Sta. Kanda and ordered Tamba black soybean tea (550 yen) and square cheesecake (600 yen). I was curious about what a square cheesecake would be like after seeing other people's posts. The entrance to this place is not immediately obvious, which adds to the intrigue. I entered through a narrow path along the Kanda River. When I arrived around 2 pm on a weekday, there were many customers enjoying lunch near the entrance, but there were more seats in the back and I was seated promptly. The shop has retained the brick walls from its days as a station, and the red marble tables that go well with the bricks are quite impressive. The food served here is prepared carefully without unnecessary ingredients, so you can enjoy it every day. The square cheesecake is indeed cute in size, perfect for dessert after a meal. The bottom part is a thin cookie crust, and the cheesecake part is soft, creating a nice balance. I would like to come back for lunch next time. I enjoyed my meal on this day as well. Thank you for the delicious food.

Sta. is a stylish restaurant perfect for a dinner date. Located in Shibuya and Nihonbashi, but this one is more convenient to get to. The fashionable facility mAAch ecute Kanda Manseibashi is a renovated elevated railway station with a trendy atmosphere in a red brick building. It's hidden at the end of a tunnel, making it feel like a hidden gem. I opted for the course menu on this day, and each dish was delicious, made with homemade seasonings. The dishes were all stylish yet had a nostalgic and comforting flavor. The three-item platter included a refreshing carrot salad, a Japanese-style potato salad with spring onion and dried baby sardines, and a crispy bell pepper stuffed with flavorful minced meat. One of my favorites was the bamboo shoot and mozzarella cheese chawanmushi. The combination of bamboo shoots, mozzarella cheese, and chawanmushi is a delightful mix that I love! For the main course, we chose the grilled Miyazaki chicken, which was one of four appealing options. We ended the meal with a ginger-pickled rice ball, which comes in three sizes. I chose the medium size and enjoyed it with a delicious soy milk soup. The drinks were reasonably priced and tasty, especially the vinegar sour made with a vinegar syrup soaked in yuzu peel, which had a subtle rosemary aroma. It was a wonderful dinner at this hidden gem of a stylish restaurant.
