I went to the herbal cuisine restaurant 10ZEN Aoyama store again! Last time, I enjoyed a solo herbal hot pot for lunch with my partner, but this time it was for dinner. My companion was Michelle from #BanG_Dream. In the evening, there are three types of herbal hot pots available, each with different effects like nourishing and detoxifying. The vegetables and mushrooms are the same for all, but the soup and accompanying meats vary. We chose the detox version, which came with Iwachu pork and shrimp dumplings!! Personally, I was happy to be able to eat seafood and meat at the same time. It was midsummer, but the restaurant was quite popular and full of women. Everyone was enjoying the herbal hot pot! Also, this time we had two types of soup, chicken white broth and herbal spicy broth! The combination of the comforting soup and the spicy soup was enjoyable. There were various types of mushrooms, so it was really fun and satisfying! Once again, my stomach was wonderfully filled!! I wonder if I detoxed~. I've been accumulating toxins lately, so I'll definitely go back. Thank you to the staff at the restaurant! It was a feast!

A wonderful herbal cuisine and hot pot restaurant located in Aoyama! It is very close to Omotesando Station B1 exit, making it easily accessible, and it is located right on the main street, so it is easy to find. The restaurant itself is located underground down a staircase. (Right next to the cosmetics brand Aesop) At the bottom of the stairs, you can see a bright entrance and a deck where you can dine outside. The interior is bright, stylish, and spacious, with counter seats making it convenient for solo diners. I ordered the Herbal Hot Pot Beauty Set for 2980 yen, which included: ・Wagyu beef tail ・Abek chicken breast meat ・Seasonal vegetable assortment ・Mushroom assortment For drinks, I had: Beauty Juice Detox Juice Nourishing Strengthening Juice Riraku Tea Vitality Sake Viña Chardonnay This herbal hot pot is recommended for those who want moisture and glowing skin. The restaurant offers herbal options tailored to your specific needs, such as detox and nourishing hot pots. The "Herbal Wagyu Tail Soup" and "Herbal Chicken White Soup" were both delicious and unique, with special mushrooms like yellow and pink varieties adding color and flavor. The mushrooms and vegetables were plentiful, providing a satisfying meal. The Wagyu tail and chicken meat added a rich flavor to the soup, making it even more delicious. The herbal drinks, teas, and sake offered also have beneficial effects, so I recommend trying them. Overall, if you are looking for affordable and healthy dining in the Omotesando and Aoyama area, this restaurant is a must-visit. I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious the herbal cuisine was, and I look forward to returning to try their other dishes like ramen and porridge. Highly recommended! Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I was feeling hungry so I decided to have a hearty meal with some meat for dinner. As I was passing by, I saw a place that looked healthy so I decided to go in. I ordered a serving of chicken white broth hot pot with pork and scallops added, and also got the salad bar. For dessert, I had the herbal dessert Five Elements Water, Fire Brownie, and almond jelly. If I had more time and space in my stomach, I would have liked to try the dessert set with all five elements. Strangely, my bowel movements improved significantly while eating, and I felt like my body was getting more energetic, so maybe the herbal ingredients were starting to take effect. It's a mystery. The food was delicious and good for my body, so I would like to come back and try other menu items. Thank you for the delicious herbal dishes, it was a great meal.

I had the Herbal Spicy Hot Pot (with pork and brown rice). The majority of customers in the restaurant were young women. The taste was not bad. It's a more refined type of hot pot, not the hardcore kind. The location of the restaurant and the herbal aspect seem to attract young female customers. The portion size is on the smaller side for men. If I had one complaint, it would be about the way the pork is served. It doesn't have to be in dumpling form. It's a bit of a hassle to peel them off one by one when putting them in the pot. Other than that, everything was fine, and I enjoyed it.

I booked a detox course. Even though the scheduled time was 11 o'clock, the chain on the store was not removed, and my partner who I was meeting up with was getting anxious. More and more reserved customers and walk-ins entered the store, with a line of people waiting outside. The hot pot tasted delicious, including the seasonings. One disappointing thing was that there were a few mosquitoes flying around and some ended up in the hot pot. But when we told the staff, they handled it properly. I'm grateful. I would like to go back next time to try the hot pot alone.

I wanted to have hot pot for lunch, so I searched and found this place. I chose the spicy soup, but it wasn't too spicy and easy to eat. The herbal black vinegar was delicious. This time, I had the hot pot and brown rice set, but the salad bar looked very appealing, so I want to try the salad bar and congee set next time. The restaurant was easy to use and lovely.

After a long time, I had lunch at 10ZEN. I thought the membership service was gone because the QR code on the table was missing, but they brought it to me. So, I got a complimentary salad. I ordered the Yakuza Noodle Soup in white (1140 yen). Today, the noodles were a bit firm, but the soup still lacked the transparency it used to have. Nevertheless, it was delicious.

Had dinner with a friend in Omotesando. We went to eat a healthy Chinese herbal hot pot. The restaurant is located on the basement floor near Omotesando Station. The interior is clean and white, with a nice atmosphere. There are plenty of counter seats, so there are many solo diners. The sofa seats are spacious and comfortable. We ordered: - Detox Set 2,980 yen (Chinese herbal chicken broth, Chinese herbal spicy soup, seasonal vegetables, mushroom assortment, shrimp balls, Iwajun pork) - Ending rice porridge 550 yen First, we toasted with Chinese herbal juice! The detox juice with apple, lemon, and cinnamon was sweet and refreshing. The cinnamon added a nice fragrance. Before the Chinese herbal hot pot, we had stick-shaped hawthorn berries. They were soft and had a good sweetness, similar to figs. They are rich in vitamin C and minerals, aiding digestion when eaten before a meal. The Chinese herbal chicken broth is a white soup made from chicken bones with red hawthorn berries, cinnamon, and codonopsis. The soup has a gentle yet powerful flavor with the aroma of cinnamon. It envelops you in the taste of Chinese herbal medicine. Adding Iwajun pork and Chinese herbal pepper made it even more delicious. The Chinese herbal spicy soup had a spicy kick with the umami of vegetables. The spiciness gradually builds up, becoming addictive. The bouncy shrimp balls had a vibrant flavor that complemented the spicy soup well. We ended with brown rice porridge. The chewy brown rice had a sweet flavor, and the rich soup infused with the essence of vegetables and meat paired perfectly. We enjoyed a delicious and healthy meal with Chinese herbal drinks and hot pot. The next morning, we felt refreshed without any heaviness. I plan to go alone next time since they also offer hot pot for one person. (*˘︶˘*).。*♡

I visited the restaurant for a girls' night out on a Friday evening. The place was full of women! They offer individual hot pot so there were many solo diners as well. I ordered the detox hot pot and salad bar. I also had non-alcoholic herbal tea and juice, which cost around 5,000 yen. I felt like I needed more vegetables, so I added the salad bar (800 yen), but just getting a single serving of salad (500 yen) would have been enough. The salad had a limited variety of vegetables, but the toppings and dressings were unique, allowing for different combinations. The hot pot was a bit disappointing as it seemed to have boiled down too much, but the variety of mushrooms was enjoyable. There was no explanation provided, so I wasn't sure what I was eating at times, but overall it was a convenient location and I would go back if I feel like I need more vegetables!

I've recently gained some weight, so I'm lightly dieting. It's difficult to maintain my shape while enjoying delicious food... But during those times, I can eat without worry at "Yakuzen Restaurant 10ZEN Aoyama Store". As the name suggests, this is a place where you can easily enjoy Yakuzen cuisine. Their "Yakuzen Hot Pot" for 1,380 yen and "Iwachu Pork" for 300 yen are recommended. One great point about this place is that you can order hot pot for one person. It comes with a variety of vegetables, different from the hot pot you make at home. Despite the name "Yakuzen Hot Pot", it's not too spicy or hard to eat like traditional Yakuzen dishes. However, the hot pot doesn't come with meat, so you'll have to add it separately if you want. Their "Yakuzen Salad Bar" set for 800 yen (1,000 yen for individual order) allows you to take unlimited servings from the salad bar. The toppings like nuts and sesame are plentiful, and the four dressings are not too salty and feel good for your body. The colorful salad is also Instagram-worthy. On the other hand, there's only one type of base vegetable, so it feels a bit lacking for a salad bar and slightly overpriced. Despite being labeled as Yakuzen, you don't need to think too hard or worry about difficult-to-eat dishes. I think this is a place where anyone can easily enjoy delicious Yakuzen cuisine. Thank you for the meal!

This is my second time here. I brought my French boss who is vegan. This time we had a soup and salad set. The soup was turtle soup, but it was a bit bland for my taste. I usually prefer lighter flavors, but this was too light, I couldn't even taste the broth. The salad, on the other hand, had exciting toppings and delicious dressings as always. The restaurant is located at a great spot near Omotesando's antique street entrance, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended for those who are always on a diet.

The delicious and healthy salad bar was satisfying even just one visit. All four types of dressings were delicious. Today, I had the soy milk soup. It had just the right amount of salt and plenty of various vegetables, very filling. You can have seconds of brown rice, but one bowl was enough to fill me up. I want to go again. Lunchtime may be crowded, so Monday nights might be a good time to go?

I often go for lunch, but this time I went for dinner for the first time. I was greeted by a cool staff member (maybe the manager) with a smile. I ordered the medicinal hot pot. I tried a mysterious stick to increase my appetite. It had a strange taste. The ingredients arrived - mushrooms, vegetables, and meat were all included. I was advised to cook them in that order. The hot pot master took charge of cooking. We used two types of soup to cook them. It was delicious. The soup was also tasty. This hot pot is unlike any other I've had before. It looked beautiful too. I definitely want to eat it again. The clientele at night seemed a bit different. There were many customers who seemed to have come specifically for this place.

Access: 30 seconds walk from Omotesando Station
Scene: Dinner
Price: 1,380 yen
Order: Medicinal herb soup hot pot
This restaurant is operated by Nihondou, a company specializing in Chinese herbal medicine. The name "10ZEN RESTAURANT" represents the balance of yin and yang in Chinese medicine theory, with "10" symbolizing this balance and "ZEN" representing Zen (philosophy/healing), all (everything/peace of mind), cuisine (food/health), nature, and trend. The hot pot is filled with a variety of ingredients, satisfying and enjoyable from start to finish while still piping hot. The choice of a spicy flavor turned out to be less spicy than expected, with a refined heat that enhances the deliciousness and makes it easy to eat with rice. Customers in the restaurant are mainly women in their 20s to 50s, so it may feel slightly awkward for two men dining together. However, there were also solo female customers, making it a welcoming place for individuals. Located in the basement of a stylish building with a terrace, the restaurant's interior design creates a lovely atmosphere.

Today, I tried a medicinal herb soup noodle and salad bar near the office. The salad was filled with nuts, beans, and exciting ingredients that got me excited. The soup noodle was made with gluten-free brown rice noodles, which had a texture similar to pho, but I personally prefer it over pho. The soup was gentle and had a taste that felt really good for the body, making it a guilt-free ramen. Next time, I will bring the vegan-minded CEO along.

I found this restaurant in Omotesando while looking for a place to have dinner with my family. It is located underground at a big intersection corner, and my family absolutely loved it. The first thing that surprised me was how affordable it was considering its location! Individual hot pot starts from 1380 yen. They also have ramen for around 1000 yen and porridge for 850 yen, so there were many solo diners. The atmosphere is more casual than for a date.
*Choose from 3 types of herbal soup hot pot with Iwajun pork and brown rice set for 1800 yen
*Herbal salad (single serving of salad bar) for 500 yen
*Beauty juice for 380 yen
The herbal salad for 500 yen is a one-time serving. If you go for the salad bar, it's 800 yen. The plates are quite large, so one serving is enough! It had unusual ingredients like Job's tears, cashews, and wolfberries, and the highlight was the tofu dressing, which was so delicious that I finished it in no time. The brown rice in the set is all-you-can-eat. Normally, I find 100% brown rice too hard, but it was delicious when eaten with the soup. I chose the herbal spicy soup as the main dish. It had a lot of chili peppers, making it spicy but not overwhelmingly so. It warmed me up from the inside. It was a bit warm on the terrace that day, but the beauty drink was cold and refreshing, making it enjoyable to drink.

I wanted to have a healthy meal, but I also wanted to eat rice, so I came here. I had bought tea here before and found it easy to drink. It's easy to come here alone. The staff is nice. I sat at the counter. Now, what should I order? I decided to try something I don't usually eat, so I ordered shrimp congee. I also wanted to make up for my lack of vegetables, so I went for the salad bar. Alright, I'm going to eat a lot! But, there weren't many options at the salad bar... Hmm, that's disappointing. I think it would be better if there were more vegetable choices and some more creatively prepared dishes... However, the dressing was delicious! As for the congee, it seemed a bit small? It looked like there was more in the photo. The shrimp was firm and tasty. But, a bit more rice would have been nice. It was easy to eat, not too medicinal-tasting. Maybe I had too high expectations? Thank you for the meal.

To maintain a healthy body and skin, it is important to pay attention to the food you eat. As you age, you may want to consider what is good for your body rather than just satisfying your appetite. Located in Omotesando, 10zen Aoyama is a Chinese herbal cuisine restaurant where you can enjoy personalized herbal hot pot soups. The restaurant is popular among women and reservations are required. I chose the herbal hot pot soup with Iwajun pork and brown rice set. I chose the spicy herbal soup, which is made with chicken broth and various spices including chili peppers. It is known for its benefits such as improving skin, detoxifying, and promoting blood circulation. The soup already contains vegetables such as cabbage, mushrooms, greens, wood ear mushrooms, and tofu. The soup had a spicy kick but was not too overwhelming for me. The Iwajun pork was tender and not greasy, perfect when dipped in the soup. The brown rice had a unique sweetness and paired well with the hot pot. I also enjoyed the warm tea made with red tea, goji berries, and mugwort, which is said to improve blood circulation. I finished everything in my bowl and left feeling satisfied and looking forward to visiting again.

I visited the Yakuindou restaurant, which specializes in traditional Chinese medicine, at the 10ZEN restaurant. I ordered the beauty set from the three options available, which promotes "vitality," "beautiful skin," and "slenderness." The dish included mushrooms, vegetables, Yakuindou chicken broth, and Yakuindou beef tail soup, all simmering and flavorful. The combination of delicious broth and traditional Chinese medicine was excellent! You can also customize your soup with Yakuindou black vinegar, Yakuindou spices, and Yakuindou pepper on the table to enhance the flavor. The salad bar and lunch menu are highly recommended, and I even wanted to take home some spices! I felt refreshed and healthy after the meal! If you are looking for a lunch or dinner spot in Omotesando, be sure to check this place out! This is a casual place where you can enjoy herbal cuisine. There are various types of soups to choose from, so you can pick one based on your mood and health condition of the day. The Chicken Bone Red Spicy Soup is 800 yen, and the Mini Pork Bowl is 400 yen. The Chicken Bone Red Spicy Soup is full of chicken broth with plenty of vegetables and mushrooms. The Mini Pork Bowl is flavorful with tender pork and a boiled egg on top, making it a satisfying dish. You can mix the flavors of the seasonings, ingredients, and rice together for a delicious meal. The counter seats are also comfortable, making it easy to stop by alone when you're in the mood for herbal cuisine. This time, I ordered a quick meal, but next time, I would like to try the herbal soup hot pot to combat summer fatigue.

The food here is always delicious no matter when you eat it, but isn't hot pot not tasty on a hot day? When I hear about Chinese herbal medicine and medicinal cuisine, I wonder if it's really good, but this place was really delicious! You can tell just by looking at it, the soup is full of ingredients and the brown rice is a nice touch! The seasoning of the soup is quite strong, but when combined with the ingredients, it becomes milder. The ingredients also have elements of medicinal cuisine, and I tried natsume for the first time, which was interesting with its sweet potato-like sweetness! When you want something refreshing, go for the beef tail, when you want something mellow, go for the chicken broth, and if you want something spicy to improve blood circulation, go for the spicy soup. I only tried the beef tail and chicken broth this time, but even though the interior of the restaurant is well air-conditioned, I felt warm inside after finishing my meal. Instead of water, they serve Chinese herbal tea (hot), which was refreshing when paired with the hot pot. I've been curious about this restaurant for a while. It was hard to go there because it's underground and I couldn't tell what the atmosphere was like, but... the long opening hours and relaxed atmosphere make it easy to use for one person or a group. I'm interested in the porridge, so I'll definitely come back soon to try it out. If you walk towards Shibuya from Omotesando, you'll come across this restaurant (I already think of it as being almost synonymous with Aoyama, this location is so convenient, haha).

This year, I caught a cold for the first time in years and my body was really worn out. Finally, I recovered and went to eat medicinal cuisine with my good friends in Omotesando! The restaurant is called 10ZEN Aoyama, located near Omotesando station B3 exit, just a 5-minute walk away. We had made a lunch reservation, so we dined at a table inside the restaurant. I ordered the white medicinal chicken broth hot pot, while my friend chose the spicy red medicinal hot pot. Both sets came with Iwachu pork and unlimited brown rice for 1800 yen. During lunchtime, you can have unlimited tea from the bar, which was great! We didn't order the salad bar for an additional 800 yen, but regretted it later as it had a variety of nuts and vegetables. The hot pot arrived soon, and it was delicious! We were so impressed by the taste that we almost forgot it was medicinal cuisine. The meat and brown rice were also surprisingly tasty. We ended up having two extra servings of rice each because it was so good. I recommend adding the salad bar and extra meat toppings next time. The medicinal cuisine here is really delicious, and I suggest trying out other menu items as well. If you are interested in health and anti-aging, you will definitely enjoy it.
