A cute shop with a monochrome color scheme. The drinks and food also have a cute black color theme, so I decided to give it a try! Upon entering, you are directed to an available seat of your choice. They bring you a paper menu to browse through, and while I was pondering what to order, the staff brought a QR code for me to place my order. This time, I chose a salad and iced hojicha latte. The hojicha latte arrived quickly and had the expected pitch-black color - so cute! They use powdered hojicha from Kyoto's Ofuku-en, and it tasted delicious. The salad took a bit longer to arrive, maybe because not many people order it (around 15-20 minutes?). The salad was all white, with lots of black lentils at the bottom. The crispy vegetables on top were delicious! The lentils were like a seasoned dressing, so I mixed them in while eating. Initially, it was tasty, but there were more lentils than expected, making it a bit too salty towards the end. Maybe it's okay to have a bit more salt in summer? Eating just the lentils gave a hint of consomme flavor. The salad's price was different from the menu, but it turned out to be the lunchtime menu price. I see! I was curious about other menu items, and the drink was so delicious and to my liking that I want to come back again! Thank you for the meal!

The concept colors are black and white, reflected in the food, desserts, and drinks. We tried... ◇ Hojicha Latte ◇ Pancakes The hojicha is made with bamboo charcoal, and the pancakes are made with cocoa to represent black. It's an artistic drink and dessert. A new restaurant opened on April 14th, located a little off Cat Street in Shibuya. The interior and dishes are themed in black and white, giving a monochrome gallery cafe vibe. I visited around noon and although the place was full, I only had to wait for 3 minutes to be seated. I ordered the pancake priced at ¥1320, which was cooked in a skillet and had a fluffy castella-like texture. The pancake was cocoa-flavored and had a bitter taste to it. To add some variety, I topped it with vanilla and whipped cream halfway through. The dishes and desserts were all black-themed and the restaurant is open until 11 pm, making it suitable for a nighttime cafe experience as well. It was delicious, thank you for the meal!
