The Misuji sukiyaki (1500 yen) was seared by the staff and served with a raw egg yolk, a delicious combination. The Gokumi no Tan (2800 yen) was a rare cut of tongue, very tender and tasty. I went on a Sunday without a reservation. I ordered the course of the day and it was excellent! Everything was delicious and the portion size was just right, so I was satisfied. It was all-you-can-drink, and they quickly made more drinks for us and even asked if we wanted refills. The staff were all wonderful, they even changed our plates for us. The restaurant was clean, including the restroom, which was a nice touch. I thought it might be a bit expensive, but considering how delicious the food was and the great service, I think it's a reasonable price. The relaxing atmosphere is perfect for enjoying the top-quality A5 wagyu beef, and this time, I ordered the Anniversary Meat Cake to celebrate. It was my first time ordering a meat cake, and it was so cute and stylish. After taking photos, it was a joy to eat. The taste was delicious, and all the meats were incredibly tender. The extensive selection of wines curated by the sommelier complement the premium meat perfectly. The stylish interior of the restaurant makes it a luxurious place to enjoy a meal. On that day, we had the "Anniversary Course" which included various dishes like salad, appetizers, premium cuts of beef, and the special meat cake. The course was luxurious but surprisingly good value for the quality. The person I went with enjoyed the food, wine, meat cake, and dessert plate. We used the restaurant with 4 people on Saturday. The truffle-scented yukke was delicious. The tongue, shinshin, kuri, etc. were also good. We wished that the kimchi assortment and other appetizers would be served quickly, but it took over 20 minutes which was disappointing. It would have been nice if they had let us know when the toilet was available, but we ended up not being notified. However, it was nice to be able to have a leisurely meal in a private room with friends who get along well. Thank you for the meal!

We didn't take photos of the Misuji and Shinsin dishes, the dessert, the menu, or the wine. The Anniversary Course with the meat cake (7700 yen) required a reservation, which we didn't know about. So, we went with the 6600 yen most popular course instead. The restaurant is located just before the steep hill visible from the Yamanote Line. It's a hill that makes you out of breath while talking. I wouldn't be able to make it there if it snowed. It's like a hilltop. When I think of Ebisu, I think of Garden Place, and I don't really have any go-to spots in Daikanyama or Hiroo. I want to explore this area more deeply.
