This time, I visited "Hong Kong Restaurant 0410 Shokuan-dori Store" located a 5-minute walk from Higashi-Shinjuku Station and Seibu Shinjuku Station. This is a restaurant owned by Mr. Baek Jong-won, who operates many restaurants domestically and internationally. It is the first Japanese branch of the famous Korean chain "Hong Kong Restaurant 0410+" specializing in Korean champon noodles. Here, a wide range of Korean dishes is available, but the must-try dishes are the champon and jjajang noodles! The champon noodles have a satisfying taste, texture, price, and volume. The thick, chewy noodles are full of ingredients such as squid, mussels, vegetables like Chinese cabbage and carrots, and pork. Each ingredient has a strong and distinct flavor, making the dish delicious even with each ingredient on its own, and even more delicious when combined. It was truly a satisfying dish. The jjajang noodles contain minced onions, cabbage, thinly sliced pork, and green peas. The chewy noodles are very satisfying to eat, but not too hard to chew, making them very delicious and easy to eat. The sauce is rich and flavorful, with a perfect balance of flavors when mixed with the noodles. The crunchy texture of the vegetables remains intact, and the combination of the noodles' elasticity, the vegetables' texture, and the rich soup creates a perfect balance of flavors.【Menu】- Jjajang Noodles 780 yen- Champon Noodles 880 yen
