This is a souvenir from my husband. He stopped by Seibu on his way back from the beauty salon in Ikebukuro, rather than at the airport, and bought this because it was popular. It's a small bouquet of Glacier Anniversary flowers, with each person receiving a small bouquet. It's a sweet and sour strawberry snack made with Hokkaido white chocolate and a milky cream, wrapped in a crispy tuile. I could tell it was hot by how quickly the white chocolate melted. I put it in the refrigerator right away to cool and harden before enjoying it. My husband said it was very popular, and I agreed, saying I often see people lining up for it at Seibu. I got a little worried when I mentioned that it's also available in Osaka now. But I was happy with the cute souvenir, even though I didn't have to wait in line to buy it, and I made sure to thank him.

Popular sweets shop at Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store. This shop was always sold out whenever I looked, but today I arrived around 10:02 right after opening. In no time, there was a huge line. I was able to purchase 20 minutes later. I was really happy to get such cute items and the person I gave them to was also pleased. ◆ Gracia Assortment (15 pieces) ¥2,430

I went to Seibu Ikebukuro for the Chocolate Paradise event. Although Audrey did not have a booth at the event this year, I visited their permanent store in the basement and found the usual long line! I decided to try Audrey's "Audrey" again this year, as I enjoyed it last year. The staff recommended the Valentine's season limited edition flavor, which features fresh strawberries and rich but not overwhelming white chocolate. It was delicious. I also bought their classic Glacier and other products, so I am looking forward to trying them.

The shop has been constantly crowded since it opened. I have never bought anything myself, but my family has bought it as a souvenir. I wonder if there are people who buy this for themselves. At least I don't. It's perfect for business-related gifts with individual packaging, cute packaging, a bouquet-like shape, decent shelf life, and it's no wonder it's always crowded. In times like these, dried strawberries with crepe cookies and cream. It's not something that people dislike. The price is reasonable too. But, I don't know why, I personally don't feel like it. It's not something that sparks conversation. It's cute, it's always a crowded shop, right? That's about it. It's not bad or anything like that, but it lacks a distinctive feature. It's not interesting. It's safe to say it's safe. It's good for those kinds of people. But for my own gift, I want something delicious. Or something so weird that it's beyond help. By the way, this time it was the Christmas special can with wreath-like cookies inside, and they were the most delicious. The chocolate cookie dough was good. Gifts really require taste. Looks are important, but taste is even more important. There is a similar confectionery at Tobu Department Store in Ikebukuro, and I thought it was from a different store, but it turns out it's from the same management as FOUNDRY. Ah, I see, that makes sense.

In the Kanto region, there are 4 stores of Audrey. Ichigo's specialty store. ● Gracia (5 pieces) A cute, bite-sized, elegant cocoa pastry that looks like a bouquet. Inside the round tuile pastry is cream. The acidity of the dried strawberry fruits is delicious. There seems to be vanilla as well. Audrey stores are located at Yokohama Takashimaya, Nihonbashi Takashimaya, Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store, and Tokyo Station Gransta.

- Audrey Ronchante Chocolate: A taste that I fell in love with during Valentine's Day. It's a light, slightly sweet cream wrapped in chocolate, with strawberries included for a luxurious touch!
- Ronchante White: The white chocolate version. It may feel sweeter than chocolate!

Went shopping with NO2 in Ikebukuro. I headed to the department store basement, while he went to Junkudo. We were looking for the Tulip Rose at Seibu Ikebukuro's department store basement. But before we got there, we spotted a long line at Audrey! So, we changed our plans and lined up here to buy the Gracia Milk.
Gracia (Milk) is a bouquet-like confectionery. The light cream with a buttery scent is wrapped in a crispy and smooth tuile (langues de chat) pastry, with a hint of strawberry acidity as an accent. It's a popular item that you'll want to keep repurchasing. The crispy langues de chat pastry is delightful, with a creamy filling that's not too moist. The acidity of the dried strawberries adds a nice touch. Great with tea!
I think they use this cream to make it last longer, but if they made it with fresh cream on the spot and topped it with fresh strawberries, it would be even more popular. I hope they try it out. Bon appétit.

When passing through the sweets floor, I always noticed that this Gracia was sold out, so I was able to buy it for the first time by passing by earlier than usual (at 15:50). However, the last two were the only ones left, so the two people behind me couldn't buy it. It consists of freeze-dried sweet and sour strawberries and a buttercream filling with a crispy cigar-like cookie dough. It was raining, so they covered it with plastic for me.

- Audrey Strawberry Chocolat Petit (tax included 1,404 yen) with an expiration date of 3/7. The sweet flavor of dried strawberries is amazing! There are plenty of almonds as well, which add a nice touch. The combination of white chocolate, strawberries, and almonds is delicious! Strawberry Rocher (tax included 864 yen) with an expiration date of 3/23. This one also has chocolate, almonds, and chopped dried fruits, and it's also incredibly tasty! The chocolate is pink, but it didn't really taste like strawberries. Compared to the Strawberry Chocolat, this one is easier to eat because the dried strawberries are chopped and flat. I can see why Audrey is so popular! I definitely want to come back for more!

I found a cute looking and cute named strawberry dessert at a shop that specializes in strawberry sweets. The "Hello Berry" (5 pieces for 1080 yen) has a rich and creamy white chocolate flavor. The acidity of the strawberry bits adds a nice touch, but personally, I think it could be a little less sweet. I initially thought the cookie was only on the top based on its appearance, but it's actually throughout the dessert. It's a bit thick and satisfying to eat. Even just one piece gives a sense of satisfaction. This dessert seems to be popular among women, so it would be a nice little gift to give on various occasions. There were many other cute strawberry sweets available as well.

- Audrey Longchamp x 4 (tax included 1,512 yen) - During the actual tasting, the strawberries are generously wrapped in a large amount of whipped cream, with a crunchy cookie-like texture at the bottom. The outer layer is coated with chocolate as seen in the appearance! Chocolate chips are sprinkled on top, making it look stylish! Despite being rich in whipped cream, it is not overly sweet and not too heavy, making it delicious! It goes well with the chocolate! The strawberries inside are also sweet, so they blend well with the whipped cream and chocolate. The crunchy bottom provides a nice flavor contrast until the end. It's delicious and it's no wonder it's popular! By the way, the expiration date is until the next day, so you can enjoy it over two days, which is the best!

I visited the popular store "Audrey Seibu Ikebukuro Main Store" at Seibu Ikebukuro. It is always crowded with long lines. Today, I bought a set of Gracia's milk and chocolate at the store. It is a bite-sized Western confectionery with milk cream and chocolate cream sandwiched between freeze-dried strawberries. The crispy langue de chat cookie with the freeze-dried strawberry adds a touch of acidity and sweetness. It is a light and delicious confectionery. The faint aroma of nuts also spread in the mouth, adding to the taste. It was a delicious and stylish Western confectionery that clearly deserves its popularity.

After watching a play on November 30, I stopped by the department store basement. There are many shops in the department store basements in the city center that are not found in my local department store basement. Each shop has its own unique characteristics, whether it's a long-established store, famous, limited edition, etc. However, for a rural grandma like me, the indicator is whether there is a long line or not. When I entered the Seibu Ikebukuro department store basement, the first shop I saw always had a long line, so I decided to pass on it. As I went further in, I found shops with a more subtle level of crowding. One of them was Audrey, known for its cute sweets. They had Gracia, which is a cute pastry, Audrey Nu, which is a ribbon-shaped madeleine, and Cute Berry, with adorable packaging. They were all delicious. Gracia reminded me of Tarte Tatin sweets, and I later found out that they are from the same company. Not all sweets from popular shops are to my liking, but I really enjoyed the sweets from Audrey. I would definitely wait in line again to try them.

[July 31, 2021 revisit] On this day, after enjoying a satisfying lunch in a different area, I headed to Ikebukuro. Although I visited several shops that I wanted to see, I couldn't digest the lunchtime meal completely, so I decided to skip dinner and buy some bread or sweets for later in the evening when hunger strikes. When it comes to Ikebukuro for me, it's this shop. Unlike the shop near Tokyo Station where I often pass by, this main store offers a variety of fresh sweets that you can't find elsewhere! I arrived on a Saturday evening around 6 o'clock. Popular items like "Gracia" were already sold out as they tend to sell out by the evening, even at the main store. However, the fresh sweets I came for were still available. It was a bit strange. But on that day, the sun was unusually strong and hot. The items in the showcase might melt even with a two-hour ice pack before I could bring them home. So, I decided to go with another option and bought three "Cute Berry" pastries. In the end, I ate them the next morning. Please note that the expiration date is the next day, so if you can't eat them right away after purchase, be careful. The pastry consists of a vanilla paste cream and raspberry-infused strawberry jam sandwiched between biscuits. First of all, the biscuit was excellent. It might be the main highlight of this product. The texture was soft and fluffy, with a light and not overly sweet taste. The cream was not too heavy, and the slight tartness from the raspberry balanced it perfectly. The subtle texture of the filling, along with a hint of alcohol, might be the signature touch of the Audrey brand. It is recommended to eat this product chilled. Thank you for the meal.

One of the popular sweets that still has a constant line of people! Audrey's! It seems like they are usually sold out by the evening... As expected. The sweet and sour taste of the top dried strawberries, combined with the creamy sweetness inside, is exquisite. The appearance is also vibrant and cute, making it a delightful gift that will surely be appreciated!

Audrey's Gracia, with its strawberry dried fruit that looks like a bouquet, is a perfect souvenir to buy. Not only does it taste good, but it also has a nice appearance, making it a well-received gift. The fact that there are only a few stores selling it, limited to the Tokyo and Osaka areas, makes it a unique souvenir to give. While I usually buy large boxes or cans as souvenirs, I always end up buying a small box for myself as well. Although it is a bit pricey for the small amount you get, it is not something you eat carelessly, but rather enjoy with tea during a leisurely afternoon. The store also sells cakes. I wonder if Audrey's fresh sweets are delicious too? I would like to try them if I have the chance.

[First Visit on May 4, 2021] Located on the basement floor of Seibu Department Store main branch in Ikebukuro. I had to visit unexpectedly due to some errands at my parents' house. With Mother's Day approaching, I decided to buy a decent gift on the way. Around 11:30 am on the holiday, I was exploring the basement floor of Seibu Department Store when I stumbled upon this shop. At Tokyo Station's "Gransta," there are always unbelievably long lines from early morning. In the evening, you often see staff standing around empty showcases due to sold-out products. I had that image in mind, but I found a similar long line here as well. However, this shop had a slightly different atmosphere... Yes, it had many products I had never seen at the Tokyo Station store! And to my surprise, they also offered fresh sweets... That's right, this was the main branch. It was unusually hot outside that day. I had thought about having lunch before... so I decided to give up on buying fresh sweets. Instead, I purchased the "Gracia Lux" product for home use, which I had wanted. I had never seen this product at the Tokyo Station store! I bought it as a gift and for myself. When I got home and tried it, it was delicious. The normal "Gracia" was good, but I prefer this one! The cream with a hint of Grand Marnier was delicious! The crispy cookie and almonds paired well with it, making it irresistible. It may not look as fancy as the regular "Gracia," but in terms of taste, I highly recommend this one! I would love to try their fresh sweets soon. I will definitely come back! Thank you for the meal.

I often buy baked sweets, but I didn't know they also sold fresh sweets. One-bite cake made with red strawberries ❤️ Ruby 350 yen. The strawberry is trapped in strawberry-colored jelly. The bottom is a crispy cookie-like dough. It looks very cute and fresh. ❤️ Ron Chanti 350 yen. Plenty of whipped cream and strawberries in a chocolate egg. This one is also cute and delicious.

When you think of Audrey, you think of those cute crepe-shaped sweets, right? They're crispy and a bit hard to eat, but they're adorable. But today, my husband bought me a Longchamp tea cake because he thought the inside looked delicious. It's strawberry season, after all! Inside, there's a single strawberry and plenty of not-too-sweet whipped cream, all coated in a thin layer of chocolate. The chocolate is sweet, but the cream isn't too sweet, so it creates a unique sensation in your mouth. Is it sweet? Not sweet? Oh, the strawberry adds a sweet and sour touch? It's deliciously fluffy. Audrey is known for its cute treats, even though they can be a bit tricky to eat. But they're so cute. Somehow, only mine had a strawberry... lucky me... ===========

I received Audrey's Hello Berry ❤️ It's so cute in the shape of a strawberry~ ♬ The individually wrapped package also has a cute design of a girl picking strawberries in a basket. When you open the bag, a sweet and sour strawberry scent wafts out. Inside the white chocolate, there are freeze-dried strawberries, creating a perfect balance between the sweetness of white chocolate and the acidity of strawberries. The cookie part at the bottom is crispy and has a buttery flavor, delicious. It has more thickness than it looks, giving it a satisfying texture (^-^) Thank you for the meal ❣️
