えこだねこ
Visited again in August (23.8). Last time, two of us managed to finish three pizzas, but this time there were four of us, so we were relieved. We started with the classic "Margherita", followed by the Japanese-style "Umami of Japan", the fragrant "Truffle-flavored Bismarck", and the mayonnaise-infused "Teriyaki Boys", finishing all four pizzas without any problem. Finally, we ended with a peach dessert pizza, completing a satisfying pizza-filled dinner!
Menu:
- Homemade ham and arugula salad with balsamic dressing
- Oven-baked cauliflower with anchovy sauce
- Oven-baked potato and crispy bacon with Cacio e Pepe
- Margherita (tomato, mozzarella, basil)
- Umami of Japan (cream of dried shiitake, mozzarella, pecorino, dried mackerel, bonito flakes, kelp, green onion, sesame, soy sauce)
- Truffle-flavored Bismarck (mozzarella, pecorino, truffle paste, pancetta, egg)
- Teriyaki Boys (teriyaki sauce made with kombu dashi, bonito dashi, grilled chicken sausage with wood buds, homemade mayo and corn sauce, mozzarella, black shichimi pepper)
- Seasonal fruit dessert pizza (peach, yogurt, pecorino, pistachio, aged balsamic, chocolate)
