I felt like eating delicious miso ramen, so I visited the restaurant that I had bookmarked. I went alone at 7:55 PM on Saturday, and there were two other customers already there. This restaurant offers a complimentary fresh egg from Okukujio as a service, which was a pleasant surprise. They accept various payment methods including cash, credit card touch payments, and electronic money. I purchased meal tickets for "Aged Miso Ramen Special," "Large Rice," and a can of beer (350ml) for a total of 2050 yen. I paid using Rakuten Pay. The can of beer was simply handed over without a glass or any snacks, which was a bit disappointing. I drank it directly from the can. The table condiments included soy sauce, red pepper, vinegar, pepper, chili oil, and white sesame seeds. There was quite a variety. The ramen was served about 5 minutes after handing over the meal tickets. The large seaweed stuck in it was impressive. The white color is the back oil. Other toppings included chashu, minced chashu, ginger, yuzu, green onions, flavored egg, thick menma, stir-fried bean sprouts, onions, and ground pork. The soup, as mentioned by others, had a light and smooth flavor with a slight burnt taste probably from the stir-fried vegetables. The noodles were medium-thick and curly. The stir-fried bean sprouts, onions, and ground pork reminded me of Sapporo miso ramen. I enjoyed drinking the soup with a spoon and then using the same spoon to scoop up the rice, repeating this cycle a few times. The flavored egg was delicious, and I made tamago kake gohan (egg over rice) with the leftover rice, the complimentary fresh egg, and soy sauce from the table. It was delicious. I finished the ramen completely, it was a great meal.
