Named Tori Rikyu, this restaurant mainly serves chicken dishes, but the menu is also quite diverse.
- All-you-can-drink: 2 hours for 2,200 yen (including tax), starting with a Jim Beam highball toast. We opted for the all-you-can-drink option along with individual dishes for better value.
- Korean BBQ-style Cholegi Salad: 869 yen (including tax). A vegetable-filled starter, which was a nice touch.
- Mioyoshi Chicken Toriwasa: 759 yen (including tax). A rare meat lover's delight, slightly seared for a nice smoky flavor.
- Chicken Karaage: 649 yen (including tax). Crispy and juicy, not overly seasoned which was perfect for those who prefer milder flavors.
- Octopus Karaage: 715 yen (including tax). Also crispy and perfect for getting a boost of taurine on a hot day.
- Skin: 231 yen per piece (including tax).
- Gizzard: 231 yen per piece (including tax).
We ended the meal with some yakitori. While the seating may vary, the calm atmosphere and the greenery outside the window added to the pleasant experience.

After work, I went drinking with friends in Shinagawa. It's located in a building directly connected to Shinagawa Station, so you can easily go there even on rainy days, which is convenient. It's inside Grand Central Tower, and I was surprised by the luxurious appearance of the restaurant. Since it's in a building attached to a hotel, it's open from noon, so you can also have a drink during the day. The restaurant was almost full, so reservations are recommended! Cheers~ They also have all-you-can-drink, so it's perfect for those who love alcohol~!! After work drinks really hit the spot. The menu is mostly like drinking snacks (mostly fried foods haha), but oily and salty food goes best with alcohol. The fried potatoes and fried chicken cartilage were served hot and delicious~ On this day, I had sashimi, but they also have skewers and meat dishes available. Be sure to check it out! The interior of the restaurant is clean and mostly in a private room style, so it seems suitable for families or dates. It's recommended for when you're near the station. ★

I noticed Torikihisa, a restaurant where dishes are served quickly, as I moved further from Shinagawa Station to head to work and decided to have a quick lunch. The restaurant was bustling and the seats were spacious, making it comfortable. I ordered the daily lunch special (Mixed Fry Lunch), which included fried horse mackerel and shrimp fry, a hearty set meal. I was in a hurry, so I forgot to take a photo, but it was a truly satisfying lunch!

I visited the Torikihisa restaurant located in Shinagawa Station, just a three-minute walk from Shinagawa Grand Central Tower. It was quite crowded before the Bon holiday, but the food was delicious, especially the fried oysters which I highly recommend. The speed of drink service was also appreciated. I would like to visit again in the future.

On this day, I made a quick meal promise with a friend who came to play in Tokyo from a distant place before boarding the Shinkansen. We went to Tori Rikyu in Shinagawa Grand Central Tower, which is conveniently located near the station! It's great to be able to go to a cool place on a hot summer day. The restaurant is very clean, probably because it has just opened. All seats are private rooms, so it's convenient even if you have a lot of luggage. I thought it would be less crowded on weekends in the business district, but it seems to be popular as quite a few seats were taken. While chicken dishes are the main focus, they also have a wide range of typical izakaya menu items. We started with a "Apple Vinegar Sour" and beer for a toast - it was delicious and refreshing! - Chicken Skin with Ponzu Sauce Crispy chicken skin with refreshing grated ponzu sauce goes well together. There are plenty of vegetables under the chicken skin. - Tomato and Shirasu Salad A delicious combination of crispy shirasu and fresh, sweet tomatoes in the salad. Tomatoes taste especially good in the summer. - Horse Meat Carpaccio Horse sashimi dressed in an Italian-style dressing is tender and juicy! There is no unpleasant smell, so even those who are not fans of horse meat can enjoy it. - Grilled Chicken Skewers Crispy gizzard and chewy heart with a sweet and savory sauce that goes well with alcohol. It makes you want to drink more! - Yakisoba Noodles Grilled yakisoba noodles with plenty of vegetables in a soy sauce base. The thin noodles are smooth and easy to eat. It's best for 2-3 people to share. - Mini Parfait Of course, there's always room for dessert! A parfait in a glass with ice cream, whipped cream, cornflakes, and berries. It's sweet and sour, and just the right size for a dessert. All the dishes were excellent, and the service was speedy. Thanks to that, we were able to spend time with my friend with plenty of time before their Shinkansen departure. Highly recommended for gatherings near Shinagawa Station! I used my Tokyo business trip as an excuse to have lunch drinks with my college friends. We were supposed to meet at the place shown here, but I got lost in the unfamiliar Shinagawa area and ended up being late. I'm sorry about that. Well, it was a chain restaurant in a gourmet street in a building. Well, as long as there was a place to drink, it was fine, but the alcohol was weak, the orders didn't go smoothly, and I couldn't help but smile wryly. It was just one of those places. The conversation was really lively and fun. Thank you for the meal.

Located in the Grand Central Tower directly connected to Shinagawa Station, this izakaya is situated on the food and beverage floor. The entire building is beautiful, and the restaurant itself still feels new with its clean exterior and interior. The semi-private booths hidden behind curtains offer a nice touch, and the view of greenery outside the windows creates a relaxed atmosphere. The menu is extensive, with large and clear photos making it easy to order. The menu consists of typical izakaya dishes such as salads, sashimi, grilled items, chicken, pork, beef, and fried foods, catering to a wide range of preferences. I started with a refreshing chilled tomato dish, followed by a seafood avocado carpaccio and hormone (offal) tempura, both of which were delicious. The wagyu steak was beautifully presented and tender, while the grilled chicken skewers were surprisingly flavorful. Despite being a weekday, the restaurant was bustling with office workers, but the staff were attentive and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable.

I went to the private room izakaya Torikyu at Shinagawa Grand Central Tower. It's conveniently located near the station, in the underground of a building complex near Konan-guchi. The location is great, especially on hot and humid days like when I visited. The dishes I tried were: leek salad with sesame salt dressing, seared mackerel sashimi, fried oysters, Tochiomachi fried chicken, scallops with butter, and ochazuke (rice with tea poured over it). I paired them with beer and a refreshing cassis oolong. Everything was delicious, especially the fried oysters which were crispy and flavorful. The scallops were huge and had a nice texture, and the Tochiomachi fried chicken was surprisingly light and tasty. The ochazuke had cornflakes in it, which was a pleasant surprise and added a refreshing touch. Overall, the dishes were well-prepared and satisfying. I highly recommend this place for its location and delicious food!

Located directly connected to Shinagawa Station, this izakaya restaurant in the basement floor of Grand Central Tower offers all semi-private seating. It's a quick and convenient option for dinner, especially if you frequently visit showrooms in the same building. The restaurant opened in March this year and the interior is sparkling clean. Menu highlights include the delicious "Mio Sakura Chicken Toriwasa" and a variety of chicken and seafood dishes. The atmosphere is welcoming and the service is friendly. The restaurant is located in an area with many office buildings, so it's recommended to make a reservation for weekday dinners. On the other hand, Sundays might be a hidden gem. If you're looking for a relaxed izakaya in Shinagawa Station, this is a great choice!

I was looking for a place near Shinagawa Station where I could eat yakitori in a private room and found this place. It has a chain store vibe, but it's convenient as the building's 3rd floor is directly connected to Shinagawa Station. The taste was decent, nothing special. However, it was disappointing that there was no sauce for the horse sashimi we ordered. If there's no sauce, I should have ordered horse sashimi yukhoe instead. All seats are non-smoking. I don't think I will come back, but it's a convenient place with good access and private rooms!

I chose this restaurant near Shinagawa Station for a reunion with friends due to its convenience for taking the Shinkansen. It is located in the basement of a high-rise building. The food was decent and the overall experience was satisfactory. I might try other places next time, but I may also come back here again. If you are looking for a restaurant near Shinagawa Station, you may find this review helpful.

After a long time, I had to work on a Saturday. But tomorrow is a day off, so my senior and I had our usual "cheers for the hard work" gathering. I thought since it's Saturday, the Shinagawa Grand Central Tower in the office district would be less crowded, but there were more people than I expected. We ordered two dishes per person and opted for the two-hour all-you-can-drink option. I went for the all-you-can-drink option because I could also have draft beer! My senior got the usual sashimi platter. Since I'm really into it lately, I ordered the horse meat yukhoe. There was also sake available with the all-you-can-drink, so I ordered some sake. Since I had the day off tomorrow~! I also ordered some snacks that go well with sake. Crab miso grilled dish goes really well with sake, right? After the sake, I just kept drinking Jim Beam highballs. All-you-can-drink before a day off is the best, right? By the way, even though it's Tori Rikyu, we didn't order any chicken. We were one dish short of the two-dish limit, so we ended with my senior's favorite chicken Karaage. I wonder why Karaage, freshly fried and piping hot, goes so well with mayonnaise. I can kind of understand my senior, who is a mayo lover. In the end, both of us also ordered dessert, but it increased our satisfaction. The restaurant was beautiful and had a sense of cleanliness. It was quiet, probably because it was a Saturday, making it feel like a hidden gem.

Today, I had a casual drinking party with friends in Shinagawa. We started with a toast with Highball and Premium Malt beer. First up, we had horse meat sashimi, which was beautifully colored and of great quality. We also ordered some gyoza, which was served with yuzu pepper instead of vinegar soy sauce, surprisingly delicious. We couldn't resist ordering some Negima (chicken and leek skewers) even though we were already having a lot of meat dishes. We also tried some shishamo (pregnant smelt) because we wanted to have some fish too. To cleanse our palates, we had a trio of pickled vegetables, which was surprisingly tasty. Although we weren't very hungry, we decided to have some more Highballs before leaving the clean and modern restaurant. They don't accept electronic money, but you can pay with PayPay, which is convenient.

I visited for lunch. All the seats are private rooms, so even in these times when masks are no longer required, there is a sense of security. It's a chicken restaurant, but I ended up ordering mapo tofu. It was okay, not bad. Probably won't come back, but I'd like to try the chicken menu next time.

Lunchtime around 12:10, I ordered the daily lunch special which was tonkatsu today at a new restaurant on the first floor of Grant Central Tower. The restaurant has all private rooms, but I came alone. I forgot my wallet today, so it was important to confirm if I could pay with my smartphone. I informed them that I was dining alone and also checked if smartphone payment was possible. They said they accept PayPay, which was convenient. I was told to wait for 5 minutes and I waited on the bench at the entrance. Shortly after, I was seated. I was led to a private room for 4 people, which felt a bit wasteful and I felt sorry. The menu had a variety of options, but it seemed that the restaurant mainly focuses on chicken dishes. However, the daily lunch special for 1000 yen seemed like a great deal. Since it was tonkatsu today, I ordered the daily lunch special with extra rice (free). The view outside was nice. The food was served promptly and it was quite well-prepared. For 1000 yen, it was a good deal. The tonkatsu was cut relatively thin, but the sauce came in a small dish which was just the right size. The tonkatsu tasted decent. I will try the chicken dishes next time. Thank you for the meal.

We quickly visited with our family in Shinagawa. The restaurant is located on the basement floor of Shinagawa Grand Central Tower. All rooms are private, so it's convenient even with children and can be used for various events. We started with plum wine for a toast. Appetizer: Potato Salad. Perfect for snacking! Kids loved it! Next, we had Eight Seas Steamed Clams with Yaita Sake. The clams were delicious with the sake and broth. Crispy Seafood Avocado Salad with plenty of salmon and tuna. Overflowing Sushi with tuna, salmon, scallops, and white fish. Master's Great Mountain Chicken Tataki with garlic, wasabi, and ginger for various flavors. Grilled Rice Balls with bonito flakes and dried baby sardines for a delicious taste. Convenient restaurant near Shinagawa Station with private rooms. Thank you for the meal!

Just opened this restaurant. Went with 9 people at night. The food was delicious, especially the sashimi. However, it's small. There's nowhere to put our belongings, and no place to put the finished large plates or salad bowls. The girl in charge of the floor is busy with the all-you-can-drink service, so she can't keep up with cleaning. Hmm...

I went to the newly opened Torikyu Shinagawa Grand Central Tower store with a friend for a casual drink. The restaurant was filled with private rooms and bustling from early hours. We toasted with a Jim Beam highball. On this day, we stuck with Jim Beam highballs the whole time. Here are some of the dishes we enjoyed:
- Tomato and Shirasu Salad: Sweet tomatoes with plenty of shirasu (baby sardines) or more like jacopeño as a nice accent. It was refreshing with a Japanese-style dressing.
- Seasoned Quail: It had a sour taste and was also refreshing.
- Horse Sashimi Yukke: The horse sashimi, coated in a rich sweet and savory sauce with a thick egg yolk, was tender and delicious.
- Japanese-style Roast Beef with Soft-Boiled Egg: The roast beef was moist and the horseradish sauce added a refreshing touch.
- Mentaiko Dashi Tamago Maki: Freshly made and piping hot! The dashi broth was plentiful and the saltiness of the mentaiko was just right.
- Cheese Ham Katsu: The crispy coating and the cheese inside were a perfect match.
Although we went for a casual drink this time, the restaurant offers complete private rooms so it seems like a great place to relax and enjoy a meal as well. Each dish came with vegetables which was nice. It's reasonably priced, so it's a casual and accessible izakaya to visit.

A new izakaya recently opened in Shinagawa. The interior is all private rooms and it's still very clean since it's newly opened! I visited on a weekend and the place was quite lively. It's conveniently located near the station and they also offer a la carte all-you-can-drink menu, making it a great choice for drinking in Shinagawa.
- Seared spicy cod roe ¥649: Goes well with alcohol.
- Miso cucumber ¥539: The miso was delicious! A recommended dish for when you think you might get indigestion.
- Tomato and plenty of whitebait salad ¥869: It was actually whitebait, not shirasu, but the tomatoes were fresh and refreshing, making it delicious!
- Tuna sushi (3 pieces) ¥759: Average, nothing special.
- Salmon sushi (3 pieces) ¥759: Average, nothing special.
- Seafood scattered sushi ¥1969: A luxurious-looking nori roll with various types of sashimi, flying fish roe, and green onions on top. Highly recommended for seafood lovers, despite being a bit pricey!
- Awa-odori chicken grilled over high heat ¥1419: The most popular and recommended by the staff, and it's really delicious! A must-order dish with a flavor similar to charcoal-grilled chicken, perfectly paired with yuzu pepper. Personally, it was so delicious that I wanted to eat a whole plate by myself! Overall, the speed of serving the dishes was fast and the atmosphere was comfortable. They also had hot pot dishes like motsunabe on the menu, which caught my interest! Thank you for the meal. ★

A newly opened, beautiful dining street located underground in Grand Central Tower, accessible through a direct passage from Shinagawa Station. I went with my girlfriends to the private room izakaya, Torikyu, where you can enjoy all-you-can-drink options for individual items (*maximum 2 orders per person) and get a ¥500 discount using a coupon. The menu, which is not on a touch panel but in a book format, offers a variety of dishes beyond just chicken. We called the staff using a bell to place our orders. We started with horse sashimi for ¥1089 and salmon sashimi for ¥759. The horse sashimi was incredibly delicious, served with wasabi, garlic, and ginger. The salmon was also great. We then ordered chicken skin with ponzu sauce for ¥649 and butter-grilled squid for ¥869 as appetizers. After the sashimi, we moved on to popular dishes that go well with alcohol. We couldn't stop talking even after finishing two must-order dishes each. We added more dashi and chicken dishes to our order: Saga-produced red chicken seseri miso-grilled for ¥1309, cartilage fried chicken for ¥715, and Awa-Rao chicken yakitori for ¥1419. Each dish had a different flavor profile, with the seseri having a rich miso flavor, the cartilage being refreshing with lemon juice, and the yakitori being juicy and delicious. The staff was attentive and quick to bring our drinks. As a fan of chicken dishes, I was glad we chose this restaurant! Thank you for the wonderful meal.

Today, I came to Shinagawa after a long time, heading towards Konan-guchi. The towering skyscrapers and luxury hotels are impressive, it's amazing how they are built by human hands. I'm excited because a new bird cuisine restaurant has opened. It's located on the basement floor of a building called Shinagawa Grand Central Tower. The entire floor has a luxurious restaurant area. It seems to be an office district, but there are many guests from nearby hotels. Both Japanese and foreign travelers are visiting. The distance from the hotel to the station is a bit far, so this restaurant area is a better choice than a casual izakaya. At the entrance of the restaurant, there were orchids and luxurious flowers delivered for the grand opening. Inside, the brand new interior is pleasant. The floor has a silver traditional Japanese patterned flooring, white wooden dividers, and stylish sofas all shining brightly. The menus and seasonings provided are clean and pleasant. I was surprised by the extensive menu, it has more variety than other places I've visited recently. ▼ Takumi's Ooyama chicken tataki 890 yen I haven't had chicken tataki much because it's usually too tough to chew, but I was impressed by this one! It's tender... not too raw in color, probably cooked at low temperature. I now understand why it's the first item on the menu. ▼ Miso-grilled chicken harami 1,190 yen Plenty of green onions, a rich miso-flavored harami. Ordering this first makes the drinking pace too fast. ▼ Seasoned quail 490 yen Recommended for egg lovers, lightly acidic seasoning with a large yolk? It's not written, but I wonder if it's domestically sourced. ▼ Camembert cheese fry 590 yen A guilt-free fried dish, the Camembert cheese is fluffy and light! The melt-in-your-mouth texture is irresistible. ▼ Tuna sashimi 690 yen This was neither good nor bad. ▼ Grilled young chicken with rock salt 890 yen This is a must-order dish, the Sansho pepper gives a tingling sensation. It's substantial as well since it's grilled in one piece. All the staff are foreigners, it's a shame that they didn't mention the dish names when serving. Just saying "Here you go" makes a big difference in impression. But it's good that they understand Japanese well. The view by the window is nice, and the cleanliness is refreshing. The high-class atmosphere is somewhat ruined by the J-pop music... Channel selection is important to create the right ambiance. The chicken tataki was really good! The steak looked delicious too, so I want to come back again. Thank you for the meal.
