By the way, the bonito sashimi is limited to one per group. Perhaps the ¥100 dishes are daily specials. When you ask for the bill, they also serve miso soup as a nice service! It seems like there may have been a change in staff, as the service was different from my previous visits. This used to be my favorite restaurant to enjoy horse meat with friends and family, but now I am sad and disappointed. I hope the restaurant can return to its previous quality, but for now, I don't plan on returning anytime soon.

I also added a glass of Mogura sweet potato shochu on the rocks. It had a strong sweet potato flavor and a solid taste. I didn't notice at first, but there was sliced garlic on the bonito sashimi, which tasted amazing when dipped in Kyushu soy sauce. It was a long time since I had such delicious horse sashimi and bonito sashimi. Finally, I drank a soup with horse meat broth before leaving.
