Opposite Isetan Shinjuku, on the 6th floor of Rainbow Village, is "Aging Beef TOKYO Shinjuku Sanchome Store". It is said to be Japan's first aging meat specialty store, using only black wagyu beef. As you step out of the elevator, you are greeted by a showcase displaying chunks of aged meat. The entire 6th floor is occupied by this restaurant, with over 100 seats. The layout is stylish and calm, attracting many female customers and couples. While there are many a la carte options, this time we chose the "Casual Course" for 5000 yen (excluding tax). The course options are 5000 yen, 6500 yen, and 8000 yen. The all-you-can-drink option is available for an additional 1500 yen or 2000 yen. Opting for the 2000 yen option includes draft beer, sparkling wine, and various cocktails. The meal started with smoked tongue as the meat appetizer, followed by kimchi and namul. The main meat dishes included three rare cuts - sirloin, knuckle, and clod. Additionally, there were two types of tongue - top tongue and aged tongue, each served one piece per person. The meat portions were quite generous, with the top tongue being tender and juicy. Among the rare cuts, the clod was particularly delicious. The meal continued with a salad, soup made with aged wagyu shank, and then aged wagyu kalbi, loin, and skirt steak. These cuts offered classic flavors in large portions. The final meat dishes included ribeye, outside skirt, and sirloin. The thinly sliced sirloin had a perfect balance of fat and tenderness. The meal concluded with cold noodles and ice cream. It's quite rare to find high-quality aged meat at this price in Shinjuku. Despite being a weekday, the restaurant was quite busy.

I visited an aging beef restaurant after a long time. I had high expectations because the last time I was impressed by the quality. This time, I chose a course with yukhoe (Korean beef tartare). First, I tried the soft yukhoe, which was different from what I had imagined - it was sliced raw meat with a raw egg yolk on top. Crushing the egg yolk and mixing it with the meat was delicious. It would have been easier to eat if the meat was cut thinner like traditional yukhoe. Next, I had meat sushi, which was seared before serving. The raw version looked better than the seared one, even though the seared uni (sea urchin) was tasty. The assorted grilled meat included various cuts like organs, rare cuts, and chicken. Personally, I enjoyed the Zabuton and Misuji cuts the most. The staff were attentive and the atmosphere was cozy. Considering the price and satisfaction level, I think it was a great experience.

I made a reservation for Thursday at 18:30. The restaurant was already more than half full, showing how popular it is! I was introduced to the menu and decided to order a la carte instead of a course. They had two types of Kirin craft beer, and I chose the fruity one, which was very easy to drink and delicious! I ordered a platter of 7 types of meat and learned how to cook them properly. There were two types of sauces on the table - a regular soy-based sauce and a light one with ginger, as well as salt and pepper. There was also wasabi on the side, making it hard to decide which sauce to use! The salt was especially delicious. The seasonal limited menu of yukhoe with abalone was also really tasty. We also had a seasonal limited meat sushi similar to kimbap as a finishing touch, and it was incredibly delicious! They had a variety of sake, wine, shochu, and sour drinks, so everyone could enjoy. I saw the staff bringing out a cake with fireworks a few times, so it seems like many people come for surprises or celebrations. The staff's service was just right, making the experience very pleasant. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the meal!

I chose the 3980 yen course. I forgot to take a picture of the meat, but it was very cost-effective and delicious! It was unusual to have pork and chicken, but we enjoyed the lean meat, sirloin, and triangle cuts with my friend. We finished with cold noodles. It was also refreshing and satisfying. For dessert, you can choose from almond tofu, coffee jelly, and more. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very friendly. It's my favorite restaurant.

The meat was very delicious!!! I made a reservation for the anniversary course for my friend's birthday at night, but the attitude of the staff was not good. They kept urging us to leave even though we didn't stay for long, and the atmosphere was ruined during table settlement. Not suitable for surprises.

There are two affiliated stores on the same floor, so it is important to confirm the store name. I had a course lunch on Sunday. It was nice to be able to try various types of meat one by one! The kimchi assortment was also delicious! It would have been nice to be able to choose from all the desserts! I thought the amount of small rice and cold noodles was a bit too much, but in the end, I finished it all with no problem!

I used this restaurant for the first time! There were times when I felt rushed because the reservations were tight, but the meat was tender and very delicious! We paid at the table, so I handed over my credit card and waited at the table, but it was not returned for a while. When I asked the staff, they said, "Please pick it up at the register." I used to go to Aging Beef quite often and found it easy to enjoy. The restaurant has a good reputation for its delicious sudachi cold noodles. I took advantage of their limited-time lunch special, which was very affordable. Even if you add beef tongue from the dinner menu, it only costs around 5000 yen. As always, the cold noodles were delicious.

It's a 6-minute walk from Shinjuku Station. Just 1 minute from Sanchome. The stylish interior and delicious taste, with its main store in Nishi-Nippori. The first picture looks amazing, right? A bite of sirloin with sea urchin and caviar ❤️ Once it's in your mouth, you can't help but smile ☺️ The raw meat in the second picture was the best with ginger soy sauce‼️ Of course, the grilled items were also delicious. The grilled loin, seared on the surface and served with grated daikon and ponzu, was also excellent. It's easy to use for dates or entertaining, but it might be a bit pricey. However, the satisfaction level is high. If you're lost for yakiniku in Shinjuku, this place is a reliable choice that will make people happy. Based on prior research, I was recommended to try the "melting Yukke" and "Uni-topped meat sushi", so I chose a course that includes both! ●Uni-topped meat sushi: The meat melts in your mouth instantly, and the rich sea urchin topping makes it delicious even without seasoning! ●Melting Yukke: It really melts in your mouth the moment you eat it! And the seasoning is also excellent! ●Aged Japanese beef cuts: You can compare and enjoy various cuts of meat, including rare cuts. Summer limited all-you-can-drink course. Appetizers, 11 kinds of meat, cold noodles or rice, dessert all-you-can-drink for 5980 yen! Enjoying various cuts of meat while eating to your heart's content, but the small portion of cold noodles (even more delicious with lemon juice than vinegar) is so tasty that I want to come back again. The sirloin and hormone were particularly impressive. There are also two types of sauces, which were tastier than any other yakiniku restaurant I have been to. The variety of all-you-can-drink menu is also rich and satisfying. Not only the taste, but the service of the staff is also excellent. I definitely want to go back.

We were able to order various cuts of wagyu beef, including some we had never heard of before, in 100-gram portions. We had six different cuts, each cut into 100-gram portions, for six people, which made for a fun dining experience. The alcohol was quite expensive, so if you get carried away with wine, the bill can add up quickly. Just a heads up!

I went with a large group of friends to celebrate a birthday, and we were guided to a private room in the back which had a great atmosphere. The staff's service was very polite and attentive, and the surprise went well. The meat dishes were all very delicious, and the discount on the course was significant, so our satisfaction was extremely high. I would definitely like to visit again.

I wanted to try aging beef for the first time, so I visited this restaurant. Be careful as the elevator in the building with many eateries can be crowded. I had the 5500 yen course. The meat arrived on a plate all together. The appearance was impressive and all of them were delicious. However, the downside is that the meat can change color and release moisture as time passes. I didn't quite understand what aging beef is all about. Overall, I was somewhat satisfied.

I visited for a friend's celebration. We had a course meal costing around 10,000 yen (with all-you-can-drink option), and even though I can eat quite a lot, I was satisfied. I added some tongue and sliced meat, and the tongue was tender and delicious. I would like to use this place again for any future celebrations!
