Arrived at 10:40 on a regular day and the restaurant was full, but managed to get a seat without waiting. No wait for takeout. The bread is baked at the main store in Ekoda, so even if they are sold out here, there may be some left at the main store.

- Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Quiche Set (3 pieces of bread, salad, drink included) 1375 yen
Served about 10 minutes after ordering.
The Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Quiche is a repeat order. The large quiche, about twice the size of other places, has a silky smooth texture like pudding, with a rich and creamy taste of the ricotta cheese, plenty of spinach, and small tomatoes. The bottom crust is so crunchy and crispy that it's difficult to cut with a knife, but very tasty. It's quite substantial, but the variety of ingredients keeps it from getting boring. I usually don't like quiche because the crust is too soggy or the egg is too hard, but I love the quiche here and will definitely eat it again.
The 3 pieces of bread are:
- Focaccia ☆ 3.4
The crust is very crunchy, providing a good chew, while the inside is moist and chewy. It's a bit sticky to the touch when held, but not greasy. The aroma of rosemary, which is kneaded in, spreads out. The more you chew, the more you can feel the savory flavor and saltiness, making it delicious.
- Wheat Sourdough French Bread ☆ 3.4
It has a tart flavor and is quite sour. The crust is like the focaccia, crunchy and with a good chew, while the inside is moist and chewy, and delicious even without any additional toppings. They were sold out for takeout when I tried to buy some on the way back.
- Whole Wheat Walnut Bread ☆ 3.4
The brown dough with walnut pieces gives a crisp feeling, and the inside is not as moist as the Wheat Sourdough French Bread but still chewy. It has a delicious nutty and toasty flavor.
The salad consists of lettuce and mizuna with a simple dressing of olive oil, lemon, and salt.
- Takeout items -
- Spinach and Ricotta Cheese Quiche 648 yen ☆ 4.0
Purchased as a souvenir.
- Country Bread 442 yen ☆ 3.4
When toasted, the crust is crispy with a slight charred taste, and there is a strong aroma, although not as much as the Wheat Sourdough French Bread. The inside is surprisingly moist and easy to eat.
By the time I left the restaurant at around 11:30, most of the seats were empty, so this time may be a good choice for dining in. There were several items sold out, so it's recommended to buy the takeout items first. (Sold out)
- Wheat Sourdough French Bread 453 yen
- Seasonal Tart (Plum) 453 yen
I found the tart at the Ekoda location so I bought it separately.
