Located a 7-minute walk from Shibuya Station. I've been wanting to go for a long time and finally made it! This is a restaurant where you can eat grilled chicken. I had been turned down a few times when I called a week or so in advance, so this time I made a reservation about 2 weeks in advance. Even on weekdays, it's very busy, so advance reservations are a must. When I made the reservation, I was told that the "omakase course is recommended for first-time visitors," so I reserved the omakase course. In addition to the course, I also ordered the samgyetang, which requires advance reservation. Omakase course included mozuku seaweed, salad, grilled chicken breast with leeks, grilled liver, grilled heart, grilled gizzard, grilled chicken tenderloin with mayonnaise, grilled chicken neck with sauce, grilled chicken thigh with herbs, tsukune, and samgyetang. The waitress was quick to cook the food, so I couldn't eat slowly and there were some items that I didn't know which part they were, but everything was delicious♡ The salad that comes out at the beginning is filled with chicken and eggs, giving it a satisfying texture. The different seasonings such as leek sauce, salt-grilled dishes, mayonnaise-coated dishes, basil-infused herb sauce, and sweet and savory sauce made the experience enjoyable! The tsukune is divided into portions for each person and rolled into a round shape on the grill like a hamburger. Once it has a nice sear, seaweed strips are placed on top, flipped over, and it's ready to eat! You can enjoy it with wasabi or lemon for a refreshing taste. The samgyetang was prepared right in front of us by the chef who shredded the chicken and finished seasoning it at the table, giving it a live cooking experience, which was fun. I especially liked the tender and fluffy grilled gizzard with mayo, the well-marinated chicken tenderloin, and the seared chicken neck soaked in sauce. I'd like to try the a la carte menu next time.
