Before starting to write a review on Tabelog, I visited a restaurant that was called "Hormone Inada" at that time (not sure about my memory). I remember having a delicious amount of hormone dishes back then, so I chose a menu that seemed to offer plenty of hormones. I selected the MIX Hormone Lunch (2500 yen). I became friends on LINE and got information about the "Hormone Stew" service, so I eagerly added them as a friend. Later, I followed the restaurant's Instagram account and liked a specific post to receive a free drink service, which the staff kindly informed me about. I felt a bit embarrassed by my down-to-earth approach haha. I ordered a Yamazaki 12-year-old Highball as the free drink, which cost 1800 yen. The lunch was 2500 yen, so I felt a mysterious sense of guilt that I could only provide the restaurant with a profit of 700 yen... I also ordered the Extra Thick Premium Tongue (800 yen) to reach a total profit of 1500 yen and satisfy my self-esteem... Enough with the preamble. The hormones were delicious! On this day, I had Harami, Yang, Shimacho, Hatsumoto, Chicken, and White. The hormones had no unique smell, making them easy to eat. Shimacho had a light fat content, and White was so tender that it could be easily chewed. Most of the hormones came in pairs, so I could enjoy changing the sauce and adding condiments for different flavors. Usually, lunch at a yakiniku restaurant is served on a tray with everything on it, but here, they brought Kimchi, alcohol, cold water, Chorogi-style salad, meat, rice, soup, and dessert separately, which was a delightful service. Truly a high-class restaurant.
