The number of seats inside is limited, so some customers were sitting on the terrace even in midsummer. On this day, I only had a latte, but the Basque cheesecake here is delicious. It's often hard to find available seats, so it might be tough in midsummer. When it's cooler, the terrace could be nice. It's a dog-friendly cafe.

The vanilla was rich and consistently delicious! The strawberry had chunky fruit pieces and was not too sweet. The pistachio had a deliciously strong nutty flavor.

The lightness was just right to enhance the flavors of the dishes. - Hamburger: They use a brioche specially ordered from Maison Kayser for the burger buns, which made it easier to eat compared to a burger with a wheat flour-heavy bun. They don't use ketchup or mayonnaise for seasoning, making the burger very light and easy to eat multiple servings of. - Ice Cream: I tried the pistachio flavor from the several options available that day. The flavor was richer and creamier than actual pistachios, as the company's president is involved in product development, deciding on the appearance, quantity, and hardness of the ice cream.
