I was happy to receive a detailed explanation about the different parts of hormone, their texture, etc. as I was having trouble deciding what to order. I got recommended a hormone dish that was just right in terms of saltiness, and it went well with my drink. Personally, I prefer the salty flavor over the sauce flavor. The hormone dishes with enjoyable textures, like the chewy ones and the soft ones, were very delicious. (I already forgot the names of the parts...) It was a good decision to call ahead since it's a popular restaurant. I will definitely go back again!

In a trendy town filled with shops catering to young people, my feet somehow led me in a different direction. Despite the heavy rain, I climbed up the hill and arrived at the restaurant before it opened at 6pm. I ordered a drink and the recommended dishes, including thick tongue, teppanyaki, liver sashimi, tripe sashimi, skirt meat, sirloin, harami, kimchi, and bean sprouts. The taste was excellent, and the staff was attentive, even changing the grill without me having to ask. Before I knew it, the restaurant was full, indicating its popularity. The atmosphere inside the restaurant and the staff were both wonderful. The meat was delicious, especially the skirt steak which was so good that I had multiple servings. The crispy texture was irresistible, and the thickness and juiciness of the harami (skirt steak) were outstanding. I will definitely go back again!

It's a hormone festival. Yes. I ate cow's head, beef tongue, and beef small intestines. The beef small intestines didn't need any sauce. The flavor was strong. It was tough to chew, but it was delicious. The others had a salty flavor, so I thought I didn't need any sauce.

I had been curious about this popular restaurant for a long time. Finally, I had the opportunity to visit with a friend. We made a reservation and arrived on time, but the restaurant was almost full. It seems like a reservation is necessary after all. There were many types of hormone dishes, and we ordered a platter of 5 different kinds to start with. Each had a different texture and was delicious. The most expensive order was a thick piece of meat, but it was more filling than it looked, making it great value for money! There was no alcohol, and the total cost for two was just over 8000 yen! Unbelievable quality for this price! Thank you for the meal!

Long time no visit. Must order the extra-large portion of barley rice. I prefer it with salt. Personally, I like the hormone and heart here. The rice just keeps coming! They also had a summer cold noodle fair going on, so I tried that too. It was delicious. The best part is the cost performance of this restaurant! I will definitely go back.

Last night, I visited "Kameido Horumon" for the second time as part of my BBQ restaurant tour with my gourmet and fishing buddies. We indulged in a variety of horumon dishes grilled over charcoal, but I forgot to take photos of the delicious food (laughs). Thank you for the wonderful meal. I am looking for friends to join me for quick lunches, cafes, and dinners around Ebisu, as well as ramen enthusiasts and fishing buddies (laughs).

Kameido Hormone's Ebisu branch. I visited the main store before and it was delicious, so I visited the convenient Ebisu branch with my friends. The food was consistently delicious. We asked if they could arrange a dessert for a birthday person, but they mentioned that they didn't have many dessert options and for hygiene reasons, they couldn't do any cutting, but they kindly suggested that we could bring our own dessert and they would keep it in the fridge for us. We didn't end up bringing our own dessert, but it was a wonderful restaurant that doesn't get complacent despite being well-known.

Located along the uphill slope towards the south side of the rotary at the west exit of Ebisu Station, this yakiniku restaurant offers a great balance of authentic atmosphere and cost-effectiveness. The Salt Hormone Assortment, consisting of five types of hormone, is consistently delicious with no unpleasant odor and distinct textures that highlight the freshness of the high-quality meat. The seasoning is exquisite, enhancing the natural flavors of the meat while providing a satisfying yakiniku experience. With a focus on hormone dishes, it is also a healthier option. The casual and lively atmosphere inside the restaurant allows for a relaxed dining experience. Despite the reasonable prices, this restaurant is a rare gem that is suitable for both a hearty first meal or a second round of dining.

I visited the restaurant because I was craving yakiniku. I ordered thick-cut tongue salt, shiitake mushrooms, heart, skirt, thick-cut harami, and offal. The thick-cut tongue salt was delicious with its meaty thickness. The heart had a good chewy texture. The skirt, a rare cut, was crunchy and felt like cartilage. The thick-cut harami was thick but tender and tasty. The offal had a rich flavor that intensified with each chew. Thank you for the meal!

I used this place for the second stop of a work drinking party. They didn't have oysters, hachimoto, or kutsubera, but we ordered various other parts to eat. I don't remember which part is in the photos anymore, but everything was delicious. The seasoning was strong, so the alcohol went down easily. Personally, I liked the teppou, harami, tetchan, and shirokoro. The ramen at the end had a strong garlic flavor, making it a punchy finish. It was great to enjoy various parts with my colleagues. I also liked the atmosphere of the restaurant, so I would like to visit again if I have the chance.

This is my first visit. I found a blue curtain along the tracks up the hill. First, the bean sprouts were amazing and a great appetizer. I ordered a platter of beef tongue and 5 types of hormone. Delicious, good taste, and great value! I also ordered ribs and bricks, and I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal! 😊

This yakiniku restaurant has a strong salt sauce that becomes addictive, perfect for enjoying with a bowl of barley rice! Grilling the beef tongue is recommended after the rice arrives! Chewing the tongue and then eating it with rice is the best♡ I love it so much that I go to Meguro and Ebisu once a month! I always order bean sprouts with beef tongue salt, and must have the raw liver and upper omasum. I wish they would sell the miso sauce for the raw liver by weight, I want to buy it. Also, I have not found juicier raw liver than here at any other yakiniku or horumon restaurant, so you must try the raw liver... I am definitely a fan of the upper omasum over the lower omasum!! Today's photo is of the skirt steak and simmered dish, it was delicious! Looking forward to next month~~~!

I have lost count of how many times I have been to this place! The food is just so delicious!! If you love horumon (offal), you must visit at least once! The main shop is in Kameido, but there are several branch shops. I feel like the Ebisu shop has the best cuts of meat! The Kagurazaka shop has spacious tables, making it great for dates! The mino, liver, and heart are all amazing, and they cost around 700 yen each! This is a personal preference, but I recommend ordering them with salt and adding lemon sauce! You can't go wrong with any of the choices, so if you haven't been yet, don't hesitate to go and try it out!

The hormone dishes were delicious!! Especially the large harami and salted hormone were amazing!! The harami was thick and gave me a great sense of happiness while eating meat. The salted hormone was grilled on a net to remove the fat, resulting in a crispy and juicy texture with no strong taste, just like the hormone at a delicious yakiniku restaurant. They even changed the net without us having to ask, which added to the overall satisfaction. Thank you for the meal!

Kameido Hormone for stability! Despite the pouring rain on a Friday, I decided to drop by without a reservation hoping it would be empty. It was full, but luckily we were able to get a table after waiting for about 5 minutes. We enjoyed meat sashimi, hormone, and even had seconds, all for just 9000 yen for two women. My friend was also very happy with the experience.

Kameido Hormone has several locations in Tokyo, but this was my first visit here. I climbed up a steep hill from JR Ebisu Station to get here, out of breath but excited. I had made a reservation so there was no wait. Even though it was late on a weekday, the place was quite crowded. I started with a highball and kept ordering more. We grilled beef tongue, pork tongue, a mix of 5 types of hormones, and harami on the charcoal grill. The freshness from the charcoal grill was amazing. The hormones had a nice texture and flavor, even my colleagues who weren't used to eating hormones enjoyed it. I kept ordering more drinks, and towards the end, we ordered chuck flap tail, pork belly, and liver sashimi to have with rice. We were so full by the end. The service was also great, especially from the manager-looking man, it was impressive. We finished with some ice cream, and it was a great meal.
