I visited Ushigoro Bambina Ebisu Main Store for a work gathering. I was able to make a reservation even just two days in advance, probably because our reservation was from 5:30 to 7:00 pm (on a weekday). The restaurant is located in a convenient spot, just a 3-4 minute walk from Ebisu Station down a side street. Inside, the staff greeted us with smiles. Since we ordered a la carte, we tried a variety of dishes! The highlights were: - Chateaubriand: The rare part of the Chateaubriand fillet was incredibly delicious. Cooked to perfection by the staff, the meat's flavor was enhanced when eaten with salt. - Premium Tongue with Salt Sauce: The tongue was thinly sliced and cooked with a flavorful salt sauce. It was delicious, especially when squeezed with lemon. - Curry: Ushigoro's curry is a must-try! It's rich in meaty flavor and absolutely satisfying. We also tried some offal dishes and desserts, and left completely satisfied. I would love to visit again. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

I had a yakiniku lunch at Ebisu Ushigoro Bambina Honten. Whenever I suddenly crave yakiniku, my go-to place is always Ushigoro. The weekend lunches are always fully booked, so I have tried to drop by several times and been turned away, but finally managed to visit on a weekday for a solo yakiniku experience. The restaurant is not very spacious, so it seems like it would be difficult to get a table without a reservation. I highly recommend making a reservation (online reservations require a minimum of 2 people). It seems that many people opt for takeout bento boxes for lunch. I ordered the "Tabegoro Set" (4290 yen) along with an oolong tea (150 yen). Since it was my long-awaited lunch visit, I decided to go for the special lunch set. It included the famous sirloin sukiyaki, lean sushi, top tongue with salt, harami, special selected offal and hormone, kimchi, namul, soup, and a choice of a finishing dish, all for this price, which is quite a generous lunch deal. The drinks are also very affordable, with soft drinks at 150 yen and alcoholic drinks at 300 yen. The special cuts included the shinshin, togarashi, and other miscellaneous cuts. The offal selection included my favorites like shimacho, tzurami, and tanmoto. This was a delightful choice! The famous sirloin was a bit challenging to cook, so the staff (maybe the manager?) cooked it for me. And it was absolutely delicious. I have eaten at Ushigoro S many times, but even at this lunch price, the quality of the meat is truly satisfying, as expected from Ushigoro. For the finishing dish, I chose the cold noodles over curry or dessert. I almost said "both!" but managed to restrain myself. Oh, it was such a blissful experience, this yakiniku lunch at Ushigoro. The friendly service at Bambina was as lovely as ever. It was a very comfortable stay. I definitely want to drop by again soon. The meat cake for dinner sounds good too. Looking forward to the new Ushigoro Horumon in Nakameguro next month!

I went to Ushigoro for the first time! I asked my friend who lives in Tokyo for a recommendation for delicious meat, and this is where they picked for me. I don't usually go out in Tokyo, so Ebisu was almost new to me (laughs). I made a reservation for 6:00 pm on a weekday. The restaurant had a stylish atmosphere. I was seated near the entrance, and I noticed that the place wasn't very large, but there were more seats towards the back. Since it was my first time, I reserved the "Tabegoro Course" for 6,200 yen. We ordered a total of 5 drinks including beer, plum wine, and highball, and the bill came to about 15,000 yen. All the meat dishes were tender and just lightly seared, which was perfect! I was thinking about ordering more, but this amount was just right!

Bambina set meal for 1700 yen. The meat is delicate and finely textured with a light oiliness. The thin slices cook quickly, making it perfect for lunchtime. The meat has a sweet flavor from the oil, and the steak is especially delicious when mixed with the egg. Surprisingly, the restaurant is small inside, so it might be a good idea to make a reservation before going.

Long time no visit. Both lean meat and marbled meat were extremely delicious, no complaints. The chorogi salad and potato salad also enhanced the taste of the meat. The staff was very friendly and frequently came to change the grill. Reservation is a must, definitely want to come back.

About 5 minutes from JR Ebisu Station. I met up with three old friends. We were having such a good time that we hardly took any photos, but it wasn't just about beef tongue. We started with a platter of Korean seaweed and kimchi. The avocado kimchi was surprisingly delicious and addictive. Each of us called out the cuts we were interested in. Chateaubriand, tongue, ribeye, peppers, and beef tongue! The beef tongue was reliably delicious, never disappoints. When the chateaubriand was seared, the flames rose as the fat dripped down. It was light and tasty. The tongue and peppers were not too tough, easy to eat. Lately, I can't get enough of lean cuts, they're just so delicious. We took a break with cream cheese potato salad. The crunchy texture and the well-balanced flavor went down smoothly. We broke it down further with Comtan soup, and then enjoyed the shinshin and hormone platter. The chewy texture and smooth finish were a delight. The tender beef tongue simmered in homemade demi-glace sauce was seriously delicious. It had richness but was also refreshing. We finished with cold noodles. It had been years since my last visit, definitely pre-COVID. The place seemed the same as everywhere else now, but the ventilation ducts didn't reach down to the meat, so it wasn't smoky. Were the tables always this small? I can't remember the last time I came. It might be just the right distance for a lively meal with friends. There are no photos, but the thick-cut beef tongue was also delicious! I ordered the anniversary course with wine. Each person receives one piece of meat in the course, and the last sirloin steak is cooked by the staff. For the final dish, you can choose from curry, cold noodles, or kuppak (you can choose between spicy and non-spicy). The atmosphere was not too fancy but just right, and each dish was delicious. Until then, I only ordered a la carte, thinking that tongue and kalbi were all I needed for a good meal. However, this restaurant taught me the goodness of yakiniku courses. This time, I visited the Ebisu main store after a long time, and it felt like the reliable and stable Bambina. Honestly, I have been going to yakiniku restaurants that are of a higher level than "Ushigoro Bambina" more often now, but this restaurant is still a good one. Enjoying delicious meat with close friends and having a great time together. Is there any greater happiness in this world? Yakiniku makes people happy. And "Ushigoro Bambina" is always kind to us. Each comes with 4 pieces. The cuts are a bit smaller but the meat quality is good, tender, and flavorful. The loin is thinly sliced and large, making it easy to cook quickly and enjoy. You can have unlimited rice refills, and the salad and soup are delicious too. Overall, it offers decent value for the price. The portions are on the smaller side, but it's enough for most women and the quality of the meat makes it a great choice for a lunchtime yakiniku craving!

Eating yakiniku as a course meal is not bad at all. It was nice to be able to taste cuts like horumon that I don't usually order. I couldn't take a photo of the sukiyaki-like dish with sirloin. Overall, the portion size of the course was small, but everything was delicious!! What impressed me the most was that they changed the grill for each dish, which was a fantastic service. Next time, I'll try ordering a la carte.

[Order] Beef tongue & Harami grilled meat [Price] 1870 yen [Rating] Located a 2-minute walk from Ebisu Station. Visited on a weekday afternoon with a reservation. Not crowded, was able to enter smoothly. They use only A5 rank Japanese black beef, considered to be the highest quality, just like at "Yakiniku Ushigoro". The meat quality was indeed exceptional. However, the portion size was a bit small, so it was nice that you could have unlimited refills of Chorogi salad, wakame soup, and rice. Thank you for the meal.

After a 6-7 year hiatus, I visited "Ushigoro Bambina" in Ebisu. Compared to my previous visit, where I preferred "Ushigoro Nuki" in Ebisu, it had been quite a while since I last visited. The seating and atmosphere at "Ushigoro Nuki" were better than at "Ushigoro Bambina," which was better than "Ushigoro," and finally "USHIGORO S" had the best ambiance but also the highest prices. I arrived at the restaurant at my reservation time and was seated at a table. They had Premium Malt's "Fragrant Ale - Divine Foam" which was great, and the Highball with Suntory Kakubin was reasonably priced at 550 yen. Maker's Mark at 770 yen was also a good deal. They had a good selection of wines, mainly red, at various price points, making their alcohol options quite extensive for the average customer spend. I started with a glass of sparkling wine and ordered the "Choregi Salad" and "Ushigoro Roast Yukke." The salad was a good start, followed by the cooked Yukke with a minced meat-like texture due to being cooked. The Yukke had a strong flavor, which made me wonder if it was meant to pair well with alcohol. Next, I ordered the following meats: "Ultimate Tongue" - I had imagined it to be from the tongue root, but it had more red meat and seemed to be from the middle of the tongue. The heavy salt seasoning made it look like it had marbling, but it was disappointing considering the name "Ultimate Tongue." It was overly salty and unpleasant. However, the meat selection platter of Misuji, Shinsin, and Kamenoko was excellent. Misuji is a tender cut with marbling, Shinsin is a tender red meat cut, and Kamenoko has light marbling and is very delicious. This selection made up for the disappointing Tongue. I also ordered Shimachou, which was extremely salty and unappetizing. The quality of the meat was good, but the seasoning ruined it. It was a shame. The trend of overly salty dishes continued with the Sukiyaki-style Sirloin and Melting Roast, which were both delicious but left a lingering salty taste. I ended the meal with a smooth custard pudding. Overall, the experience was a mix of highs and lows, with some dishes being extremely salty while others were delightful.

I visited the restaurant on a weekday night. I had pre-ordered the wagyu beef sushi rolls and added the Chateaubriand on the day. The restaurant was always full, but the service was smooth and efficient. The balance between the marbled meat and lean meat in the course meal was excellent. Personally, I loved the sweet and flavorful wagyu beef sushi rolls and the thinly sliced seared wagyu beef for sukiyaki (no photo). I visited a place a short walk from Ebisu Station, a little off the beaten path. Slow Western music was playing inside the restaurant. I ordered the "Harami yakiniku" with half rice. Recently, I have been seeing a lot of restaurants from the Ushigoro group, including Ushigoro Bambina in Ebisu. There is also another brand called "Kan" in Ebisu.
