I love Hida beef, so I was looking for a place in Tokyo where I could eat it, and I found this restaurant! The seating was like private booths with partitions. It was early in the evening, so it was very comfortable. However, after a while, groups of business entertainment and such kept coming in one after another. All seats allow smoking, so it can be tough if heavy smokers sit next to you. Also, due to the location, there are many accompanying guests, so be prepared for the smell of perfume. Now, when you make a reservation and mention whether you want sukiyaki or yakiniku, you will be seated accordingly. This time, I chose yakiniku. The kimchi, simmered dishes, yukhoe, and Hida beef sushi were all delicious. Every cut of Hida beef was delicious! It had been a while since I was so satisfied with yakiniku. The service was good too, overall a great restaurant. I would like to come back at a time when I don't have to worry about cigarette smoke or perfume smells.

I made a reservation for lunch and visited with my friend. This time, I reserved charcoal-grilled dishes. We had the 100-gram charcoal-grilled course. The lineup included salad, tofu and vegetable grill, meat, pickles, red miso soup, rice, and dessert. The salad had a variety of vegetables and was served with a sweet and savory miso dressing. It was so delicious that I ended up putting the miso on my rice as well. The vegetables dipped in miso were also tasty. The tofu was topped with a flavorful sauce and was delicious. The pickles, especially the pickled radish, were tasty. The red miso soup was a bit spicy. My friend ate most of the grilled vegetables, so I ended up eating more meat. The charcoal-grilled meat was very delicious. It was tender and had a good thickness, giving it a satisfying bite. The dessert was a chocolate mousse with strawberries, and the rich chocolate was delicious. We were able to get seconds on rice, and I did so once. The meat, side dishes, and dessert were all very delicious. I was so happy to have eaten such delicious meat. Thank you for the meal.

I tried the Sukiyaki course called "Nagara" and it was delicious. The Hida beef was sweet and fatty, with a good portion size. The only downside was the service from a male staff member in his 50s, who didn't provide menu explanations and was a bit inattentive.

On a regular lunch day, I decided to try a restaurant without a reservation. I arrived about 10 minutes before the opening time and was seated right away. The restaurant quickly filled up with customers, many of whom were foreigners. I ordered the "Hida Beef Hitsumabushi Set" that I had seen on TV before, and it did not disappoint. The set came with three ways to enjoy the dish: 1) eating it as is with the sweet sauce, 2) adding condiments like green onions, wasabi, and seaweed, and 3) turning it into ochazuke by pouring in dashi broth. The variety of flavors kept the meal interesting until the end. The portion was quite generous, so I ended up enjoying the ochazuke more. The fresh vegetables and tofu were also delicious. The dessert was average, but overall, I thought the meal was great value for money.

The appetizer assortment is visually appealing but the taste is average. The meat sashimi portion is small, only about 2 slices, and looks meager. The quality of the meat is excellent. The staff assists with putting the ingredients in the pot, and then you finish cooking it yourself. The flavors and service other than the meat are lacking, which is disappointing.

With this, it's 2,200 yen... Great value for lunch! I have a small appetite so this was enough for me. I had delicious beef after a long time - as expected from Hida beef \( ˆoˆ )/ The seating is limited to 1.5 hours but it's lunchtime so it's enough. It seems like they're fully booked with reservations as customers keep coming and going. I mistakenly reserved for shabu-shabu next time, so I want to challenge sukiyaki!

The online reservation showed that the restaurant was fully booked, but when I called, they had available seats. When I visited on the day, there seemed to be some room available, so I recommend making a reservation by phone. I ordered the Meat and Vegetable Kishimen (with hot spring egg for the kishimen) set for 7,150 yen, which seemed quite heavy, and the portion was quite large, making it a bit difficult to finish the kishimen. Even the cheapest set had tender and delicious meat. (The dessert in the photo was ordered separately.) However, the set meal with appetizers, beef sashimi-style dish, rice, miso soup, and dessert costs 8,800 yen, so I think it may be too much for those with small appetites, but it is definitely worth the price. The seating is in a semi-private room style, which creates a calming atmosphere.

This is my second visit. This time, I couldn't have both yakiniku and sukiyaki at the same table, so I decided to try the premium series that I was curious about since my last visit. I had the premium Chateaubriand, premium Kalbi, and premium loin steak a la carte. Everything I ate was delicious, and I was surprised at the quality of the meat at this price. I was so focused on eating that I forgot to take photos. My companion was interested in the Hida beef curry lunch, so we ordered that as well. The curry itself was delicious with thinly sliced Hida beef, but it also came with thick slices of roast beef-style Hida beef. This is only available during lunchtime and not on the regular menu, but it was incredibly delicious. During lunchtime, you can order anything from the regular menu without a service charge, so it's a great deal.

We visited as a family of four for a birthday celebration. The meat was all very delicious, even the fatty cuts were surprisingly light to eat. The best part was the great value for the generous portions, making it perfect for enjoying with drinks. Everyone was very satisfied! I definitely want to go back to have their hitsumabushi again.

Everything was delicious, but the beef intestines stew, thick-cut beef tongue, Hida beef sushi, and cold noodles were especially tasty. I only have a photo of the thick-cut beef tongue, sorry. The staff were very polite and I would like to visit again! In addition to yakiniku, you can also choose shabu-shabu or sukiyaki, so I would like to try that next time.

Located on Chuo Street in Ginza 2-chome, Ginza Treasures on the 11th floor is a restaurant where you can enjoy Hida beef grilled over charcoal, shabu-shabu, and sukiyaki. Upon entering, you are required to take off your shoes. Even on weekdays, the restaurant was almost full by noon. I ordered the Hida beef limited lunch set (limited to 10 servings) for 1,900 yen + tax (homemade tofu/salad with sliced sausage/limited grilled beef (90g)/rice/pickles/miso soup/dessert). The grilled beef in the limited lunch set was thinly sliced shin meat, rich in flavor and delicious. It's shin meat, so there are some tendons, but since it's thinly sliced, you hardly notice the texture. You can taste the unique richness of Hida beef and enjoy the slight sweetness of the fat.

Sunday lunch. I had the 150-gram yakiniku course. It felt like there was more fatty meat compared to the 100-gram course! The salad, miso soup, and ham were delicious. Even the matcha pudding dessert was perfect to not feel overly full. The service was smart and attentive, making it a great experience. I would love to go again! Thank you for the meal!

I tried it for the first time. It was delicious. I was excited in the beautiful restaurant. I saw a sign for Hida beef along the road from Toyama City to Anbo Pass many years ago. I was able to eat it after many years. I had a deep emotional experience and was happy. Thank you for the meal.

We arrived a little earlier than scheduled but were able to enter without waiting. We ordered the special sukiyaki lunch course, which included various small dishes along with a toast with beer. The vegetables were fresh and crunchy, served with a miso-like dip. The tofu was topped with a thick, savory sauce. The meat served had a nice marbling, and the broth was slightly mild at first, but became more flavorful as it simmered. The meat was sweet and delicious, so we couldn't help but order more meat and eggs. The food was excellent, but there were some disappointing aspects in terms of service at this popular restaurant, considering the relatively high prices. Sukiyaki lunch for 2,750 yen. The appetizers, bagna cauda and tofu with sauce, arrive quickly. Healthy and delicious. The sukiyaki is consistently tasty and I always get seconds of the rice. The pickles and miso soup are also delicious. The dessert is well thought out. Hmm, perfect! I think this might be the number one meat lunch spot in Ginza. You usually have to spend around 4,000 yen for a decent sukiyaki lunch at a specialized restaurant in Ginza. The cost performance here is just too high. Sukiyaki orders are in the minority, with many people around ordering yakiniku (grilled meat). The staff is efficient. I will definitely come back.
