I came to a fish restaurant near Kanda Station. On Friday nights, all the restaurants are always full, so I always make a reservation before visiting. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is lively and nice. I sat at the counter, and the spacing was good. My main goal was the all-you-can-drink sake! Sake doesn't make me feel too drunk no matter how much I drink. It was listed as 1980 yen for 2 hours, but for some reason, it became 1500 yen (^_^) I placed all my orders through Line registration on my phone. You can also check the order time. The lineup of sake was quite good! I was particularly interested in the local sake. They had Hidamari, Atago no Matsu, Hakurakusei, AKABU, and many more. My friend and I kept ordering one cup each and drank a lot. We had Atago no Matsu, Kido, Sakunoka, Tenjomugen, Hidamari, and more. The dishes were very good, especially the assorted sashimi, suri-nagashi, yuzu-flavored okara, shrimp, renkon chips, dashimaki tamago, tako natto, etc. Lastly, we had a negitoro bowl, which was delicious. The staff at the restaurant were all very kind, and when I asked for advice on sake, they recommended some good options. I was very satisfied with being able to drink plenty of delicious sake! I think it's a great value for the money! Thank you for the meal!

I was lured in by the sign of this restaurant, wanting to eat seafood, so I had the seafood rice porridge here. There was plenty of rice, and you could even get seconds to make it into ochazuke. The portion was larger than expected, a bit hard to eat, but surprisingly delicious whether eaten as is or as ochazuke.

Just a 2-3 minute walk from Kanda Station. The shop is located on the basement floor. Inside, there is a wide selection of sake and the atmosphere is perfect for a Japanese-style setting. They also serve fried dishes, but the fish was fresh and delicious, especially when paired with sake. Thank you for the meal.

Overall rating criteria: The average (normal) rating is 3.0 points, with evaluations in increments of 0.5 points. The total points are calculated by adding the scores for food/taste multiplied by 4, service multiplied by 2, atmosphere multiplied by 2, and cost performance (CP) multiplied by 2, then dividing by 10 (alcohol/drinks are excluded). Review: Not mentioned, delicious.

After finishing work in the morning, I went to a fish restaurant because a young person wanted to eat fish. I ordered the usual seafood miso soup. It had a variety of large fish, which looked delicious. The portion was decent, but the bowl was too small. When I poured the egg yolk soy sauce over the fish, it spilled out. I understand they want to make it look more luxurious by using a small bowl, but it makes it difficult to eat. I hope they can do something about it. It's more enjoyable to eat without adding the broth at the end.

At 12:00 pm, I went to Uosho-ya at the north exit of Kanda Station. Despite the scorching heat, I was in the mood for sashimi! The counter seats near the entrance were full, so I was seated at a two-person table towards the back. I ordered the sashimi set meal (1000 yen). Due to the heat, the place was crowded, but the food arrived in just a few minutes. The sashimi included tuna, squid, sea bream, and yellowtail. It came with lotus root and green bean side dishes, pickles, miso soup, and rice. You can get a refill of rice. Due to the high prices of seafood, it seems like the seafood in the side dishes has disappeared?! I saved a piece of sea bream for the end and made ochazuke by pouring broth over it and adding some sashimi leftovers. Don't judge my eating habits! Just let me enjoy it.

I had a seafood chirashi bowl, which cost exactly 1000 yen. The bowl was filled with assorted sashimi on top of regular rice. It looked like a lot to eat, so I transferred some of the sashimi to a small dish before starting. After finishing most of the bowl, I poured the hot broth from the pot over the remaining rice to enjoy it as ochazuke. The menu instructed to always get a refill and pour the broth over the hot rice, and also mentioned to pour the broth after eating about 2/3 of the bowl. I was a bit confused about the instructions, but I ended up adding a little more rice after eating most of it and poured the broth. It was my first time having ochazuke in over 10 years, and it was delicious!

In mid-July 2023 (Wednesday), for lunch. Today's lunch was in the mood for seafood, so I searched for a restaurant I had saved. I stopped by here near Kanda Station. I arrived around 1 pm and there were about 5 customers already. During my meal, about 2 more customers came in. It feels like the end of the lunch rush. I ordered the specialty "Seafood Mizore Don." While waiting and reading the instructions on how to eat it, the dish arrived. It was served in a large teacup rather than a bowl, but with such a generous portion, the volume was sufficient. The ingredients included diced tuna, some kind of yellowtail, and a little salmon roe, but it seems like it may vary slightly depending on the day, as mentioned in other reviews. Since it was a bit difficult to eat as is, I transferred some of the ingredients to a separate plate, which I planned to use for the final ochazuke. Following the instructions, I mixed soy sauce and wasabi with the egg yolk to make "yolk soy sauce." I've never heard of that term before. Since there was still some left, I dipped the ingredients into the yolk soy sauce before eating, and then chased it with the rice. The yolk soy sauce is really good. It goes well with the fish and rice. By the way, the rice was piping hot white rice. When the rice had decreased to a moderate level, I drizzled the yolk soy sauce over it and finished it as a bowl. It feels like eating seafood bowl and egg over rice at the same time, a new sensation. Just the egg yolk is perfect. The tuna and egg yolk go well together. It was quite a generous portion, so I thought one bowl would be enough, but since the set-aside ingredients remained, I decided to have an additional serving of ochazuke. I gave up on the ideal of stopping at 80% full quite early, haha. I lightly asked for a rice refill, poured the broth on the side, placed the set-aside ingredients on top, drizzled the tableside ochazuke sauce over it, and finished it off with a smooth ochazuke. I had a very satisfying meal. It's not too far from the station, so I'll definitely come back when I'm in the mood for seafood again.

Seafood mixed rice bowl, 1,000 yen. I think it's good to interpret the menu as follows: - Seafood mixed rice bowl: Regular size - Seafood mixed rice bowl: Large size of seafood mixed rice bowl - Surprise! Seafood mixed rice bowl: Mega size of seafood mixed rice bowl The rice in the bowl is super-sized, over 300g, but they recommend getting a refill for the tea-pickled rice at the end, so it might be good to order a smaller portion at first. Now, the ingredients in the seafood mixed rice bowl include chopped tuna and amberjack, topped with salmon roe. There is no fishy smell in the sashimi, and the variety keeps it interesting until the end. The tea-pickled rice at the end is based on bonito? Dashi, I suppose. The dashi is effective and good. It would be nice to have wasabi and rice crackers for the tea-pickled rice. Both the taste and volume are very satisfying for the price. However, the way to eat the tea-pickled rice is ultimately confusing. Should you leave the sashimi for the tea-pickled rice? I hope they improve the sticky soy sauce dispenser as there are no wet towels.

The amount of rice is abundant, but there is also a generous serving of sashimi, creating a well-balanced dish. You have the option to enjoy just the sashimi, have it as a seafood bowl, or pour dashi over it to make ochazuke. Near this restaurant, there is another place that promotes their seafood bowls using Instagram, but they serve a huge mound of rice with very little sashimi, making it impossible to enjoy all three options. Be careful not to put too much dashi in the ochazuke at the end, as it might make you too full to move.

A friend of the chubby. You can have unlimited rice refills for exactly 1000 yen. I like the Negitoro that is moist and sticky. Of course, I had seconds, but the staff's service was very good. I wonder if they are particular about the eggs. It's incredibly rich and enhances the taste even more, making the rice go down smoothly. If I had to say, if it was vinegar rice...

Seafood Don - 1000 yen Despite the high inflation, there was no price increase, only cash payment is accepted, which surprised me. I was drawn to the Seafood Don (2000 yen) on the menu, but ended up choosing the regular Seafood Don. They recommended having extra rice to enjoy it as Ochazuke. So, I had to order the initial rice portion smaller, topped it with a generous amount of delicious egg yolk mixed with soy sauce, and enjoyed the Seafood Don. It was really satisfying. They also offer all-you-can-drink service at night, so I will definitely come back soon. Thank you for the meal!

I had been curious about this restaurant since it opened. I was craving fish, so I went to Fish Master. I ordered their recommended seafood miso soup rice bowl. Before the dish arrived, I read through the menu and instructions on how to eat it. The dish came in a tea bowl with a lot of rice topped with fish. There was also an egg, but only the yolk, which was nice. Following the instructions, I first poured soy sauce on the yolk and mixed it well. Then I flattened the fish and poured the yolk soy sauce on it. The tea bowl was too small, making it difficult to mix everything. But it was very delicious. When I had eaten about two-thirds of it, I poured the broth and soy sauce for the broth tea over it. The aroma of the broth was nice, but it lacked flavor. I think it would have been better to eat it without making it into a broth tea.

Visited the "Uoshokuya" in Kanda. Arrived around 11:30 am on a weekday with no wait. By noon, it started to get crowded with nearby salarymen, so be careful. (((((;゚Д゚))))))) You are also a salaryman, right? ✔︎ [Specialty] Seafood Mizore Don (1,000 yen) * Card payment is not available during lunchtime. There were 2-3 customers before me, but it took 15 minutes for the dish to be served. It seems they don't pre-make the dishes. The bowl size is a bit large, like a tea bowl. According to the guide, it says "Finish with dashi chazuke." Although not mentioned, they separate the sashimi for the dashi chazuke in advance. Now, pour soy sauce over the egg yolk and you're ready! ♦︎ The taste and freshness are decent for the price, but the texture is monotonous. It would be nice to have some variation like popping or crunchiness. Well, I was somewhat prepared by the appearance, but I couldn't get to the white rice without moving the piled sashimi. Carefully moving the sashimi so it doesn't fall...phew. Quite a hassle. Maybe it would be better to transfer all the sashimi to a separate plate from the beginning, dip it in the soy sauce and eat it with the white rice. Hmm? If that's the case, wouldn't it be better to just get the sashimi set meal? Pour the broth over the extra rice, place the separated sashimi on top, and you have seafood chazuke. Warm sashimi in a light broth. How does that sound to you? Preferences vary from person to person, after all.

The seafood bowl for lunch is almost all priced at 1,000 yen including tax! You can see the company's efforts. Rice refills are free. There is also dashi, and you can eat it as dashi chazuke at the end. Considering the price, the satisfaction level is very high. I have already repeated 10 times. The amount of seafood in the seafood bowl and negitoro bowl is generous. And it comes with a raw egg yolk, all for 1,000 yen flat with the above services. Thank you always.

I came here with friends for drinks. This place offers sake and seafood. We ordered a sashimi platter for 4 people, but they brought out a platter with 5 types instead of 3. The sashimi was fresh and the nerve-tightening was particularly delicious. The chicken sashimi platter could have been better with a sweet soy sauce. The raw oysters soaked in ponzu sauce were deliciously soft. The shrimp-filled chewy dumplings were addictive. The red shrimp yukhoe was excellent with a crunchy texture and a sauce of raw egg. The sake selection was good, but many were sold out, making it a bit difficult to choose. The dishes were tasty but seemed like typical and safe choices. The sake selection was good, but the frequent sold out items made it hard to choose.

At 12:00 pm at the north exit of Kanda Station. It's been a while since I had lunch in Kanda. I ordered the following: sashimi set meal (1000 yen), which had increased by 100 yen since my last visit. The place was full by 12:10 pm, with customers waiting near the entrance. Maybe because of the nice weather, there were a lot of customers, and it took over 10 minutes for the food to arrive. The sashimi included two types of tuna, squid, and yellowtail. There was also a side dish of marinated mackerel roe with radish, pickles, miso soup, and rice. You can get a refill of rice. Since there were few types of sashimi, the marinated mackerel was appreciated. What, are you asking why I'm not going back to the office and relaxing on a bench at the station? Just leave me alone~ (-_-メ)

Today I went to explore new lunch options in the direction of Kanda Station, and I came across this restaurant called Uoshokuya. I was craving seafood bowl so I decided to give it a try. I ordered their famous seafood mixed rice bowl, which was piled high with various seafood cuts. You mix the egg yolk and wasabi with soy sauce and pour it over the bowl, then enjoy. After eating about two-thirds of it, you pour the broth over the remaining rice to make a delicious tea soup. It was tasty, but for some reason the flavor wasn't quite to my liking. I think I could do without the egg yolk. Overall, it was filling and satisfying.

One minute walk from Kanda Station. When I entered, they mentioned that there was a backlog of orders and it would take some time to serve, but I went in anyway. Today's order was the Seafood Mizore Don for 1000 yen. I arrived around 1pm and more customers kept coming in afterwards. They were waiting for rice to cook and by the time it was done, it was already closing time. Since refills are free at this restaurant, the remaining rice quantity seems to be important. It took about 30 minutes to get my bowl. I mixed the egg yolk with wasabi and soy sauce to make a sauce and poured it over the rice. It was easier to eat by separating the toppings onto a separate plate. I thought the portion wasn't that big, but when I started eating, it turned out to be more than I could finish. For the second half, I added broth myself to make seafood ochazuke. Maybe the secret to the low prices is that they prepare the fish themselves. It was a bit difficult to eat because there were bones and scales mixed in. I prefer to enjoy my donburi without worry, but this time I had to be cautious. I'm full! Thank you for the meal.

Before noon in Kanda. I went to Uoshoya. As I was dining alone, I was recommended to sit at the counter, but 4 out of the 5 seats were already occupied by other customers, leaving only one seat available. It was Friday, so there were customers making reservations for the evening, making the place quite lively. I ordered the Seafood Mizore Donburi (1000 yen) from the menu outside the store. In about 10 minutes, a seafood bowl with miso soup and pickles arrived. The seafood included yellowtail, tuna, salmon roe, and more, giving it a great presentation. The instructions said to mix grated wasabi with raw egg and soy sauce, then pour it over the bowl, but I preferred to drizzle the sauce on each piece of sashimi as I ate, savoring each bite. Finally, I poured the remaining sashimi over with the broth to make a delicious ochazuke. It was so tasty! After the meal, I used the restroom, which was much appreciated in the cold weather. Oh, and whether it was a big or small restroom? Come on, leave me alone! (-_-メ)

I went to a restaurant that I saw on TikTok and was excited to try the seafood miso soup with egg yolk soy sauce. However, they told me that they were out of eggs today, so I had to have it without eggs. I thought it was okay since there were no eggs, but then I overheard the staff talking about still selling it even without eggs, which made me feel like I got a bad deal. The bowl looks big in the photos, but it's actually just a little bigger than a miso soup bowl, so it's not that large. The fish was delicious though. If they had offered a discount or some kind of compensation for the missing egg, it would have been better, but I ended up feeling disappointed that I paid the same price. I wish there had been a better resolution to the situation.
