The deliciousness of stability ♡ I come here regularly and can eat with peace of mind ♡ When I'm unsure or in need, I go to Jyuban (^^) The kimchi assortment was small but had a great volume! It was delicious (^^) Also, I really like the yukhoe at Jyuban! The combination of the sauce and crispy sweet apple is the best! The yukhoe is tender and easy to eat like drinking, lol. Also, the pot-marinated kalbi. After cutting the meat and taking the first bite, it was juicy and impressive! Also, I love the harami and red-eye loin, I can keep eating them ♡ I didn't have time to order ice cream for dessert today, but I'm satisfied again! The interior is also beautiful, thank you for the meal.

The ZARA building at the east exit of Shinjuku Station is very easy to access, located on the 7th floor. As soon as you arrive on the 7th floor, there is a reception area with chairs for waiting, which was nice. The seats available were couple seats, which added a mysterious VIP feeling, haha. I ordered the pot-cooked sirloin set meal for 3,000 yen (tax included). The sirloin was cut into pieces about the size of dice, with about 6 pieces included, and the sauce had a delicious flavor. The quality of the beef was good, with just the right amount of marbling, and it was very tasty. By cooking both sides well, I was able to enjoy it rare to medium rare. The kimchi had a flavor that went well with rice. The Jojoen salad was delicious as always. The namul was also just right. For dessert, I had hot coffee, which was a dark roast that was just right after the yakiniku. I think it's good value for money.

The restaurant had harp music playing, but unfortunately we were seated in a spot where we couldn't hear it. There were many foreign customers. We had the monthly set meal. The yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) was served with sliced pear, which was delicious. The marinated beef ribs were also very tasty. I don't like offal, so when I asked, they kindly changed it to chicken thigh meat for me.

I always use a private room. It's a must to order from the grand menu even during lunchtime. The dressing for the Jomon Salad is consistently delicious. The way the meat is served is very meticulous. Special salted tongue, marinated harami, top loin, special loin, and yukke. I also had highballs and wine and left feeling satisfied. I always use this place when I want to relax. The staff also seem to have a relaxed attitude. The service is very polite, and I would definitely like to use this restaurant again. Thank you for the meal.

The service was excellent. Honestly, the meat was average, but the atmosphere inside the restaurant was very nice with harp music playing. The salad was still amazing as always! I really liked the salted hormone. The pot-marinated kalbi was also delicious, not too greasy. The wakame namul is recommended for a refreshing side dish. The spicy udon was piping hot but a great way to finish the meal. I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

I made a reservation and visited on a regular night. It was my first time going, but the restaurant was quite spacious and bustling with many customers. The decorations were stylish, and the staff were dressed in kimonos, creating a very calm atmosphere. The tongue, kalbi, sirloin, and hormone were all delicious.

Stable Jyuban. It was my first visit in a while. The comtan soup and the top sirloin were delicious. The kalbi was also tasty, but I wanted to try the kalbi that wasn't marinated in a pot. I think this restaurant is reliable in various situations, so if you're unsure where to go, I recommend going here.

Oh my goodness, it finally happened. My first visit to Sukiya! There always seems to be some event going on that prevents me from coming here. I think it's been years since I last had beef... Maybe since I bought Mexican shoulder loin steak at Maruman Store last year? Anyway, I gathered with my friends. It was a course meal with all-you-can-drink option. The grilled meat assortment was amazing (tongue salt, special loin, kalbi, upper mino, hormone, shrimp with salt sauce). The harami was too thick and delicious! The kimchi assortment (kimchi, kakuteki) and chapchae (stir-fried glass noodles) were seasoned perfectly. The yukhoe (raw beef of black-haired Japanese cattle) was so tasty. For the main dish, I chose cold noodles or yukhoe jjang soup. For dessert, we had vanilla ice cream. The free drinks included draft beer, makgeolli, wine, sake, cocktails, shochu, and oolong tea. I went with hot sake. The waitress in a kimono said, "It's Yamadanishiki☆" Oh, Yamadanishiki, I replied. Well, the Yamadanishiki I usually drink is a 2L paper pack for about 900 yen! Haha! It was so delicious! The harp performance created a glamorous atmosphere in the restaurant. The elegant waitstaff in kimono added to the charm. I'll definitely come back if my overseas ETF investment suddenly skyrockets! Thank you for the wonderful memories!

I entered the restaurant around 13:30 without a reservation and was seated right away, possibly because it was a weekday. The Yakiniku lunch set for 3000 yen is highly recommended. The dressing and pickles for the salad were delicious. The taste of the salad can vary a lot depending on the restaurant. However, the meat today was a bit tough and had more gristle. The almond jelly dessert with jam on top was interesting, but next time I think I'll ask for it without the jam. I will definitely visit again.

If you're dining alone in Shinjuku, it's better value and has a nice atmosphere at Jyuban-ya compared to Yugentei! I'm not a luxurious person, but I've only eaten at Yugentei in Kabukicho in Shinjuku because customers treated me in the past. I was looking for a place near my hotel where I could use the "#Now Tokyo Coupon" and found it, so it was my first visit. In Shinjuku alone, this place has a more luxurious feel than the top brand Yugentei from the Jyuban-ya group! * When you eat alone at Yugentei, you will be seated at a table without a luxurious feel. And of course, the clientele here is better (laughs). Yet, the price is much more reasonable here. I made a reservation and visited at 12:00 on a Saturday, but it wasn't too crowded. There are several locations of Jyuban-en in Tokyo, but I think the salad here is the most delicious for some reason. Probably it's the way they mix the dressing. The meat can be greasy depending on the day, but the meat and sauce here go well with rice. I will visit again.

I visited Jojoen for lunch after a long time, looking for a place to have lunch with my friends who have children. I chose this restaurant because it was difficult to find a place with tatami and private table rooms, and I was very satisfied. I ordered the special menu, Pot-pickled sirloin steak (3,000 yen), which had thick slices of tender sirloin steak marinated in a delicious sauce. It came with salad, kimchi, namul, soup, choice of rice, dessert, and a drink, all for a very reasonable price! The almond pudding dessert even came with a kids' portion as a service. The restaurant was very child-friendly, with kids' chairs and cutlery available. The private room fee was only 10%, making it a very satisfying lunch experience. It had been a while since I visited Jojoen, but the food was consistently delicious, and I definitely want to come back again.

The "Tasting Lunch" for 6,500 yen (tax included) was satisfying, but we definitely over-ordered with the Seafood Platter for 7,500 yen. Even with the Tasting Lunch, considering the side dishes, it was a satisfying amount. Splitting the Seafood Platter between two people still left us with too much food. The quality of the meat was good and delicious. However, the high prices were hard to ignore. Thank you for the meal!

I went to the restaurant on a weekday close to Christmas at 7 pm without a reservation, and surprisingly, I was able to get in smoothly. This is not something you often experience at other Jyuban-yas, so it might be a hidden gem. As soon as you enter, the smell of meat hits your nose, but that's just part of the experience. If you are someone who is concerned about getting the smell on your hair or clothes, you might need to be a bit cautious. The seating consists of four-person tables lined up on a spacious floor, as well as seats tucked away a bit for couples, and even seats on a raised platform with stairs inside the floor, giving it a different vibe compared to modern private-room-style yakiniku restaurants. Surprisingly, the noise from neighboring tables is not too bothersome, so you can feel at ease. As for the food, there is nothing particularly outstanding about the yakiniku at Jyuban-yas. It is simply delicious. However, it took quite a long time for the food to arrive after ordering. Even though they said they would change the grill, they ended up not doing so. It seemed like they were a bit neglectful in that aspect, which was a shame. Overall, I think it is suitable for both dates and business meetings.

Recently, there has been an increase in high-end yakiniku restaurants that are focusing on quality and raising their prices. However, for me, whether in the past or now, if asked to name a high-end yakiniku restaurant that I would definitely go to, it would be Jyuban Saryo or Yugen Tei. I will never forget the shock I felt when I first tried the salad at Jyuban Saryo. It was the most delicious salad I had ever tasted. This was back when I was in my twenties. Even now, you can easily buy the dressing for Jyuban Saryo salad, and there are many more upscale meat restaurants available. But going to Jyuban Saryo still brings back the excitement I felt as a child when I was taken to the rooftop amusement park in the department store. Today is our company's year-end party. Our company sure loves to have parties, but oh well, it's the end of the year. The salad is still delicious as always. The quality of the meat is also top-notch. But above all, just being at Jyuban Saryo and enjoying yakiniku is the best part. To those who have only been to good restaurants from the start, they may not understand this feeling, but for me, it's something I want to cherish. I feel like I have been to Jyuban Saryo at various milestones in my life. Even if I discover even better yakiniku restaurants in the future, I will still end up coming back to Jyuban Saryo. Also, who you bring to Jyuban Saryo is really important. I want to continue building relationships with people who I want to bring here in the future.

I had a relaxing meal in a calm restaurant. I waited for about 15 minutes without a reservation. I ordered the lunch course and also the grilled salted beef tongue as a single item. The food was delicious as always, and I especially love the Jyuban-salad that comes with it.
