"YAKINIKU MARUUSHI Ginza Honten" is the main brand of Daito Corporation, which operates approximately 30 restaurants. The Ginza Honten branch has recently been renovated and I visited it for the first time. The interior and atmosphere were fitting for its location in Ginza, with mainly counter and table seats and a large number of staff members. The course I ordered was priced at 5,000 yen, which is quite reasonable for Ginza. -Order- ◇Slow-cooked oxtail soup: Warm soup to start with, said to increase your appetite for meat. ◇Crispy kimchi: Kimchi made with Chinese cabbage, with a sweet and spicy flavor. ◇Ham and chorogi salad: ◇Tajima "Ota beef" yukhoe: Smooth and delicious yukhoe made with Tajima beef, which has a low melting point. ◇Salted tongue and thick-cut harami: Tongue and harami from US beef, with a strong flavor but not overly seasoned. ◇A5 grade black wagyu rib loin yakisuki: The staff will cook this for you, and the aroma of sansho pepper will follow. ◇A4 grade black wagyu sirloin and rib loin with chili pepper: Cooked slowly over low heat to prevent the lean meat from becoming too tough. ◇A4 grade black wagyu chuck flap tail, A5 grade premium kalbi: ◇Black wagyu rump with truffle butter soy sauce: The staff will cook this for you as well. Sirloin steak with low-carb large size. The sirloin is 300g. Half of the plate is filled with leafy greens, chopped bell peppers, onions, and beans with a tangy dressing. I later realized that the tangy dressing works well as a palate cleanser after the meat. The vegetables are quite plentiful. Under the meat, there is shredded cabbage as it is low-carb. The meat is served with a slightly light onion sauce. I thought it could be a bit thicker, but it is easy to eat. I like the juiciness of the steak, but I am happy to be able to feel the texture of the medium-rare meat. While it goes well with the sauce, 300g could use more flavor variety. The provided wasabi was good, but being sirloin, the fattiness lingers in the mouth. The salad's tanginess refreshes the palate nicely. The price range is similar to a certain steakhouse, but while it may lack in meatiness, it excels in its overwhelming healthiness. It feels like a satisfying meal. I would be happy if they offered a half-and-half option with low-carb and rice.

No need for revisiting. The restaurant in 2-chome was delicious and the service was good, so it's a shame. I realized once again that in addition to delicious food, customer service and the clientele are important factors for dining establishments. It's recommended for those who want to enjoy themselves in a lively and affordable manner with a large group. I wonder about the hygiene of having tongs attached to the waist. I think it could get the tongs dirty when they touch the uniform.

This restaurant reopened around July last year with a slightly more upscale atmosphere, but surprisingly, the prices are very reasonable for Ginza. It's known for being a high cost-performance yakiniku restaurant. The 2-hour all-you-can-drink course is 7,000 yen. Since I don't drink much, I ordered a la carte and enjoyed the yakiniku until I was full. The yakiniku dishes are mostly around 1,000 to 2,000 yen per plate. Alcoholic drinks are priced at around 500 yen per glass. It was cheap and delicious.

It was delicious!! I couldn't believe I could enjoy such delicious meat at such a reasonable price in Ginza! My two daughters are light eaters, so my husband and I ordered the course menu while the girls ordered a la carte, and we all enjoyed the meal very much! The staff was great at changing the grill and cooking the tricky meats for us. We will definitely be back again! The restaurant was not crowded when we made a reservation for the opening time, and the staff member next to our table was chatting away the whole time, which was a bit distracting but it was fine. The food was so good that we will definitely return!

Eating yakiniku in Ginza with colleagues from work. The kimchi appetizer had a crunchy texture and a satisfying bite, a new experience for me. The special yukhoe, tongue, harami, misuji, rib roast, etc. all melted in my mouth, delicious... We also added curry and extra thick beef tongue, and the cost performance was quite good.

Special course / ¥5500 excluding drinks. The clam soup stock was surprisingly delicious from the first dish of the course! The yukhoe, the quality of the meat, all were delicious without complaint. The staff members also provided very good service, with the same person taking care of our table. It was just two girls, but we were very satisfied with the content. We will definitely come back!

MARUUSHI Group's main store and flagship store. The interior, with a black color scheme, is stylish and clean. This time, I enjoyed the "OMAKASE" course with my overseas friend. The menu is also available in English, making it suitable for visitors to Japan. The course features the best quality Japanese beef and carefully selected cuts, allowing you to taste various cuts little by little. The warm soup to start, followed by a kale salad topped with Fuji beef ham, was a tasteful and healthy dish. The meat selection focused on lean cuts, with well-balanced additions like marbled Kalbi and fillet. You can enjoy the sauces that come pre-seasoned, as well as Sudachi & lemon or garlic mustard according to your preference. The first finale, the special rib roast with egg rice, had a touch of truffle for an elegant twist. The second finale, Sudachi cold noodles to citrus sorbet, provided a refreshing end to the meal without feeling heavy. The wine selection included domestic and French wines, pairing a rich Chardonnay with Bordeaux. Craft tea from Shizuoka was offered for soft drinks, a unique feature of the main store's drink menu. The staff's knowledge and enthusiasm for customer service were top-notch, making for a delightful dining experience.

I visited this restaurant at 19:30 as requested by my Korean friend. The atmosphere is modern and stylish with a grey color scheme. We ordered Chorogi Salad, Tomato Salad, Salad RED, Lamp, Misji, Nakji Kalbi, Upper Mino, and Ice Cold Noodles. Unfortunately, some of the meats were sold out (like the thick beef tongue). The cold noodles were not as chewy as expected. They have an English menu but no Korean menu, so it was a bit difficult to understand the explanations. Overall, it was a nice experience!

I went to a yakiniku restaurant in Ginza with three other men, including my junior. We ordered the 5500 yen course with 4 servings of rice. The course did not include any organ meats, which was great for my junior. We also added two servings of medium-grade kalbi and one serving of premium kalbi to fill our stomachs. We each had three drinks, such as beer or wine, totaling 35000 yen. The atmosphere of the restaurant was elegant, and the quality of the meat was excellent. Despite its location, the cost performance was impressive. I would love to visit again.

I ordered a 5500 yen course and the taste of the meat was excellent, I was impressed by its high quality. However, I felt that the overall portion was a bit lacking. If this is improved, my satisfaction would increase even more. I also thought the atmosphere and service in the restaurant were good. Next time, I will choose a menu with a bit more volume.

I made a reservation for 9:00 pm! There were some items not available because I made a reservation so late, but I found something I wanted to eat. The thick-cut tongue and heart with mustard were delicious! The liver had a slight smell to it. The cold noodles were a bit bland. Overall, I think the meat dishes would be even more delicious if the seasoning was stronger!

I made a reservation for two people for a 5,500 yen course each, based on the good cost performance reviews. It was our first visit. Personally, I was impressed that the course did not include hormone. In addition to the course, we ordered extra thick-cut tongue x2, premium kalbi x1 serving (4 pieces), rib roast x1 serving (2 pieces), thick shiitake mushrooms x1 serving, small rice x1 serving, and 3 alcoholic drinks. We finished with a Craft Tea (1 bottle). The total came to 19,000 yen. We were quite full and satisfied with the taste considering the price. I was surprised that we could enjoy yakiniku in Ginza at this price. I would like to visit again.

At the end of the year, I treated myself and my partner to a luxurious yakiniku restaurant to celebrate our hard work. The restaurant had been renovated in July last year, and the interior was incredibly clean and beautiful. Lately, I've been avoiding chicken and pork due to the strong animal smell, so I was hesitant about eating beef, but there was no unpleasant smell at all. I had thought that yakiniku restaurants in Ginza might be intimidating, but this one had a casual atmosphere that welcomed all kinds of customers. We enjoyed cuts like ribeye, skirt steak, harami steak, yukhoe, shiitake mushrooms, kalbi soup, tongue, liver, heart, and chijimi salad. To avoid feeling too full, we started with the salad, which turned out to be surprisingly delicious. The staff even proudly confirmed that their chijimi salad was indeed special. It had kale in it, showing their attention to health-conscious choices. We asked the staff to cook the thinly sliced ribeye and skirt steak for us, and they did a fantastic job. The skirt steak had just the right amount of marbling, allowing the meaty flavor and texture to shine through. The ribeye was also impressive, with a balanced sweetness from the fat and a perfect blend of meatiness and umami. Everything was delicious, but the salad, ribeye, and skirt steak stood out the most. After finishing work on Friday, it's "Kanpai" time. It's raining so my mood is a bit low, but it instantly got better with some yakiniku. We started with yukhoe and enjoyed a full course of meat, including grilled sukiyaki, harami kalbi, and finished with cold noodles. It's a great deal to be able to enjoy all this at this price. I would definitely use it again for my friends!

It was a holiday, but we were able to make a same-day reservation and go♡ The place has just been renovated, and the interior is very beautiful. The sofa seats in the booths are spacious, and there is a good distance from the other tables, making it a comfortable space. They have a variety of kimchi options, and this time we ordered two types. - Avocado Kimchi → Sweet and rich flavor that goes well with beer. I wanted to have seconds. - Olive Kimchi → At first, it felt like wine, but the spiciness kicked in and it was definitely a beer match♡ - Ota Beef Yukhoe → Tender with a nice bounce, very delicious. - Large Harami Steak → Palm-sized harami, so we shared it between two people. Be careful as it burns easily. - Thick Beef Tongue with Salt Sauce → Served with sudachi instead of lemon. - Top Tongue with Salt → Soft and crispy tongue, so delicious that we ordered more. - Thick Harami → Refreshing marinade with no odor. - Special Kalbi → Tender and fatty meat, very delicious so we ordered more. - Maruchou → Sweet fat, almost caused a fire with the flames but it was delicious. They recommend not only the usual miso sauce but also vinegar or salt sauce. It cannot be done without confidence that there is no odor. - Ice Cold Noodles → Super refreshing soup. It resets the fat from the meat. The noodles are the firmest I've ever had, very chewy. - Other drinks → The alcohol is delicious. The beer is also delicious. You can tell that the beer server is well maintained. The lemon sour has a bitterness that refreshes the mouth and makes the meat more enjoyable. - Sanchu Set We drank alcohol, ate a lot, and the total was in the 17,000 yen range. It didn't even reach 20,000 yen. Overall, the marinades are light, so you won't get a stomach ache, but it's not too sweet, so it's a kid-friendly place, but I think it's better for adults to enjoy it. I'll come back again.

It was rare for my family to have dinner together on a Friday night in Ginza. My daughters wanted to have yakiniku, so we decided to go back to a restaurant we had been to before and were very satisfied with. We started with some draft beer and a warm soup to settle our stomachs. The appetizers were delicious, especially the yukhoe. Then we had a starter course with salt-seasoned beef tongue and harami. Everything was so tasty. The balance of flavor and portion size was perfect, and we enjoyed it with some red wine. It was great to be able to grill the meat ourselves or have the staff do it for us. We definitely want to go back to this restaurant.
