In the basement of the upscale French restaurant Joel Robuchon in Ebisu, there is a boutique where you can buy bread that you can enjoy at the restaurant. The boutique is also located in Shinjuku, Shibuya, Marunouchi, and Roppongi. The prices for the bread are typical of Joel Robuchon, ranging from 600 to 700 yen. Cakes are mainly priced in the 800 yen range. During a visit in the early afternoon on a weekday, there were 3 other customers present. The adjacent eat-in space was about 30% full. The Petit Baguette Robuchon priced at 130 yen is a specialty of Joel Robuchon with a light acidity that harmonizes well with various dishes (5% rye). This baguette, which I had previously tried and was impressed by, is a signature item that is served as a side dish at the restaurant. The slight acidity of the rye can be felt steadily from the crisp thin crust. The crumb is chewy with a perfect balance of salt. I love the crispy parts on the edges so much that I want to eat them separately. As you chew, sweetness emerges, adding depth to the flavor of the dough, making it exceptional. While I believe that the savory and sweet breads are delicious, if you visit Joel Robuchon, I highly recommend trying this bread.

On this day when I craved bread so badly, I decided to stop by after a long time. They had dishes incorporating seasonal mushrooms, which looked really delicious. I had to be careful not to order everything on the menu. It was a dangerous temptation. On this day, I tried the following three items: - Four Mushroom Phyllo - Quiche with Mushrooms (Blue Cheese Inside) - Baguette D'um Four Mushroom Phyllo. This was delicious! The crispy pastry-like crust was soaked with the umami of mushrooms. The crunchy texture was really appetizing. It made me want to drink beer. The large and plump quiche was fluffy inside with mushrooms and blue cheese. Its simple and mature flavor seemed perfect for wine. Baguette D'um. This was simple but impressive. The crispy tips were crunchy, the outside was crusty, and the inside was moist and chewy. It offered three different textures to enjoy. When you want to eat a slightly perfect baguette, this is the one to go for. The aroma, texture, ingredients - everything was truly wonderful. I thoroughly enjoyed it.

[Nearest Station] 7 minutes walk from Ebisu Station East Exit * Located on B1F of Ebisu Garden Place, the hometown of Michelin 3-star Château Restaurant Joel Robuchon. I often visit their other branches to buy bread, but this time at the Ebisu branch, I decided to buy a cake for the first time! The store layout and product lineup seem to be almost the same at all their branches. [Today's Order] ◆ Rouge ¥840 (incl. tax) - Cherry & raspberry flavored chocolate mousse with pistachio crème brûlée inside. ◆ Crème Caramel ¥580 (incl. tax) - Smooth pudding made with Tahitian vanilla beans. ◆ Feuilleté Citron ¥420 (incl. tax) - Crunchy lemon cream croissant * Limited edition pastry for this summer. A wide variety of cakes made it a choice based on appearance today! The bright red heart-shaped cake stood out so much that I had to buy it immediately. The cherry scent was pleasant, and the rich pistachio and chocolate mousse inside paired perfectly. I expected the pudding to be rich, but it surprisingly had a light taste. However, being a Robuchon creation, the use of top-grade Tahitian vanilla beans gave it an impressive aroma! Despite its elegant taste, the aroma was outstanding, making it delicious. Thank you for the meal! Ahh~ ☆ Rating at the time of posting (3.77) ☆ Number of reviews at the time of posting (688 people)

When you hear the name "Robuchon" at Ebisu Garden Hills, it may sound fancy, but the bakery there is actually very reasonable. If you're feeling a bit peckish, you can buy some bread here and have a lunch in the courtyard of Garden Hills, making you feel very luxurious.

If someone asks me where is a good place to have a birthday cake, I think it's inevitable to choose Robuchon. After all, it's not easy to buy one for yourself. The mango Mont Blanc is refreshing with a light mango flavor, so it doesn't feel like a typical Mont Blanc. The white chocolate used as a divider adds a crispy texture within the fluffy mousse, creating a nice accent. Furthermore, the mango sauce that comes out thickly enhances the fruity experience! Ahh, I want to ask for it again next year - pretty please!

About an 8-minute walk from Ebisu Station. Today, I purchased the following 3 types of bread, totaling 1150 yen: - Cranberry and cream cheese rye bread for 380 yen, filled with plenty of cheese, dried fruits, and nuts. The rye flavor is excellent, and this is the top recommendation among them. - Robuchon's cream bread for 350 yen, with a delicious, rich cream that is subtly sweet. - Fuite Citron for 420 yen, said to be the most popular bread. It has a crispy croissant dough with plenty of lemon-flavored cream. The slight acidity and sweetness are delightful. I thoroughly enjoyed every bite until the end. Thank you for the delicious meal.

I went in with a budget of up to 1000 yen, but the nostalgia of occasionally visiting in the past and the delicious-looking breads captivated my heart, and I ended up buying breads that exceeded a total of 4000 yen... But I decided not to go to the craft beer shop, so it's okay~ I justified on a summer afternoon... The most impressive was the Camembert cheese and ham baguette sandwich (890 yen). It's not just different from the cheese to the ham, but something that only those who have experienced the chewy-crispy texture of the baguette can understand. The subtle saltiness and the aroma of wheat are irresistible. I also bought a baguette du midi for 180 yen, of course. With this, I can make my own sandwich! And the Poulet Curry (460 yen) with curry chicken in a croissant-like pastry? I will definitely go back to buy it. I've never had anything like it. The focaccia with summer vegetables and sausage (580 yen) is hearty, and the quiche with summer vegetables (670 yen) was something I wanted to eat slowly with wine. I hurriedly finished everything and was disappointed... The cream puff (350 yen) brings a quiet happiness with its sweetness. The Pistachio Milk France (460 yen) has crunchy cassis seeds as an accent. The corn brioche comes in a pack of 3 for 480 yen. The corn is sweet, the dough is slightly sweet, and when I warmed up the first one, it was cozy, and when I ate the second one cold, the texture was chewy and delicious. Next time, I'll try the one at Shinjuku Station.

When it comes to French cuisine in Ebisu, Robuchon is the place to go, and there is a Robuchon bakery nearby☺️ Since it's a bakery, the prices are reasonable, and you can visit quite often. LOL I absolutely love Robuchon's focaccia (*´ω`*)♡ It's quite large in size. When you pick it up, it feels heavy. Considering it's only 320 yen, it's a great deal. The focaccia itself is fluffy, chewy, and moist. The perfect amount of saltiness really hits the spot, and I once finished this size in a day... LOL This time, I also bought the Milk Stick (320 yen). I had never bought a sweet bread before, but as expected from Robuchon... The cream is so delicious that other bakeries can't compare! It's not too sweet, but the gentle texture and fluffy cream are hard to find elsewhere. They also had petit baguettes like the ones served in restaurants. There were cakes in the showcase as well♡ I resisted this time, but I'm sure they are delicious too (*´ω`*)♡

I used it for takeout for my partner's birthday. The taste was good with a smooth melt-in-your-mouth texture, truly worthy of being a world-class Robuchon. (I'd love to visit the three-star flagship store someday, lol) Booking for cake pickup was easy online, and they're open relatively late at night. (You can request a message plate for free.) I visited during lunchtime, and the eat-in area was empty, making it a hidden gem. (Not easily visible from the outside.)

Located in Ebisu, this Love Tique de Joel Robuchon Ebisu Garden Place store has been selected as one of the top 100 bread shops on Tabelog. It's a dream to visit the famous Robuchon restaurant, but at least I wanted to experience a part of it, so I chose the Viennois Milk Bread for 280 yen including tax. I thought there was cream inside the bread because it was called milk bread. Although the bread didn't have a special taste, I could still feel the flavor of wheat and a slight sweetness. I hope to visit the restaurant someday.

I chose the croissant for 280 yen and the pain au chocolat for 300 yen. The croissant had a rich buttery aroma and a crispy exterior. The pain au chocolat had a perfect balance of chocolate bitterness and bread, and it was very delicious.

I visited before noon on a weekday. I went to watch a movie at the less crowded Ebisu Garden Place, so I grabbed takeout for a quick bite beforehand. I ordered an iced coffee and a ham and camembert cheese sandwich for 1,200 yen. The ingredients were simple, so I didn't expect much difference, but the camembert cheese was incredibly delicious! The balance of the ingredients was very good, and as I finished eating, the bread and fillings were just right, and it ended deliciously. I think this is quite difficult to achieve. It was really delicious. Thank you for the meal.

I have been to Joel Robuchon and La Table de Joel Robuchon before, but it was my first time visiting a bakery in Ebisu. I have been to bakeries in Shibuya and Roppongi in the past. I bought bread made with summer vegetables, as well as their corn bread. The corn bread had a rich wheat aroma, a strong corn texture, and sweetness. The lingering sweetness of the bread itself was reminiscent of pancakes, indicating the use of good ingredients. If you don't choose expensive items, you can purchase 3 items for exactly 1000 yen. I realized that I needed to set a price limit when going to a bakery recently, as otherwise it's hard to make decisions. I had been thinking of setting a limit of 1000 yen, so this was just right. If someone told me to choose bread at another bakery for 1000 yen, there would certainly be other options, but considering the location and brand, I think it's understandable at this price. Some people get excited just by receiving the shop bag, so it can also be a nice little souvenir and convenient for personal use.

I visited the Ebisu store because I wanted to try their cakes after buying bread at the Shibuya store before. It was Sunday evening, so the selection was limited, but I managed to get what I wanted. Here's what I bought... Pistachio Milk France - The pistachio flavor was lighter than expected, but the raspberry was deliciously sweet and sour. Corn Rustic - A hard bread with crunchy corn that was flavorful and delicious. Summer Vegetable Quiche - The crispy crust with the perfect balance of summer vegetables and eggs was truly exquisite. Focaccia Provenzale - The basil sauce was fragrant and paired well with the focaccia, tomato, and cream cheese, making it very tasty. Poulet Curry - The crispy croissant dough with spicy curry and chicken was very delicious. Tart Pistachio Grume - A cake that was enjoyable in appearance, texture, and taste. The yuzu jelly added a refreshing touch, and the balance with the base was exquisite. Cheese Cake Citron - A cute, summery-looking cake with a light cheese mousse and slightly rich cheesecake that paired well with the lemon mousse. Mont Blanc - A Mont Blanc with candied chestnuts that was irresistible to those who love it, as per the family's request. Alfonso Mango Pudding - A rich mango pudding that was undeniably delicious. This is a shop that I want to visit every time a new seasonal product comes out.

I went to a famous French cake shop. It seemed like a top-notch place. I bought Cheesecake Citron for 800 yen and Tart Pistachio Agrume for 840 yen for takeout. With the bag, it cost 1,670 yen. Both cakes were elegant and delicious. They looked beautiful too. It's truly remarkable. The shop was located on the basement floor of a commercial facility. There was even a waiting room inside until you receive your order. It's like a luxury brand store, so it's definitely on the pricier side.

I visited this restaurant as part of my quest for delicious bread from top bakeries. The atmosphere here in the underground of Garden Place is stylish. I have visited Robuchon's bakery several times during my quest, but I think this place has the best atmosphere. The cream bread is delicious! I would love to visit again if I have the chance.

Visited at 3:00 pm on a weekday. No waiting time. They offer bread and sweets, and you can eat and drink in a cafe space similar to a hotel cafe. Ordered the choux à la crème. It was decently delicious. The outer crust is crispy, and the cream is sweet but not cheap-tasting. However, it's not outstanding, so the cost performance is not great. Thank you for the meal!

I visited around 6:15 PM on weekends and was able to make a smooth purchase. I bought the Pave for 350 yen. Just as the sign says, it was subtly sweet. When warmed up, the sweetness comes out, and the size is small and easy to eat. I would like to visit again if I have the opportunity. Thank you for the meal.

Today, I enjoyed a relaxing day at Ebisu Garden Place! On my way back after fully enjoying the holiday, I stopped by Joel Robuchon's boutique for takeout! In the morning, I had Robuchon's reheated bread with a slightly pricey consommé soup! Let's dig in! Petit Bucket Robuchon! The size of the petit bucket is like a smartphone! It has a crispy surface and a nice aroma! The wheat flavor is rich and has a strong presence! Enjoy it with cheese! Dip it in the consommé soup! A recommended way to enjoy it at home! This would go well with wine too! Brioche Raisin! The brioche dough spreads the taste of butter! The raisins provide a concentrated sweetness and acidity accent! When reheated, the moist texture turns it into a dessert when paired with clotted cream! In terms of brand image, the price is reasonable! A slightly heartwarming start to the morning! If you go to Ebisu, you'll want to make time to get takeout from Garden Place! It's the pinnacle of a bakery!

There is also an eat-in space at the Ebisu store. The furniture like chairs is lovely, but it is in the elevator hall. The variety of bread is quite limited, but there are many gift options. Croissant 280 yen <It has a rich aroma and flavor of fermented butter, with a crispy exterior and moist interior> Florentine 280 yen 560 yen Croissant is very delicious with plenty of butter, even the next morning. The Florentine has a strong scent and taste of orange peel, so I won't choose it next time.

I visited La Boutique de Joel Robuchon at Ebisu Garden Place, located on the 1st floor of Joel Robuchon. I purchased a simple croissant. It wasn't a crispy croissant, perhaps due to time passing or the nature of the product, it was moist. The rich buttery flavor was delicious, but personally, I was unsure about the chewy texture, so that's why I gave this rating. I think it's a matter of preference. The taste was definitely satisfying, even with just one. Thank you for the meal!
