The chef from Motoyoshi Hayashibayashi opened a restaurant where you can enjoy delicious Chinese cuisine and alcohol. This is a place for those who drink alcohol. It is located a 1-minute walk from Ushigome Kagurazaka Station on the Toei Oedo Line. I made a reservation by phone a week ago and visited the restaurant. There are counter seats and table seats at the back. I was seated at the counter near the entrance. The appetizer was soup, which was delicious and much appreciated on a cold day. I ordered Chicken Nanban, Sweet and Sour Pork, Oil-Blanched Chicken, Intestines, and Stir-Fried Liver, all probably under 1,000 yen each. My impression is that everything was delicious without any complaints. The atmosphere is quite nice, and the owner has a great presence, so I want to go back soon. The tartar sauce on the Chicken Nanban was very refined and truly delicious. As for the menu, the intestines were really good and went well with alcohol. The name of the restaurant, 16 Milli, apparently comes from the thickness of the intestines. The Oil-Blanched Chicken and Sweet and Sour Pork were also really delicious. They were so tasty that I wanted rice. I look forward to visiting again soon. Thank you for the meal.

This is a bar where you must drink at least 2 drinks to enjoy the delicious Chinese cuisine as a side dish. Rice and noodles are not available here. The sight of flames rising from the Chinese wok in front of the dimly lit counter bar creates an exciting atmosphere, and the freshly cooked hot dishes are brought to you, making the alcohol flow down your throat naturally. We were served potato salad, fried eggplant, and two types of appetizers. Delicious! We also had siu mai, spring rolls, sesame chicken, wontons, and egg with black fungus. Even though there were two of us, we were full. We each drank 3 glasses of alcohol, totaling 6 glasses. The bill came to 10,000 yen with change returned. ^_^

The trainer at Kagurazaka Gym recommended a Chinese restaurant where only people who can drink alcohol can make a reservation. The ginger highball was delicious and I ended up ordering two kinds of spring rolls because they were so tasty. The dumplings were also delicious, and the coriander salad had a perfect seasoning. We had a great time chatting and drinking, but make sure to keep a good pace while drinking. I would love to go back to this restaurant with my drinking buddies. #JurokuKan #Kagurazaka #KagurazakaGourmet #KagurazakaDinner #SaikagohanTokyo #SaikagohanKagurazaka

It seems that preferences may vary among people. This restaurant is not suitable for those who do not drink alcohol as there are no non-alcoholic drinks on the menu. The sign inside the restaurant states that they expect customers to drink at least two drinks, so it may not be ideal for light drinkers either. I ordered shumai, century egg, spicy chicken, and sweet and sour pork, and they were all delicious. However, the service was too unfriendly. There was not even a simple "thank you" when we left. The food is good, but I probably won't come back.

I had a hard time getting a reservation, but luckily a friend helped me secure one and I was able to go! They have a wide variety of appetizers and unique dishes that go really well with alcohol. The menu is not filled with the usual carb-heavy options, and the prices are very reasonable for the generous portions of food. It was a great dining experience!

I had a drink and a small meeting with someone who lives around here, and I chose this restaurant for that. I had noticed it while walking back from work and was curious. The interior is dark, but there is upbeat old-school Western rock music playing. The tall chairs without back support were not very comfortable for me, being short. I decided to order a drink, and the menu had the "Drinking Rule" posted, which stated that non-drinkers are not allowed and you must drink at least 2 drinks. I easily cleared this rule within 10 minutes. The dishes I ordered were: special simmered pig intestine with black vinegar, chicken nanban, green onion char siu steamed shumai, and Shaoxing wine decanter x4. The food was very good, different from typical Chinese restaurants in town. The chef used to work at a famous Chinese restaurant called "Kisurin," so it made sense. However, the portions were small and the prices were high, despite the "Drinking Rule." I ended up spending over 10,000 yen, which was unexpected. In conclusion, the food was good, but it was a bit pricey and not very drinker-friendly. I probably won't come back here for a second or third round.

◆Outstanding Dish: Thick-Cut Pork Karaage with Garlic Sauce The signature intestines stuffed with herbs were also delicious, but this dish truly captured the essence of the restaurant. The thick-cut pork karaage had a crispy coating and juicy meat, creating a bold contrast. It paired well with the softness of the eggplant, and the double punch of fried garlic slices and savory green onion sauce added extra flavor. This dish embodied the straightforward and delicious essence of this restaurant. ◆Menu for this Visit: Appetizer: Motsu and Daikon Soup Intestine Spring Rolls Stir-Fried Vegetables with Mushrooms Thick-Cut Pork Karaage with Garlic Sauce Sesame Sauce Wontons Wood Ear Mushrooms Egg + Shaoxing Wine Decanter (for two) (Dinner) 6500 yen/person ◆Enjoying this Restaurant: <Profile> Specializing in meat-based snacks and dishes, this Chinese bar run by Chef Sato Hiroshi, originally from Akasaka, does not allow entry for those who do not drink alcohol. The peculiar name of the restaurant comes from using a chopper with 16mm holes (usually 3.2mm) when making their homemade stuffed intestines. <Ordering> Order a la carte. Drinks range from beer starting at 700 yen, a glass of aged Shaoxing wine starting at 600 yen, decanters starting at 2900 yen, and highballs starting at 900 yen. <Atmosphere> Located in Kagurazaka, the restaurant has a deep atmosphere with a main focus on the counter seating. ◆Information Source: Review by bottan - Thank you for the delicious meal~

I visited "Juroku Kilometer" after a long time. It's closest to Kagurazaka, but the access from there is also not a problem. However, I passed by it once. This is a place where people who can't drink alcohol should refrain from visiting. The interior has a counter, two small tables, a deep shop, and is positioned as a bar. I ordered a lemon sour, and the appetizer seems to be winter melon. It's spicy but not too hot. Perfect for a first snack. Steamed chicken with coriander, the chicken meat is soft and easy to split, and the coriander scent is not too strong, maybe due to the seasoning. It has a quite refreshing finish. Sesame sauce wonton. The wonton is firm and chewy, with plenty of sesame flavor. The strong taste goes well with alcohol. I forgot about the stuffed intestines. It is served warm, with a good aroma and texture. It has a proper texture but feels like it's falling apart. With rich condiments such as miso and garlic, you can try each one while eating. Pork tempura, mixed with root vegetable tempura, has a height and is enjoyable. The sauce coats it, with a crispy light batter, a satisfying pork meat. The texture, umami, sauce, condiments, and meat flavor all come together.

Since my company moved near Kagurazaka, I've been wanting to go to "#十六公厘" for a long time. I couldn't go due to the pandemic, but I finally made a reservation and it's my first visit today. The reason I've been wanting to go is because of the great reviews about how delicious and cheap it is, but also because I felt a strong connection to their clear concept of "no entry for non-drinkers." At the moment, they have a rating of 3.56 on Tabelog and are ranked 8th in the Kagurazaka x Chinese cuisine rankings, so I'm sure there are many non-drinkers who want to go. When I called to make a reservation, the staff asked me with a smile, "Can you drink alcohol?" and I couldn't help but grin. It was so genuine. I felt a strange sense of happiness and ended up saying "I love it!" with more enthusiasm than necessary, blushing, hehe. They prepared one of the two table seats in the back for us since the counter seats were full of what seemed to be regular customers. As it was my first visit, I chose dishes with recommended marks on the menu. The homemade intestine stuffed tofu, steamed chicken with century egg, coriander shrimp spring rolls, and shumai were all delicious and definitely cheap! Especially the homemade intestine stuffed tofu was incredibly delicious, so I hope to somehow make another reservation and go again soon. Thank you for the meal!

Located in Ushigome Kagurazaka, this Chinese restaurant is called Juurokumiri. The name comes from the process of passing minced meat through a 16mm thickness for making sausages. This is a no-alcohol restaurant, clearly stated inside. The seating options include a counter and tables in the back, with a dimly lit interior and cheerful Western music playing in the background. The portions are generous, with a surprisingly light seasoning that allows you to eat heartily. The menu includes potato salad as a complimentary starter, homemade sausages marinated perfectly, served with garlic slices, cilantro, scallions, and miso. Other dishes like shumai, thick-cut pork tempura with garlic sauce, and a tower of pork tempura with shiso leaves and chopped scallions are meticulously prepared. The meal also includes egg with wood ear mushrooms and pork, stir-fried with water spinach. For drinks, they offer a ginger highball with a ginger stick, kamodashi sake on the rocks, and a lemon sour for adults.

A drinking-oriented restaurant that serves delicious Chinese appetizers. When making a reservation, they will confirm if you can drink alcohol. The small dishes allow you to try a variety of items, which is great. The food is not too oily, so you can eat a lot. The dishes have a strong flavor that pairs well with alcohol. Some of the dishes include homemade sausage, shumai, sesame sauce dumplings, garlic-flavored chicken gizzards, and stir-fried pork with ginger.

The restaurant is usually full, but I was lucky to find a seat this time! The concept of a Chinese bar with a no non-drinkers policy is great. The dishes are all delicious and the portion sizes are just right. The staff are friendly and it seems like a place where you can comfortably dine alone.

From lunchtime, we went bar hopping in Kagurazaka and ended up at Juurokumaru. Please note that they do not allow entry for those who do not drink alcohol, so non-alcohol drinkers, please be aware. A Chinese bar where you drink at the counter. I personally like that people who don't drink shouldn't come. I usually have Shaoxing wine highball, and the best snack is shumai. The snacks here are delicious, but it's sad that I can only have a maximum of two dishes when I'm alone, but that's unavoidable. For the second dish, I'm torn between black vinegar sweet and sour pork or wood ear mushrooms with eggs. Today, I'll go with the sweet and sour pork.

Dishes that go well with Shaoxing wine are at a level where it's like they were made for it. Chicken Nanban, Sweet and Sour Pork, oh, Sweet and Sour Pork is highly recommended. The richness of the meat is amazing. Gyoza, Spring Rolls - Spring Rolls are unique. It's like listing the ingredients of fresh spring rolls. Highly recommended.

Once again, I went for drinks in Iidabashi! I was craving Chinese food, but all the restaurants in Kagurazaka were fully booked. Luckily, I found a spot at Juroku Koken. This is my second visit! Last time, I was too exhausted after a drive to eat or drink, so I was disappointed. I wanted to redeem myself! This place boasts a strict "no soft drinks" policy. I started with a beer toast. Then came the coriander and steamed chicken salad. The coriander here is really delicious - crunchy and no strange smell. It pairs well with the steamed chicken! Next, we had some siu mai. It was meaty and good! The spring rolls were crispy and tasty! The stir-fried wood ear mushrooms and eggs were also nice - surprisingly light and easy to eat. Finally, the sweet and sour pork! I had this last time and loved it, and it was still delicious this time! Although I wasn't as impressed as last time (probably because I ate quite a bit), I was full halfway through (laughs). I also had a Shaoxing wine highball! This drink is really good with Chinese food - refreshing and it goes well with the cuisine! If I feel like having some quick Chinese food again, I might come back here! Just keep in mind that they don't serve rice or noodles here, probably because of their strict no soft drinks policy!

Alcohol consumption is a must! It was emphasized even when confirming availability over the phone. Visited with a friend who enjoys drinking for work-related reasons. The owner is said to be from Kisarazu and everything we ate was delicious, the drinks kept flowing, making it a heaven for alcohol lovers. We ate and drank a lot, yet it was still reasonably priced. As mentioned in other reviews, the staff may not be very friendly, and the food may take a while to arrive after ordering. But I liked how the drinks came out quickly. It's a space where customers can enjoy the food and drinks at the pace of the restaurant. It may not be for everyone, but those who like it will definitely love it.

I felt a strong determination from the restaurant with a sign saying "Everyone, drink alcohol" at the storefront. I had been wanting to visit for a while, and finally managed to go last night. There were no non-alcoholic drinks listed on the table menu, showing their commitment to alcohol. However, the food was all delicious and well-prepared! The dishes I had that day were as follows: - Chinese-style simmered pumpkin (appetizer) - Homemade sausage - Fried eggplant with ponzu sauce (forgot to take a photo) - Sesame sauce boiled wontons The Chinese-style simmered pumpkin was a bit spicy, tempting me to drink alcohol. The homemade sausage was like Chinese salami and tasted great with the accompanying miso, garlic, and green onions. I can't eat cilantro, so my friend helped finish the side dish. The fried eggplant with ponzu sauce, which I forgot to photograph, had a great flavor. The seasoning on the grated radish paired well with the fried shimeji mushrooms. The sesame sauce boiled wontons were incredibly delicious, but it was tricky to pick them up with chopsticks as they were slippery. I had a lemon highball and a Shaoxing wine highball for a light drink because the plan was to visit three places that night. The flavors were really good. Next time, I plan to sit down and enjoy a hearty meal there. Thank you for the meal.
