I was surprised to find a great burger joint in this area! It's located in Shinjuku 2-chome, behind the furniture store Actus, a bit away from the surrounding eateries. It's still new, so the interior is clean. The entrance is narrow, but surprisingly spacious inside, so seating shouldn't be a problem unless it's lunchtime. The open layout makes it easy to enter. You order at the counter by the entrance, receive your drink on a tray, then take a seat and wait. The staff is quite friendly. As for the burgers, in a time where gourmet burger joints are everywhere, this place stands out by focusing on overall balance rather than just the meatiness. There's a generous amount of veggies, and the buns are fluffy and fragrant. The thickness is just right, making it easy to eat. The lightly seasoned taste allows the ingredients to shine, giving a satisfying flavor. With the great atmosphere, friendly staff, and convenient location not too far from Shinjuku, this place really hits all the right notes. It would be even better if they had a few more menu options or some special items to choose from.

There is a hamburger shop quietly standing behind Actus in Shinjuku 3-chome! It's located at the entrance of 2-chome, which is not a very busy street, so many people may not know about it! However, the burgers are surprisingly delicious and the atmosphere is nice too! I tried the avocado cheeseburger! Lately, these giant burgers are really tasty and high quality, right? The prices are reasonable for what you get haha. You can also get a drink set if you choose from the specified options! It's a great place for a date or hanging out. It takes about five minutes for the food to come out, so you can wait at your table until then. They serve the burgers wrapped in paper for you to eat! The place is also Instagram-worthy, as they pay attention to that detail haha. The interior is clean and has a nice vibe! The only downside was that my plans changed and I had to leave soon after eating, so I wish I could have stayed a bit longer. Oh well!

I had a genuine hamburger at "Mr. Tokyo BURGER'S cafe" in Shinjuku Sanchome. The patty had just the right amount of meat flavor and salt, so I made the right decision to double the patty! (It was a bit disappointing that there were some slightly tough parts in the patty...) I ordered a cocktail called Bulldog, and I was delighted to receive a colorful Bulldog made with pink grapefruit, as I love pink grapefruit♫ I added ¥100 for extra potatoes and requested to upgrade from S to R, but I felt that the portion for R size was a bit small, so that was a bit disappointing.

This is a hamburger restaurant located about a 3-minute walk from Shinjuku 3-chome Station. I went there alone for lunch. The place looks really stylish from the outside. As soon as you enter, there is a counter where you can place your order and pay before finding a seat. Everything on the menu looked delicious, but I decided to go with the Teriyaki Egg Burger set. Since it was lunchtime, there were quite a few solo diners. The burger arrived at my table in about 10 minutes. The fries were thick and crispy on the outside, yet fluffy on the inside, and really delicious. The burger was wrapped in paper, and I enjoyed it by taking big bites. It was made with 100% beef, so it was juicy and very tasty. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and juicy. The teriyaki sauce was just right, not too sweet. The fact that it was served on one plate added to the stylish feel, and the side salad made it a great deal. Burgers are definitely best enjoyed by taking big bites rather than using a knife and fork. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was cozy, and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal alone. The donuts for dessert also looked delicious. They seem to offer takeout as well, so grabbing some to enjoy at the park would be a great idea.

It was my first time, so I ordered the Mr. Tokyo double meat and it was delicious♡ The potatoes were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, which was amazing! The nut sauce was creamy, so I added some ketchup for a little extra kick halfway through, and it was perfect! The staff were also lovely, so I would like to go again^ ^

I visited on a very hot day. I ordered a shrimp sandwich and a Heineken beer! The portion was generous and I was very satisfied. The shrimp flavor was a bit subtle, but overall the sandwich was great!! It had a savory taste with a hint of saltiness that paired well with the beer. The beer was really delicious.

I had hash browns for 1,705 yen including tax, and I ordered iced coffee as a set drink, which was 275 yen including tax. I love BBQ sauce and mozzarella cheese, so it was delicious. I think I'll be ordering hash browns every time from now on. And, as expected, the potatoes were really delicious.

I came to eat lunch at this restaurant. I had made a reservation so I was able to enter smoothly, and the restaurant was not crowded around 1 pm, so I could enjoy my meal in a calm atmosphere. I chose the recommended dish, Mr. Tokyo. The burger and the bag to put the burger in were served separately, and I was asked to put the burger in the bag when eating. The taste was just right with the nut sauce and cheddar cheese, and the occasional crunchiness of the nuts added a delicious texture. I am thinking of visiting again next time I am in the area.

This is a small and cute burger shop located a short walk from Shinjuku towards the Gyoen side! I visited during my work break! You order at the counter as soon as you enter, but the staff's service is very polite and exciting! The interior of the shop is spacious, with a cute cafe-like atmosphere. There are table seats, counter seats, and even a terrace, creating a relaxing atmosphere where you can spend time in your favorite spot. As for the burgers, they are gourmet burgers, but with a gentle touch that would appeal to women! The patty is juicy but not too meaty, making it easy to eat. There is plenty of vegetables inside the burger, which is nice. When I took a bite, I thought, "How gentle!!" I personally love the standard burger and ordered it with pineapple topping, which was sweet and delicious! I'm not sure how crowded it gets on weekends, but it's recommended for when you want to relax away from the hustle and bustle of Shinjuku!

The juicy and flavorful patty was delicious! I finished it in no time! I wouldn't mind if it was even bigger, haha. The potatoes were bigger than I expected and had a nice crispy texture which I enjoyed. I want to go back again. This time I chose mozzarella cheese, so next time I'm thinking of trying cheddar.

I went there on Saturday afternoon. It took about 20 minutes to walk from Shinjuku Station, but it might be faster to go from Shinjuku Gyoen Station. I made a reservation just in case, but the restaurant was surprisingly spacious and seemed like you could walk in without a reservation. They seemed to take orders before seating you and starting to prepare the food. It took about 15 minutes from ordering to the food arriving. I had the Mr.BBQ limited edition barbecue sauce burger. It was a hearty burger with bacon and egg sandwiched in, but the flavors were well balanced. It was satisfying to eat a hearty burger and it was delicious. There are many limited-time menu items, so I want to go back and try more. It's a great restaurant, even though it's far from the station. I think it's a good place for lunch with friends.

- It was a classic hamburger. Even in double size, it goes down easily, with a thick patty that gives a satisfying bite. The fries that come with the set are basic but delicious. - The staff are incredibly friendly. You can have a pleasant meal. Plus, the spacious interior gives a sense of openness. It's also nice that they play foreign movies on the monitors.

I came to Shinjuku on my day off, but all the casual eateries were too crowded to get into, so I made a reservation for 15 minutes later and visited. Honestly, I wasn't very hungry, so I just wanted to order some fries, but they said, "Customers with reservations need to order a burger or sandwich." Even though I had made the reservation just 15 minutes ago, they weren't flexible about it. Oh well, nothing I could do. When I asked if they could cut the sandwich in half for sharing, they said there would be an extra charge for that (laughs). I've never heard of that before (laughs). Despite the bold pricing, they were doing something like a budget airline. I ordered a shrimp sandwich, but it didn't arrive for 20 minutes. I thought it was too slow, but when it finally came, I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The vegetables were crunchy, and the shrimp was warm and fluffy, with each texture and flavor standing out without clashing. I had a lot of complaints earlier, but the amazing taste blew them all away. It's close to Shinjuku Sanchome, but the surrounding area has a calm atmosphere, making it a pleasant experience. There were also dogs inside, making it a friendly place.

During this visit back home, I hadn't had a hamburger, so for today's lunch, I decided to go to Mr.Tokyo BURGER'S cafe, a place I've wanted to try for a while. With Golden Week over, Shinjuku is back to its weekday mode, making it easy to get around. I arrived almost right after they opened, so the place was practically empty. Since the pandemic, this is the most calming situation I've experienced. Today being my first time here, I played it safe and ordered the Mr.Tokyo Burger with the classic O-ring topping. It arrived about 10 minutes after I ordered. The meaty aroma whet my appetite. The greenish hue of the burger looks vibrant and appealing. The buns were just the right amount of firmness and didn't get soggy from the meat juices. The patty had a meaty texture and satisfying chewiness, making it delicious. The light mayo-based sauce and nuts and leaf lettuce gave it a refreshing feel, and once I started eating, I couldn't stop. The nuts added a nutty aroma when chewed, which was quite enjoyable. The fried potatoes were not wedge-cut as I expected, but crisps-cut, with a thick chip-like texture that was fun to eat. Once again, I found a great restaurant. I'll definitely be back!

This is my first visit. Located a 4-5 minute walk from Shinjuku Sanchome Station, this place is tucked away in a back alley, but the interior is quite stylish. I visited as a cafe around 3 pm on a weekday, and the place was about 20% full. There are counter seats and table seats lined up, and you first pay the fee at the entrance before entering. Today, I ordered the Mr. Tokyo for 1,848 yen. It was brought to me in about 10 minutes. First, the potatoes were delicious. They had an interesting shape, crispy on the outside and very moist on the inside. The saltiness was just right, and I really liked it. As for the main dish, it had lettuce, tomato, avocado, cheddar cheese, patty, and the most distinctive feature was the abundance of nuts. It also had a nut sauce. The lettuce was crunchy, juicy tomatoes, flavorful cheddar cheese, plenty of avocado, and the patty was quite soft and sweet. Then, the crunchy texture and nutty flavor of the nuts were added. It was a satisfying burger, but honestly, the price was a bit disappointing. I wish it could be a bit more affordable. However, it seems you can get a 20% discount with a coupon now, so next time, I want to try the three types of mushrooms using the coupon. Thank you for the meal.

The restaurant is located a little away from Shinjuku Station, so the inside was not too crowded and I could enter without waiting in line. The menu is extensive. I ordered a pineapple burger and a glass of beer. The meat was juicy and delicious. The portion was not too large, just right for women.

I came back after a long time looking for a place where I can relax after eating, and I'm happy that the prices haven't gone up. This time, I had the Standard Burger Set (1000 yen) again. Since last time the mustard taste was too strong, I ordered the burger without mustard. For the drink, I had iced coffee. The iced coffee was quite weak, like American coffee, but I was happy with the generous amount. When I lifted the Standard Burger, the buns felt cold, which was a bit strange. The inside was cooked though. Without mustard, you can really taste the ingredients. The patty had a meaty texture and was delicious. The buns were fluffy, and the portion was not as big as it looked. The soup was corn soup, creamy and rich with milk.

Located in a residential area a short walk from Shinjuku Sanchome, around Shinjuku Ni-chome, this burger joint has mostly seating for two and a counter in the back. You pay first and then your order is brought to you. I ordered the "Oops! I Fried the Patty" Burger (1480 yen), a limited edition burger for the month. When I saw the menu, I knew I had to order this one. The burger had a fried patty with a fried egg and tomato sandwiched in between, giving it a unique and high-calorie taste. The portion size is quite large, so it might be a bit much for women.

I arrived around 12:30 on a holiday, there were about two people waiting, and the restaurant was about half full. It is located slightly outside Shinjuku, and there was a fairly long line forming at the back. The specialty of the restaurant is a unique burger made with 8 types of nuts, and it has a stylish cafe-bar atmosphere inspired by the West Coast of America, with mostly female customers. I decided to trust my instincts and ordered the lunch set with 3 types of mushrooms (for an additional 200 yen, it came with a drink, potatoes, and salad) for 1610 yen. The salad and potatoes were both delicious, with well-seasoned flavors. As for the burger, the standout elements were the sauce and the buns. The buns were flavored with roasted barley tea, giving them a unique fragrance and sweetness, and they were fluffy and high-quality. The beef patty, made with 100% beef, had a coarse texture and was delicious. The burger was topped with lettuce, mayonnaise, and mustard, creating a combination of creamy sweetness and spicy flavors. The mushrooms with cheese in the middle added multiple layers of umami, creating a delightful experience with each bite. While there are many types of burgers out there, this one stood out for the impressive flavors of the sauce and patty. It was the first time that both the sauce and patty left a lasting impression on me, and even if the sauce wasn't particularly special, being able to achieve such a taste with a store-bought one is impressive.

Today's lunch was at Mr. Tokyo BURGER'S cafe. It was my first visit, so I ordered the Standard burger (1,100 yen) from the grand menu with a lunch set drink (additional 220 yen) of spicy ginger ale. The patty was delicious, with a good balance of steak and hamburger flavors. I feel like adding an extra patty would make it even better. The sauce and lettuce were also tasty! The thick lettuce added a nice texture. The salad was also delicious. The unique cut of the potatoes provided a crispy and fluffy texture. The sweetness of the potatoes was delicious. It's a shame that I can't come here for lunch more often due to the distance. If I come to Shinjuku on a weekend, I will definitely visit again. It was delicious!

Lunch♡ I ordered: - Avocado Cheese Burger (¥1,340) - 3 Types of Cheese Burger (¥1,350) The buns were fluffy and the patties were juicy. The combination of ingredients like tomato, lettuce, avocado, and cheese didn't feel heavy. It's easy for girls to finish and satisfying for gourmet guys. I was captivated by the taste. The time I spent eating was so enjoyable and passed by quickly. I want to go back again to experience that happiness. Definitely a repeat visit for me! Rin's Note: Opening hours: 11:00-21:30 (L.O. 20:30) *Lunch time is from 11:00-15:00 Open on Sundays Non-smoking indoors, smoking allowed on the terrace.
