Maybe saying it's a sweetness level of 50 is a bit too much~ I arrived around 18:28, just before closing time at 18:30 (I didn't plan it, haha). While I was eating at the outdoor seating area, the door closed and it felt awkward. Sorry to the staff. It wasn't intentional.

However, after eating about 70%, you can feel your taste buds enjoying it. The more you eat, the more delicious it becomes. It was my first time trying purple sweet potato shaved ice in my life. It was incredibly delicious.

I visited the newly opened "Imo Pippi Harajuku Takeshita Street Store" on June 2, just a 3-minute walk from Harajuku Station Takeshita Exit, located on the cutting edge Takeshita Street of the times. Imo Pippi specializes in sweet treats based on baked sweet potatoes, such as the "extremely matured baked sweet potatoes" with a sugar content of over 50 degrees. Baked sweet potatoes have been gaining popularity recently. Please note that this is a take-out only store. (There are chairs in front of the store.) I tried the ⭐️ Croffle Imo Mitsu Caramel Ice Cream for 830 yen. A new item starting from July 8. It consists of a crispy and fluffy croffle topped with cool vanilla ice cream, gooey caramel sauce, and finished with sweet potato syrup, all of which complement each other perfectly. It's a perfect treat for this hot summer. Ideal for enjoying while strolling along Takeshita Street!

Selected the soft serve ice cream made from 1 millimeter strands of sweet potato. Each one is handcrafted by squeezing the sweet potato. Photography is allowed. It was a hit. The taste is incredibly delicious. It has an elegant, rich, and intense flavor like a sweet potato Mont Blanc. I am happy. All this for 1300 yen. Amazing cost performance. Thank you for the meal!

I happened to pass by and the store was open, so I made a detour. I bought a small size of aged sweet potato. It is extremely sweet and moist. It's so moist that I wonder if they mashed it up and then put it back together. They put it in a paper bag for you, but because of the honey, it stuck to the bag and tore when I tried to take it out. It would be nice if the inside of the bag was made of a material that doesn't stick.
