Many people were buying the set, but I only bought one. The petite and cute canelés are lined up. It was my first time trying them, so I chose the plain flavor. It was subtly sweet with a hint of rum aroma. The cute appearance makes it a great souvenir for canelé lovers.

A new canelé shop opened inside Shinagawa Station. I bought plain canelé in large and small sizes, as well as a chocolate one. The small canelé was not crispy on the outside and had a crumbly texture inside. The large canelé had a slightly firm crust and a slightly moist inside, but compared to other delicious canelés I've had before, it was quite disappointing. Personally, the best canelé I've had so far is from another shop. The chocolate canelé was just average. I was looking forward to what defines a canelé, so I was disappointed.

I bought souvenirs and treats for myself, and there were so many types to choose from that I had a hard time deciding. I tried lemon, blueberry, and caramel flavors, all of which had a coating and filling, making them very satisfying. They were all priced at 300 yen or less, which was great. Personally, I love blueberry the most.

There is a shop inside JR Shinagawa Station's ticket gate. I went there for the first time. It is a specialty shop for canelés with a variety of flavors. On that day, I bought a chocolate canelé. The flavor of chocolate spread throughout my mouth. It had real chocolate on top, which provided a good texture.

On March 13th, I visited Shinagawa Station and bought a White Day gift. I chose the Tachimachi Cannele 8-piece set (2,160 yen) on a whim after seeing it in reviews from followers. Tachimachi Cannele seems to be from Hiroshima. While Andersen, also from Hiroshima, can be found all over Kanto, the popular "Mozart" from Hiroshima is nowhere to be seen. Tachimachi used to be like a hidden gem in my younger days. I once emailed "Chikara" Udon asking them to expand to Tokyo, but received a polite reply saying they had no plans to do so at the moment. I wish more of Hiroshima's flavors would make their way to Tokyo. By the way, I haven't tasted this Cannele as it looks very sugary on the outside, so I can't give a rating.

I have bought "Tatamachi Canele" at Hiroshima Station. The main store is located in Tatamachi, Naka-ku, Hiroshima, so it's called "Tatamachi Canele"! I reunited with it at Ecute Shinagawa Station. This time, I bought the "Caramel," "Almond," and "Chocolate" flavors that I missed out on last time. This time I bought three, sharing half with my husband. Caramel - Wow! Caramel flavor! The aroma is nice and they have captured the bittersweet caramel flavor perfectly in the canele! Yes! I like this taste! Almond - When you turn the canele over, there is something like a Florentine on the bottom! The dough is not sweet. The topping is delicious. It's not a canele. It's the furthest from a canele. Chocolate - It looks bitter, but it's sweet. It's a crumbly chocolate with a juicy texture. Not bad. It's not a canele, but it's tasty if you think of it as a chocolate cake. Thank you for the meal. Caramel is my favorite. It was sweet and delicious, even though it's not really a canele. It was enjoyable to see the various flavors lined up. It's nice to be able to choose and buy just one. The staff had a cute smile and was very likable. It's perfect for buying souvenirs at the station. It was 260 yen per piece.

Shinagawa Station has many wonderful shops inside. I was intrigued by the sign for a "Cannele specialty store" and decided to try it out. ■Order Details - Cannele: 260 yen each I bought four flavors: Caramel, Chocolate, Matcha, and Almond. - Chocolate It was baked to perfection, not too sweet. I couldn't really taste the rum that's supposed to be in it. - Caramel The bitter caramel flavor was really nice. This was my personal favorite. - Matcha Instead of the bitterness of caramel, it had the bitterness of matcha which paired well. The matcha was also kneaded into the dough, making the black and green color combination beautiful. - Almond This is a classic combination. The roasted almonds go well with sweet treats. Cannele is a traditional baked good from the Bordeaux region of France. The outside is crispy while the inside is chewy. They are small in size and a bit on the pricier side, but all the flavors were delicious so I was satisfied. ■Miscellaneous This Cannele specialty store is run by Castagna, an Italian restaurant in Hiroshima Prefecture. They are known for their desserts and have started offering pastries in department stores as well.

My family bought some canelés from a shop inside the Ecute at Shinagawa Station. We got the following flavors: Chocolate (260 yen), Caramel (260 yen), Matcha (260 yen), and Almond (260 yen). The Chocolate canelé was not too sweet, with a chocolatey taste throughout the pastry. The Caramel canelé had a nice balance with its slightly bitter caramel sauce. The Matcha canelé had a hint of bitterness that complemented the pastry well. The vibrant green color and red bean topping were cute! The Almond canelé had a moist texture with a crunchy almond topping. The canelé itself had a basic vanilla flavor. They also have seasonal canelé flavors, so I look forward to trying them next time I visit Shinagawa for work.

January of the 5th year of Reiwa, Wednesday, I visited a shop and decided to try their canelés after feeling like eating them while seeing them. Overall, the canelé was easy to eat and seemed to be liked by many people. The taste when warmed up was a bit of a concern. I didn't make a reservation and didn't rate the shop at the time of my visit. The weather was sunny with a temperature of 9°C/3°C. The shop was not crowded, and there was no noise from other customers. I paid 830 yen for a large plain canelé using my credit card at the register. The shop was located in Shinagawa Station. The shop and the staff were charming and cute. The handwritten signs were also cute. The inside of the paper bag was coated with vinyl, which was impressive. The back of the paper bag had the expiration date stamped on it, providing peace of mind. The display at the shop explained the difference between the large and small plain canelés, which was helpful. The large plain canelé was labeled as "canelé" at the shop front, but on the receipt, it was labeled as "plain large," which was a bit confusing. It seemed that having a different name for the product might have a promotional effect, emphasizing the difference in texture.

Located inside the station, this convenient store was a great find! I was looking to buy some Tokyo souvenirs, but ended up purchasing from a store in Hiroshima. It turned out to be delicious though! They had a total of eight varieties, but due to the snow, they only had six available that day. I added my favorite lemon and almond flavors. Perfect with coffee, these bite-sized treats allow you to sample a variety of flavors. Highly recommended for on-the-go snacking. Thank you for the meal! ♡

I missed going to the direct-operated canelé specialty store Marunouchi in Hiroshima's western confectionery Castagna... so I bought them at Shinagawa Ecute. There is always a line in the evening and I couldn't buy them, so I went first thing in the morning. The receipt is proof of purchase. It was decided what to buy, so I made the payment in 1 minute. Limited to December: White Canelé - Rich white chocolate decorated with sweet and sour raspberries, cute for Christmas. Canelé Almond - The crispy texture of almonds is good. Recommended. Canelé Caramel - Perfect match with the rich caramel sauce. Recommended. Canelé Plain - Easy to eat with a gentle aroma of rum. Canelé Citron - The flavor of Hiroshima-grown lemons is good, but I thought it would be better if the outside of the canelé was a little firmer and crispy. Satisfied.

I tried it for the first time, but I wonder if there is not much difference between canelés from different shops?

I was recommended a delicious canelé and went to buy it right away. I'm looking forward to it. Which one should I eat first? The trend keeps repeating. #Sweets #Canelé #Tatsumachi Canelé #Shinagawa #Ekiute Shinagawa

I purchased it as a snack for the Shinkansen. The size was cute, with a crispy exterior and a fluffy interior, making it a delicious and classic canelé. The visual presentation is also cute, making it a good choice for a souvenir. Thank you for the meal.
