●Sushi enthusiasts, this is the perfect hangover meal. This time, I visited "Sushi Tsu" after a long time, over half a year has passed! I was considering making a lunch reservation this time, but surprisingly, the prices had gone up a bit. Well, everything else in the world seems to be getting more expensive too! Oh well, can't be helped! More importantly, I'm looking forward to enjoying Sushi Tsu after such a long time. Let's go with enthusiasm! In the past, it used to be a 5,500 yen lunch, then it went up to 12,000 yen, and this time it's 16,500 yen! The prices are steadily increasing. It might be a good idea to come and eat here sooner rather than later! ●Starting with the Sakura course for lunch. It's so delightful! Each bite has a firm and satisfying feel to it. - Choshi's Hirame First up is Choshi's Hirame, lightly seasoned with salt. It melts in your mouth... so delicious! It's delicate but packed with flavor, and the salt gives it a nice edge. - Kumamoto's Kohada Perfectly balanced with vinegar. A sushi restaurant that serves quality shiny fish can be trusted! - Kochi's Kue Next is Kochi's Kue. It's been aged for 14 days, resulting in a rich and fatty flavor. It's tender, and the umami spreads in your mouth... so tasty! - Sakuramasu Sakuramasu. Nowadays, salmon varieties are quite common even in high-end sushi restaurants. The fatty, silky texture of this fish is delightful. I want more of this Sakuramasu! - Choshi's Kinmedai Choshi's Kinmedai. It's marinated in kelp and left to soak for about 8 hours. When you taste it, you get a subtle kelp aroma. - Swordfish Swordfish. It's lightly marinated. This swordfish has been aged for an impressive 25 days. They use the core part with remaining texture. Aging can easily go wrong, but they experimented and succeeded. The aging process pays off, resulting in a melt-in-your-mouth texture. Was swordfish always this delicious? The aging process is impressive. - Botanebi Next up is my favorite, shrimp. It's fluffy and melts in your mouth with incredible flavor. It's irresistible! Shrimp is so delicious! - Marinated Tuna This marinated tuna uses the lean part of the tuna belly! When it comes to lean tuna, it's the leanest of the lean! It's a rare part that's not often served. Naturally, it's delicious. It's so impressive! - Tuna Chutoro Next is tuna again. This time it's from Shiogama, Miyagi Prefecture! Thanks to the hidden blade technique, it's incredibly fatty. It pairs perfectly with the red vinegar rice. So delicious! - Nodoguro Next is the grilled nodoguro with intense fat content. It's delicious, a new level of flavor. Despite the richness, it's not overpowering at all. It melts in your mouth effortlessly, leaving your mouth full of flavor. Nodoguro is truly amazing! - Uni This uni is caught in Tsushima. Among the sushi restaurants I know, this is truly the best! I plan to come back for a recharge after some time. Hopefully, they can keep the lunch prices around 15,000 yen. If it keeps going up, it'll really become unaffordable! In that case, they can go all out for dinner, I think!
