I had a chestnut Mont Blanc at a stylish and calm restaurant. The taste was delicious, but it wasn't particularly luxurious. Inside, it was mostly baked meringue with a small sponge cake at the bottom. The performance was minimal, just showing the squeezing out process. I chose the hojicha set, but the tea was colored water without any tea fragrance. Considering the cost performance, it was a bit of a downside.

I made a reservation for 11 o'clock and arrived at the restaurant. I was the first to arrive since it had just opened. I ordered using the touch panel, choosing a chestnut Mont Blanc and a rich matcha Mont Blanc, each with iced hojicha as a set. I was seated and soon after, they brought me some tea. The hojicha had a nice aroma and tasted delicious. Shortly after, they asked if I would like to watch as they squeezed the Mont Blanc. They layered meringue and whipped cream on top of the sponge, then squeezed a thin Mont Blanc on top. It seemed slightly smaller than the sample Mont Blanc they had on display, but it tasted very delicious. The combination of the natural sweetness of the chestnut and the sweet, crispy meringue was delightful. I felt very happy. I would love to eat it again. Thank you for the meal.

During a visit to a Mont Blanc specialty store in Asakusa with friends from college, we enjoyed a comfortable experience at a table on a not-so-busy Sunday afternoon. The menu included shaved ice, but we decided to order the Japanese chestnut Mont Blanc (2080 yen). The highlight was watching the Mont Blanc being made right in front of us, with the staff explaining various details about it. The emphasis on quality chestnuts was evident in the delicious flavor. The Mont Blanc was larger than expected, so it might be a bit much to eat after a meal. The sweetness was not overpowering, allowing the natural flavor of the chestnuts to shine through.

I happened to stop by. The interior of the shop was quiet, with no music playing. It was around 1:30 pm and there were hardly any customers. Please note that there are different payment methods and prices for cash and electronic money. The shop seems to be focusing solely on this dessert. It gives off a vibe of being Instagram-worthy! They squeeze chestnuts right in front of you, which is quite impressive. The taste is excellent, with the perfect combination of chestnut sweetness and meringue. However, the price is high, so the cost-performance ratio is honestly not great.

This is my second visit. The Mont Blanc dessert here showcases the ingredients beautifully, with meringue and cream perfectly complementing each other. I didn't get tired of the taste and finished it all in one go. They also kindly accommodated a last-minute increase in our party size. Thank you!

Today, I went out with my mother to an apparel maker's bargain sale, which she looks forward to every year since she used to work there. She bought what she wanted and was satisfied! She also wanted to eat yakiniku and freshly made Mont Blanc. We made a reservation for the Mont Blanc! We ate yakiniku and were satisfied! Even though she is 80 years old, she ate a lot like me and that's why she is so energetic! She paid with cash by herself, but used a card for payment, the staff handled it. The Mont Blanc with a drink was priced at 2530 yen for the chestnut flavor and 2970 yen for the rich matcha flavor, which was quite expensive! We were excited for the freshly made Mont Blanc! I used my smartphone to take a video of the Mont Blanc with ease and was satisfied. It was amazing! The meringue was crispy in the middle and there was plenty of Mont Blanc - it was incredibly delicious! We praised it! It was such a luxurious treat! The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, with everyone taking videos and the food coming out quickly after being served. We ate slowly and enjoyed the roasted green tea as we could get refills. I'm glad my mother was satisfied with the experience.

This shop is famous for serving Mont Blanc desserts that are as thin as threads. The atmosphere inside the shop is quiet and calming. They make the dessert right in front of you. However, the prices are quite high. They use chestnuts generously, but it feels like you are paying for the cost of the ingredients. The sponge is dry, and the chestnut paste is thin, making the Mont Blanc feel incomplete. Paying 2000 yen for this dessert feels expensive.

The Mont Blanc dessert costs about 2000 yen!! I was really curious about it so I got it for takeout. It came in a box like a whole cake, and the wooden box added a luxurious touch. It's a good size for one person, but I think it's just right for 2-3 people to share. The chestnut cream is smooth and not too sweet, with meringue for a nice crispy texture. It was delicious, but the price is high so it would make a great gift to receive.

This is a shop where you can enjoy freshly squeezed Mont Blanc desserts located near the back of Senso-ji Temple. I visited around 3 pm on a weekday and was able to enter without waiting in line. Once inside the shop, you place your order and pay, then the staff will guide you to your seat. You receive a number tag and when called, you go to the counter to pick up your Mont Blanc. At the counter, you can see them squeezing chestnut paste to finish the dessert right in front of you. I ordered the Mont Blanc dessert set with domestic chestnuts for 2530 yen, and chose hojicha tea as my drink. The Mont Blanc consisted of sponge cake, meringue, whipped cream, chocolate chips, chestnut paste, and shaved chestnuts. The meringue was thick and crunchy, with a moderate amount of whipped cream. The chestnut paste was smooth and had a pure chestnut flavor, not too sweet, making it easy to enjoy. The Mont Blanc was delicious and satisfying. It's nice that you can have unlimited refills of hojicha tea. It's not crowded on weekdays, but it's recommended to make a reservation for weekends.

It was very crowded, but a cute lady was working efficiently on her own. It was fun to see the fresh squeezing up close. Both the regular Mont Blanc and the matcha Mont Blanc were incredibly delicious! The tea was also delicious! It's Instagrammable, tasty, and cozy, so I want to go again!

The taste was delicious but a bit dry. Considering the cost performance, it may be somewhat lacking. It is recommended to go at least once for entertainment. It may take some time for the food to be served, so it's better to allow about an hour. It was quite crowded, so making a reservation is better.

I made a reservation and arrived at the same time as the opening. The atmosphere was calm like a cafe, and they made Mont Blanc right in front of me. Thanks to that, I was able to take photos and videos, haha. The taste was as rich and delicious as I had heard. Although the price is a bit high for just one Mont Blanc, I think it's worth it for the taste.

I had a Mont Blanc with plenty of chestnuts. The Mont Blanc was prepared right in front of me and was quite large. It would be great if they offered different sizes in the future since you can't choose the size now! I recommend getting it as a set with a drink. Thank you for the meal.

When you come to Asakusa, make sure to try the sweets here. I'm not particularly a fan of Mont Blanc, but the chestnut flavor here is strong. It's a bit pricey, so it's recommended to share with someone. It's light and fluffy, so you won't feel too full, but it's easy to eat even after lunch. Another year is coming to an end. Wishing everyone a Happy New Year! Now, let's dig in!

Reservations are required. It's a bit pricey, so many people come here for dates. They offer self-service water and a performance where they squeeze out chestnut paste. The taste is much better compared to a "freshly squeezed Mont Blanc." You can really taste the chestnuts. However, it felt like you're paying for the ambiance and performance.

There is a quiet shop on a small alley in the back of Asakusa on the north side of Sensoji Temple. I chose the rich matcha Mont Blanc thinking if I could eat it elsewhere, and ordered coffee for the drink set. The perfectly balanced rich matcha Mont Blanc had just the right amount of sweetness and was satisfying to eat. I thought it was a bit expensive, but it was delicious.

On Thursday, I made a reservation on Tabelog for 2:00 PM and visited the restaurant with my wife for the first time. After having an eel lunch in Minami-Senju, we decided to take a walk to Asakusa. We arrived at the restaurant at 1:22 PM, earlier than planned, but we were able to enter and place our order right away. We ordered the Rich Matcha Mont Blanc Set for 2,970 yen and the Domestic Chestnut Mont Blanc Set for 2,530 yen. The two female staff members were very efficient. The restaurant had 16 seats. The staff asked if they could film the preparation process, where they poured Mont Blanc over meringue and whipped cream like a waterfall right in front of us. Then, the desserts were served. The Rich Matcha Mont Blanc had a beautiful green color and a strong matcha flavor. It had a nice balance of sweetness with crispy meringue and whipped cream. It was a bit heavy but delicious. I enjoyed it with iced coffee. My wife's Domestic Chestnut Mont Blanc had a rich chestnut flavor. It was also quite tasty. We left the restaurant at 2:03 PM, and there were 8 customers inside. Thank you for the meal!

When applying the chestnut cream on the Mont Blanc, the staff asked, "Would you like us to take a video?" and then proceeded to smoothly apply the chestnut cream. The Mont Blanc had a strong chestnut flavor and a light, fluffy texture. It is made to order, which adds to the experience, but the price is on the higher side due to the quality of the taste.

Weekend visit. Reservation required! The place was always full of reserved customers, so even though several customers without reservations showed up, they were only accepting takeout orders. There are many other Mont Blanc specialty shops, but being able to make a reservation here is nice because you can avoid waiting in line. The prices are a bit high though. The atmosphere inside the store is calm. First, you pay at the counter. Cashless customers were told to pay at the machine, but when I tried to use it, I was told to pay at the register with my card. The staff's service was a bit brusque and intimidating. The menu offers two options: rich matcha or domestic chestnut Mont Blanc. I chose the domestic chestnut Mont Blanc set (including tax 2530 yen). When your turn comes, your number is called and you go to the cream squeezing machine. It's fun to watch the cream being squeezed right in front of you. The Mont Blanc is quickly and beautifully made! It's a very Japanese performance, isn't it? The chestnut is decorated with slices of chestnut at the end, resembling truffles. The fluffy, large Mont Blanc is enjoyed with a fork and knife. The meringue in the center is quite large. The sponge is also thick. The sponge wasn't as moist as expected, giving a slightly cheap impression. Personally, I would prefer less meringue and sponge. I felt like I was eating more meringue than chestnut. The chocolate chips were mildly sweet and not very prominent. I love Mont Blanc, but this was my first time trying a fresh cream Mont Blanc. It's fun to see the cream being squeezed in front of you, but in terms of price, the cost performance might not be that great. I chose a hot hojicha tea for my drink.

This is a reservation-only restaurant. I had high expectations, but I didn't find the food to be as delicious as I had hoped, as some reviews had mentioned. I think the taste is good, but after eating, my mouth felt really dry and parched.
