Visited a shabu-shabu restaurant for the first time! Located in Ginza 3-chome, on the ground floor. The restaurant mainly has counter seats, with a few table seats as well, and it was very spacious. Arrived at 1:00 pm on a weekday and although it was full, we were seated promptly. The menu is extensive, with a variety of options for beef types and gram sizes to choose from. This time, I selected a set with 80g of domestic beef and 80g of Yonezawa beef for 2200 yen. There is also a vegetable set, all-you-can-eat pickles, coffee, and dessert. You can choose between white rice and multigrain rice. The dipping sauces offered are sesame sauce and ponzu. The vegetable salad included Chinese cabbage, okra, seaweed, bean sprouts, glass noodles, tofu, and okamoku(?), providing a rich variety. The vegetables tasted great with ponzu. The selected beef, although not a branded beef, was plentiful with a good amount of marbling, giving it a high-quality taste. And the sesame sauce here is amazing!! It is rich, fragrant, and flavorful. Both beef and pork go well with it, making the meal very enjoyable. You can also add chili peppers for a change in flavor. The self-service pickles included cucumbers, radishes, and nozawana, all of which paired well with rice. The dessert was orange sherbet for a refreshing finish. Coffee is also self-service. Overall, the quality of the ingredients was good, and the service was consistent. With plenty of vegetables, it doesn't feel guilty to enjoy the meat, rather it feels like you are incorporating something healthy into your diet. Regret not going there sooner. The menu prices are also varied, making it convenient for different budgets.
