This day I went to Urawa, Musashi-Urawa, Kawaguchi, Akabane, Higashi-jujo, and Ikebukuro areas. This is an anime that aired on the Fuji TV "Noitamina" block from October 2011 to March 2012. It was produced with the goal of "putting robots in Noitamina." The story is set in a world where Japan, which has fallen into an anarchic state due to the sudden spread of the "Apocalypse Virus" in 2029, is now ruled by the GHQ. The story begins with the protagonist Shu Ouma meeting Inori Yuzuriha, the vocalist of the popular artist "EGOIST" online, and getting involved with the resistance group "Undertaker" that she is a part of. Shu gains the "King's Power," which allows him to freely extract a substance called "Void" from people's bodies and use it as a weapon. However, this is also the beginning of the story of the "Crown of Sin" that he bears... This is "Guilty Crown," produced by Production I.G. This work did not receive much praise when it aired, but I quite liked it. Especially the title phrase was treated as a joke back then... well, it might still be treated as a joke now. EGOIST, who is still active in various anime and games, made their debut here, but there are probably still many people who don't know that they came from Guilty Crown. Now, this is "Triple Crown Crepe Rie" in Akabane, one station north of Akabane. A crepe shop located in Kitashinagawa. There are not many bookmarked shops here, but I heard that there is an interesting crepe shop, so I decided to visit. Unlike the cylindrical crepes, they offer a crepe called "Crown Prie," which is woven into a dice shape. It is said that with this shape, you can enjoy the same taste no matter where you start eating from... This is the first time I've seen this shape, even though I've had many crepes before. The shop opened in June 2021. It is located in a corner of a building, and its appearance is not as lively as a typical crepe shop. The interior is quite spacious. Crepe shops are usually divided into takeout sales at the storefront or cafes that serve on plates, so this space is quite rare. There are no tables, but there are chairs for eating in. The welcoming couple were very energetic and friendly. Their cheerful and warm customer service made me happy... I ended up eating two crepes without realizing it. Below are what I ate: - Apple Preserve: Folded into a pentagon shape, it doesn't look like a crepe at first glance. Inside, there are stewed apples, whipped cream, caramel, and cinnamon. The dough is chewy. You spread the dough and put the filling on top, then wrap it up, so no matter where you start eating, you will encounter the filling. The apple is slightly warm, and the whipped cream is light and fluffy. - Matcha Crush: Bamboo charcoal dough. Matcha mousse on black dough with bamboo charcoal. The white dumplings are wrapped in whipped cream. It's completely black. The bamboo charcoal dough is the first time I've had it in a crepe. The dough is chewy and mochi-like. The white dumplings are also chewy. The deep green matcha stands out against the whipped cream and white dumplings. It was my first time trying Crown Prie. It's hard to capture its beauty in photos, but it was delicious. The excellent customer service makes me want to visit this shop again when I'm nearby. Thank you for the meal!
