However, turning the concept into the restaurant name is probably the main reason for its popularity. The reaction of "Wow!" leads to word-of-mouth recommendations. "Niku no Kirikata" has three locations in Nihonbashi, Ningyocho, and the Ginza area that I visited today. The fact that they are all in the Chuo ward may be related to the management being associated with the Meiji-za theater. Looking at the night view of Ginza from the Sukiyabashi intersection, you can see that their location strategy is working well. Fujiyapil was located in a building that was easy to understand and close to the station exit with clear directions. The staff at the restaurant were very kind and helpful, recommending delicious dishes. I will definitely use this restaurant again. I was so full that I couldn't even eat the final closing rice dish.

I ordered the course in the middle! There was a description that the restaurant is particular about how the meat is cut, and there were recommended ways to eat it, so I enjoyed it in various ways. JR Yurakucho Station is a 5-minute walk away, and the access from the subway is excellent. This was my second visit. I was guided to a private room with a beautiful night view of Ginza and enjoyed high-quality meat. The portion was sufficient and the cost performance was good. Overall, I was very satisfied, including the service. They also offer all-you-can-drink, so it can be used for company welcome and farewell parties.

The restaurant advertises as private rooms, but it feels more like semi-private... you can hear the voices of the customers next to you since the upper part is open, but it's not too bothersome! The quality of the meat is excellent, and in terms of Ginza standards, it's a good value for money. The staff are efficient and the service is quick, leaving a very positive impression. In Ginza, there are many restaurants where the timing between courses is too long, but here the timing is just right. I've been to a yakiniku restaurant that offers slightly more expensive courses with private rooms, but despite the higher price, the quality of the meat was not great and the quantity was lacking. Compared to that, I was very satisfied here. I plan to visit again. It's great that they don't charge a service fee, and I hope they continue not to do so in the future. (Once a restaurant starts to get busy, they often start adding service charges, so I personally find it unnecessary for a yakiniku restaurant to charge a service fee, even if it's a high-end establishment.)

At the end of the year, I visited with one other person. The restaurant is located on the 6th floor of a building facing the Sukiya Bridge intersection, and the private room had a great view from the window. We had the chef's choice course. The first sirloin was cooked by the staff, and then various cuts of meat were served one by one. The presentation was beautiful and the meat was delicious. I wish they had brought out the meat in smaller portions so we could eat slowly, and also explained how to cook it. We chose cold noodles for the finale, which was quite light. I later found out that there was an all-you-can-eat salad option, but since it wasn't explained to us, we missed out on it. With the all-you-can-drink option added, the total cost was around 10,000 yen, which felt a bit pricey. However, considering the convenient location and the overall experience, it was probably worth it. The private room was spacious and the location was good, making it a good choice for business meetings or when you just want to enjoy some good meat.

Visited this place with friends for a drinking session. One of my friends wanted to eat yakiniku while enjoying the night view, so we made a reservation for a private room with a view. It was great that there was no room charge. The Omi beef premium marbled meat x Hokkaido sea urchin seared sushi roll was amazing, with tender meat and plenty of sea urchin in each bite. The scallion salt was grilled by the staff and served with lemon juice. The Kalbi had a mix of tender and chewy parts. The 1mm sliced Omi beef sirloin was cooked by the staff and tasted great dipped in egg like sukiyaki. The pork belly was juicy and satisfying to eat. The dipping sauces were all mild and refined. The bibimbap was a bit lacking in punch but still a good side dish for the meat. The sparkling wine for cheers was slightly sweet and easy to drink, and the red wine served in a glass was also very delicious. It was a bit disappointing that there was no explanation on how to eat the dishes. We had to ask for lemon for the scallion salt, and my friend mistakenly used the bibimbap sauce for the yakiniku. The private room was comfortable, but the staff frequently opened the curtain to check on us, which was a bit distracting. The night view was beautiful. Getting a set with various cuts of meat might be more cost-effective.

"Meat no Kirikata" in Ginza/Dinner Located right by the Sukiyabashi intersection, this yakiniku restaurant has a prime location in Ginza. I visited with my colleagues and let my junior choose the restaurant, which turned out to be the same "Meat no Kirikata" as the one in Ningyocho. It's in a building with Sukiyabara Burg, offering a great view of the Sukiyabashi intersection from the windows. The seating options include private and semi-private rooms, allowing you to dine in peace without worrying about other customers. They also allow e-cigarettes. Since we were unsure of the arrival time of one member, we opted for a la carte instead of a course menu. We ordered: - Chuck Flap Salt - Pot-pickled Middle Rib - Kalbi - Sirloin - Harami - Pork Belly - Assorted Kimchi All the meats were delicious, but I particularly enjoyed the Chuck Flap Salt and Pot-pickled Middle Rib! We were delighted throughout the meal and enjoyed every bite. Overall, it was a satisfying experience. I think the cost performance in Ginza is good in this price range. Thank you for the meal! On Friday night, I made a reservation and visited the restaurant. It was crowded. It's better to make a reservation before going! This time, I had the 9200 yen course (drinks not included). I personally love the duck appetizer, which gets me excited for the yakiniku that comes next. I forgot to take a picture, but the meat eaten sukiyaki style is cooked by the staff. Dip it in raw egg and your mouth will be in heaven. Then came the all-you-can-eat salad, sirloin, and a platter of 9 types of meat. I was excited to decide what to grill first. I didn't really understand how the meat is cut according to the restaurant's name, but all the meat was delicious! The premium fillet was so good that I debated ordering more. Eating the meat dipped in sweet sauce was the best! I enjoyed the meat while looking down at the streets of Ginza, adding to the special feeling. For the finale, I chose between beef tendon rice, bibimbap, and cold noodles. I chose the cold noodles, which were smooth and delicious. Cold noodles can be hit or miss, but this place was definitely a hit! I also had seasonal gelato and left fully satisfied. Despite the greasy yakiniku, the high-quality meat didn't make me feel heavy. There was no smoky yakiniku smell, and I didn't even notice any lingering odor on my clothes! (The course is supposed to last 2.5 hours, but as a big eater like me who kept grilling more meat, we finished in 1.5 hours! haha) I want to come back for special occasions, and I highly recommend this place.

I came with work colleagues. The room is a semi-private room where electronic cigarettes are allowed, so you don't have to worry about smoke from other customers. The semi-private setting means you can hear the voices from the next room, but the view is nice, so it can be considered quite luxurious. We ordered the signature meat assortment and hormone assortment. We followed the instructions on the accompanying guide for the meat, eating one piece at a time while chatting, which was satisfying. The sirloin, despite not having much marbling, was not too fatty and tasted delicious. The hormone plate was also well prepared, with just the right amount of fat, making it enjoyable until the end. With a good view, I think this is a great place to leisurely enjoy yakiniku in Ginza.

The 6000 yen course for a girls' night out and Christmas party was great! The all-you-can-eat salad was a nice touch, but there was also a good amount of meat served. The meat was quite fatty, so you didn't need a lot of it. Overall, considering the price, the content was satisfying!

I looked up various places because my junior colleague wanted to eat meat, and ended up here. It's very convenient as it is right near Yurakucho Station. All the meat was delicious. Especially the visually impactful foam salted tongue was delicious. It had a fluffy and crunchy texture with just the right amount of saltiness. The melt-in-your-mouth loin that cooks quickly, the sweet fatty loin, and the tender tripe were all delicious. The restaurant has many private rooms and seems to be a place for couples. It might be nice to leisurely eat meat while chatting. It doesn't seem like a place to go with a large group. Also, I felt that the service was just average compared to the quality of the meat and the atmosphere of the restaurant. It may have been just by chance, but the way the staff treated us varied greatly depending on the person. It felt a bit of a shame. However, the meat is undeniably delicious, so it is a restaurant I would like to visit again.

A yakiniku restaurant where you can enjoy the view of Ginza! The highlight is the semi-private rooms separated by partitions. Especially great during the pandemic, with a prime location, semi-private rooms, and excellent meat quality at a reasonable price! This time we had the 6500 yen course. The 1mm sirloin is lightly seared and enjoyed with a luxurious egg dip! And the long-awaited 8 kinds of assorted meats! Sirloin, fillet, turtle meat, etc., all beautifully arranged. The quality of the meat is extremely high! Maybe it's the way it's sliced? haha Had a great time with friends! This restaurant is very convenient. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered the course in the middle. The meat for sukiyaki-style is cooked by the staff and eaten by dipping in egg. It is soft, sweet, and delicious, but it feels a bit fatty. The meat platter is cooked by yourself, and you can enjoy it in different recommended ways depending on the cut. It's really fun because the texture, fat content, and taste vary by cut. I also had the lean meat sushi as an addition. It goes well with vinegar rice and is delicious. For the finale, I had beef rice. As a meat lover, I prefer this over cold noodles haha. The meat is delicious, and it's convenient as it's close to Yurakucho Station. The seating arrangement was nice as well, sitting side by side facing the window, so you can enjoy a bit of the night view. If I had to say, I would love for them to get permission to serve yukhoe (Korean beef tartare) as well haha.

I have been to a restaurant called "Niku no Kirikata-san" in Ningyocho before, which has a concept of changing the taste of meat with the way it is cut. Today, I visited their branch in Ginza. The atmosphere inside the restaurant is quiet, but it becomes a bit lively when more customers come in, creating a nice buzz. Most of the seating is in semi-private rooms, so it's not noisy at all, just the right amount of liveliness. We started with a lemon sour toast and ordered the meat cutting style salad, assorted namul, thick-cut tongue steak, upper harami, and assorted hormones. The standout dish today was the thick-cut tongue steak. It was crispy, easy to chew, and packed with flavor, making my cheeks drop. The harami was a bit firmer than expected, even though we ordered the upper grade. I'm not a big fan of kalbi, but the regular kalbi we ordered was surprisingly delicious, not too fatty and easy to eat. The meat sushi topped with sea urchin was also a hit, especially when paired with tare sauce. We also tried the negi-topped tongue salt, which was good, but the real winner today was the thick-cut tongue steak. The service, which is important to me personally, was also excellent. They automatically divided the dishes that could be shared, which was greatly appreciated. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience. Thank you for the meal.

I finally visited this popular restaurant located at the intersection of Yurakucho and Sukiyabashi. There were many curtains serving as partitions, perhaps for COVID-19 measures. There were many semi-private booths available for two groups at a time. We were seated in a 2-person booth with no one next to us. We ordered a draft beer and a variety of meat dishes, including a meat platter and hormone platter. We also tried some side dishes from the menu. Everything was delicious, but honestly, it didn't quite meet our high expectations.

We were seated in a semi-private area separated by thin partitions, but then a group of 3-4 people was seated right next to us. And then, 30 minutes later, another group of 2 people was seated in the semi-private area right next to us as well. It was surprising because the space was getting crowded and we could hardly hear ourselves talk by 7 pm. Our semi-private area seemed more like a place for two separate groups of 4 people each, not two groups sharing it. While the meat was delicious and we had fun at first, it became a bit uncomfortable due to the crowdedness. Although the quality of the meat was good, I'm not sure if I would want to go back. There are plenty of other places where we can enjoy high-quality meat in a more comfortable and relaxed environment. Also, as others have mentioned, the sauce was a bit lacking. Even though there was a note saying how to eat the meat, I felt like we should have been allowed to enjoy it in our own way. The service from the staff was not bad, but given the current situation, I wish they had been a bit more considerate.

After an event at a certain movie theater in Yurakucho, I went to this restaurant with the director and staff. The tables were spaced out, which made it easy to have private conversations. We ordered a course meal, and the meat came with names attached, which made it fun to eat. Personally, I liked the sirloin meat that you dip in raw egg the most. Also, the kalbi was simply delicious. It was a lively and enjoyable experience eating delicious yakiniku with everyone.

The Yakiniku restaurant near Ginza Station and Yurakucho Station that my friend recommended was amazing! The Negitan salt was the best - the flavor of the green onions was so delicious on its own, but eating it with lemon really brought out the flavor of the tongue meat. The Harami had a great chewy texture... I savored the deliciousness of the meat. The best dish I had was the thick-cut beef tongue! While I loved the Negitan salt at first, this one was exceptional. I highly recommend trying it. I suggest eating all the meats without sauce to fully appreciate the flavor of the meat - it made my mouth so happy.
