I met up with a fellow entrepreneur in Akihabara after a long time. My friend, who has been in business for 2 years, is doing really well. We both hope to continue on this path. The prices are easy to understand, either 350 yen tax-inclusive or a whole number multiplied by 350 yen tax-inclusive. The food was delicious as always. Our conversation was filled with talk about our next business ventures, and it was a great place to talk openly without any difficult topics. It's really nice. At the end, my friend said, "I might buy a Benz S." I really hope he doesn't. For business use, even the highest grade should be a Crown. I didn't say anything negative... just get a Prius. "You're saying the same thing as my accountant," my friend replied. I thought to myself that all young entrepreneurs seem to go through the same path... If you have money, you can buy a car right away. But trust is something money can't buy. Thank you for the meal.

I came to drink at "Torikizoku" for the first time. This place is located on the 9th floor of the redevelopment building "Chiyoda Terrace" at the Showa-dori exit of JR Akihabara Station. Downstairs, there is a lively McDonald's spread across three floors. When you get off the elevator, you are already inside the restaurant. The interior seems spacious but surprisingly narrow. The seating is divided into booths, so you can't see the whole place. There are counter seats facing the kitchen, but the main seating is at tables. The spacing between seats is quite narrow, and there are no cushions, which may be tough for older people like me. I visited with a friend this night. They have a touch panel ordering system, but there is also a laminated menu list, which is helpful to see all the menu options at once. The unique feature of Torikizoku is the "All 350 yen" pricing. The cost of the items varies, so you need to be careful with what you order. We ordered a variety of skewers like 'tsukune', 'seseri', 'momo', 'mitare', 'mune', 'gyukushi', and 'chikarakobu'. We also ordered 'shiro negi shiokonbu' twice. It is cut white onion mixed with salted kelp, perfect to eat as is or on yakitori. The yakitori skewers are big and flavorful. I must admit I underestimated this place, but after trying their yakitori, my impression completely changed. The staff, although a bit inexperienced, were all trying their best to provide good service. We each had more than 5 drinks, and the total cost per person was around 4,000 yen. It's a great place!
