My favorite Toridama was delicious as always! The Toridama donburi I tried for the first time was the best. It had minced chicken, onsen tamago, and yakitori on top, and it was delicious when mixed together. We also had a set of 7 skewers, chouchin for everyone to share, caprese salad, and donburi, and it only cost 6500 yen per person because we didn't drink much. It was really great value for money and we had a fantastic time. I want to go back again soon.

Average taste, mediocre service, and operations. I will definitely not revisit, but if you go, I recommend not getting the course. The 10-piece course costs 4,150 yen, with 7 pieces at 390 yen and 3 pieces at 490 yen. It's only a 50 yen difference, so not much of a deal. They offer grated daikon radish as a palate cleanser, but it took forever to arrive and only came out when I asked about it. The skewer selection didn't seem like the restaurant's best choices, and it felt like they were using less popular cuts. The lineup lacked creativity. Taste-wise, it was just okay. The staff's attitude was dismissive and off-putting. There were many moments where I was left wondering what was going on, but I won't get into that. It's affordable, but the price and satisfaction don't match up. I now understand why I was able to get a reservation at the last minute.

I visited a famous yakitori restaurant in Kagurazaka for the first time. They offer courses of 7 or 10 skewers, and I chose the 7 skewer course. They asked about my preferences, so I mentioned the parts I don't like. The restaurant was busy, so there was a bit of a wait for the grilled items. I ordered pickles while waiting. All the yakitori was delicious! The atmosphere had a mix of customers of all ages and nationalities, creating a lively and casual vibe. There are only counter seats, which added to the relaxed atmosphere. I will definitely visit again. Thank you for the meal! *Sorry for the different orientations of the yakitori in the photos.

On the Friday after the Obon holiday, I visited with a customer. We started with the omakase skewer course of 10 skewers and a bottle of Ebisu beer. Along the way, we had liver paste with a bottle of red wine, which would have been a good way to end, but... we added a few more skewers and a few more highballs (laughs). I usually prefer salt for my yakitori, but I also realized that the sauce was quite good. It was a shame that the paper lantern was sold out. Thank you for the meal.

It was my first time visiting. I had a set of 10 skewers and a parent and child rice bowl, and despite the price, the portion was quite generous. By the time I finished eating, I was already full. The service was also quick. The only downside was that the seating time was relatively short, about 1.5 hours.

Located in Kagurazaka, Yudama is a renowned yakitori restaurant. The interior consists of only counter seats, where you can enjoy delicious sake and yakitori. You can choose between a 7-piece or 10-piece yakitori course. I opted for the 7-piece course. Every skewer was so juicy and delicious that it was hard to believe they were yakitori. I left feeling completely satisfied both physically and mentally.

I received an invitation for a first visit to this restaurant and decided to go. The interior has a modern Japanese style with a counter seating for about 20 people. We ordered the 10-piece assorted skewers for 4150 yen. The skewers we had were: 1. Vegetable sticks, homemade meat miso 2. Chicken wings 3. Knee joint 4. Horse meat sashimi with grated daikon radish 5. Heart 6. Artery 7. Bell pepper 8. Pork belly marinated in sweet miso 9. Blood liver 10. Apios 11. Lymph 12. Chicken tail 13. Cow skin 14. Chicken thigh. We also had 5 drinks, and the total bill came to around 14,000 yen. Here are my thoughts on the food: - The chicken is said to be from Aichi prefecture, so it may be a premium brand. - They offer a variety of rare cuts, such as lymph, which I didn't expect to be able to try. They may be preparing the meat in-house. - The grilling seems to be slightly on the stronger side.

In Tokyo, the number one neighborhood I want to live in is Kagurazaka. I visited despite getting soaking wet in a sudden heavy rain. You can choose between a 7-course or a 10-course meal. I was hungry so I went for the 10-course meal... I wonder if I can finish it all. First, they served vegetable sticks with homemade green onion miso dip as an appetizer. Delicious! The first course was horse mackerel, followed by knee cap meat, marbled beef liver, artery, pork belly with miso marinade, temple chili pepper, liver, apios (a plant in the bean family), chicken tenderloin, and neck skin. That's a total of 10 courses. My companion ordered an additional dish called "otafuku," which was made from chicken lymph nodes. It was chewy and juicy, like hormone meat, and delicious! I thought I could handle 10 courses, but the portions were large and I ended up very full! I couldn't make it to the end, but I'll definitely come back for more next time... Thanks for the meal!

"Shirogane Sakatama" 7-course meal was cooked perfectly! The chicken skewers were delicious! I added my favorite lantern skewers even though they weren't part of the course. Still delicious!! For the finale, I asked for the chicken ramen to be halved. The noodles were not the best, but the soup was delicious. Thank you for the meal.

Visited at 5:30 PM on Saturday with a reservation. Some customers were already there. It's a two-hour limit, but I felt like I needed more time to enjoy the drinks and yakitori. The 7 dishes of yakitori were all juicy and full of flavor, a taste unique to yakitori restaurants. It was more affordable and enjoyable than I had imagined. The atmosphere was also nice. Thank you for the meal.

We visited the restaurant "Shirogane Toridama Kagurazaka" which has been selected as one of the top 100 yakitori shops with our family. The nearest station is Ushigome Kagurazaka. We had made a reservation over the phone in advance. It was crowded when we arrived at 6:00 PM on a Saturday, so having a reservation was a good decision. Each person had to order one course, so my wife and I ordered the "10 skewers for 4,150 yen" Tori course, while our daughter had the "7 skewers for 3,380 yen" Tama course. We requested no organ skewers or vegetable skewers for our daughter (confirmed during the reservation phone call that this was possible). It was also mentioned that a 5 skewer course is available for children (not listed on the menu). They are very child-friendly. I ordered 3 beers, 1 glass of wine, additional skewers, and gelato, and the total bill came to 8,960 yen, which I felt was quite reasonable. The main store "Shirogane Toridama Honkan @ Hiroo" is also one of the top 100 shops. I would like to visit the main store next time.

The skewers as well as the other menu items were all delicious, making me feel happy while eating! Although most of the sake had a refreshing aftertaste, they all paired well with any dish. If you're not a fan of dry sake, I recommend consulting with the staff as they have fruity options too. For the skewers, be sure to try the chouchin as a finale. And for the ultimate ending, I highly recommend trying the one-bite curry! It's really delicious, so please give it a try without hesitation.

A delicious yakitori restaurant in Kagurazaka. I visited on a weekday night and the place was so crowded that you need to make a reservation in advance. We ordered the 10-piece chef's choice course. They warned us that it was quite filling, but we were up for it! Every skewer was really delicious... It was a shame that we couldn't hear the cuts clearly due to the crowded atmosphere. We also tried the oyakodon, and of course, it was delicious because the chicken was so tasty. We ate heartily and it cost us around 8,000 yen per person. It's not cheap, but it's worth the price. A yakitori place that makes you want to go back again.

I had always wanted to visit this restaurant. The menu had a lot of offal items. They use a lot of salt, so I asked for it to be reduced. It was a fun dining experience.

Located in a small alley between Kagurazaka and Iidabashi, this yakitori restaurant offers counter seats surrounding the kitchen where you can watch the yakitori being grilled. Reservations can be made by phone on the same day, so the difficulty level of getting a seat is not too high. The place was full when I arrived, and I could see the staff taking reservation calls, so it's definitely a popular spot. One of the highlights here is that they offer over thirty rare cuts of chicken grilled over Kishu Binchotan charcoal with appropriate seasonings for each. I was surprised by the variety of chicken cuts available. They also offer a variety of seasonal grilled vegetables, allowing you to enjoy seasonal flavors. With a wide selection of drinks, including sake, it's a great place for those who enjoy a drink. Some of the dishes that stood out were the sweet and savory Ancient Lotus Root, the tender Knee Cartilage, the plump and bouncy Heart, the spicy Yakitori Spice Curry, and the rich and flavorful Oyakodon with special attention to the egg. The food is reasonably priced, and being able to enjoy authentic yakitori at the counter makes me want to visit again. They also offer a skewer-only course, which is a nice addition to the a la carte menu.

It had been about 2 years since my last visit. I chose the 7-course meal with a few extra dishes added. Since it was during Golden Week, I made a reservation early which turned out to be a good decision. The different parts of the chicken offered varying flavors and textures to enjoy. However, I found that they were all a bit too salty compared to before. I didn't get to try the parent and child bowl that I was curious about, so I'll have to come back next time for a rematch!

I wanted to order the 10-course menu, but was told it was quite a lot, so I changed it to the 7-course menu. I added an extra chouchin, miso-pickled cheese, and white asparagus. Overall, it was delicious, but I found the first two courses a bit too salty. The last asparagus had a fibrous texture near the root, which made me go "hmm..." It was a bit disappointing to have only one course for dessert.

Thank you for viewing. I would appreciate it if you could follow, like, save, and also follow on Instagram. Your support is very encouraging. I am also recruiting companions for hard-to-book restaurants on Instagram. This time, the staff's explanation was thorough, so there were no concerns like last time! The staff was clear and lovely. Of course, the skewers were delicious!

Yakitori Hyakumeiten Shirogane Toritama Kagurazaka branch requires each person to order either 7 skewers (3380 yen) or 10 skewers (4150 yen). It's quite affordable! Unfortunately, the liver was sold out, but the yakitori was delicious. The chicken cartilage with plum dressing was crunchy and tangy, perfect with drinks. The Caprese with semi-dried tomatoes was a unique and tasty dish. The total order was 7 skewers (3380 yen), chicken cartilage with plum dressing (790 yen), Provolone cheese (790 yen), and Caprese with semi-dried tomatoes (990 yen). It's a great restaurant, even though it only has counter seats. I'd like to try their ramen and oyakodon next time.
