I went to have dinner at China Sanchome, a gourmet pork restaurant that specializes in dining out every day. Once again, I had the pleasure of using the spacious private room on the second floor, which can accommodate up to 20 people. Many celebrities and entertainers secretly use the private rooms here. **Drinks we had (per person):** - Draft beer - Glass of white wine **Dishes we had:** - Shanghai crab marinated in aged liquor for 6380 yen - Steamed Shanghai crab (male) starting from 6600 yen - Shanghai crab meat soup soba for 1980 yen - Freshly baked Peking duck - Fried rice - Shrimp in chili sauce - Spicy fried young chicken for 2530 yen - Dessert after the meal The total cost was a little over 20,000 yen per person. The portions were generous, and we were almost bursting with fullness. Considering the enjoyment of the Shanghai crab, I don't think the price was too high. The dishes were all served by dedicated staff. Lunchtime prices start from 1200 yen per person, which is reasonable, but the real highlight of China Sanchome is definitely the Shanghai crab dinner. We had a great time enjoying dinner together. Thank you very much. On the way back, I used a taxi dispatch app to have a taxi waiting in front of the restaurant, and it took me all the way to the "Disneyland Hotel" in Chiba. The world has become so convenient nowadays.

I've been to this place at night before, but it's my first time coming for lunch! They only accept cash and the lunch deals are really good, so the turnover rate is impressive. They open at 11:30 am, and 10 minutes later it's already full. My friend and I ordered the shark fin ramen (3000 yen), tomato and egg stir-fry (1200 yen), and squid with xo sauce (2000 yen)! Everything was delicious!

The hidden gem atmosphere in the back alleys of Nishi-Azabu is calm and difficult to determine if it's upscale or casual. The beef rice bowl with a thick beef sauce is tender and flavorful, with a more refined taste than typical Chinese restaurants. The meal includes shumai, soup, and dessert as a nice touch of service.

Black vinegar sweet and sour pork for 2000 yen. Visited on a weekday Wednesday at 11:55. Went to a Chinese restaurant but it was too crowded, so ended up here. Still some seats available but it's busy. Food was served quickly, with dim sum, soup, dessert, and generous portions of rice.

This is a Chinese restaurant located between Nishi-Azabu intersection and Roppongi Hills. It felt nostalgic and emotional in many ways, like a traditional Chinese restaurant. The rice with mixed vegetables was so delicious that I could eat three bowls, and the finely sliced pork and leek main dish was also tasty. The soup was also delicious.

Sichuan cuisine restaurants are popping up everywhere, while Cantonese and Beijing Chinese restaurants are becoming scarce. This traditional Chinese restaurant stands out among the local Chinese eateries. It offers delicious food at a more affordable price compared to other Chinese restaurants. Even at 1:30 PM, the lunch crowd is still going strong. Locals seem to know the quality of this place well.

I came to the restaurant for lunch on a regular day. I have used this place many times, and I think the lunch here is very delicious and has great value for money. The rice, shumai, and soup that are served promptly are very satisfying.

Lunch at "China 3-chome" in Tokyo, a Chinese restaurant located just a 2-3 minute walk from Roppongi Hills. Despite being a high-end Chinese restaurant, their lunch menu is reasonably priced, with options around ¥1000. I ordered the "Beef with Oyster Sauce Stir-Fry" lunch set which came with dim sum, vegetables, soup, and rice served in a cute rice container. The portion size was generous, enough for one person to finish. The main dish was flavorful with plenty of beef and oyster sauce, along with bell peppers and bamboo shoots. The meal ended with almond jelly for dessert. They offer the same lunch menu on weekends as well. Roppongi has more to offer than just China Fandian!

I visited the restaurant on Saturday for lunch. I think the food and service are both excellent. Honestly, I feel like they are offering lunch at a very reasonable price, almost as if they are not concerned about making a profit. I want to continue visiting this wonderful restaurant regularly. Although it is a high-end restaurant at night, I definitely want to visit it at least once.

Bamboo shoot and beef stir-fry for 1900 yen. The chef seems to be from a Chinese restaurant, and the open yet calm atmosphere is very welcoming. The texture of the bamboo shoot and the well-seasoned beef go really well with the rice. You'll find yourself quickly finishing the rice in the small container.

I visited this restaurant for lunch once to try their set meal, but I was intrigued by someone's recommendation to try the thinly sliced beef yakisoba. The atmosphere reminded me of a Chinese restaurant with its tablecloths and white teacups for tea. It was nice to be able to enjoy such an ambiance even during lunch. The servers were dressed in suits and you could hear the sounds of the wok in the kitchen. The red exterior of the restaurant added to the great atmosphere. I read that the owner/chef had previously worked at a Chinese restaurant before opening this place. For lunch, they offer daily set meals, but on this day, I had to go with the beef yakisoba. For ¥1200, I started with egg drop soup and gyoza, followed by the piping hot yakisoba. It was filled with thinly sliced beef and vegetables, and the yakisoba had a nice charred flavor in some parts. The taste was not too strong, rather light and delicate, different from the typical Chinese restaurants in town. I ended the meal with tapioca milk, which was delicious. It was a truly enjoyable dining experience.

This time, we visited the restaurant with 4 people. Despite being past 1:30 pm, the restaurant was almost full, showing its popularity after becoming a member of the top 100 restaurants. Customers kept coming in one after another. Last time, there were 4 different stir-fried dishes for the weekly lunch menu, which we planned to share, but this time there were only 3 dishes. We ended up sharing these 3 dishes along with the five-ingredient yakisoba. First, we were served with one shumai, soup, and pickled vegetables. The soup had a strong flavor compared to other Chinese restaurants. - Shrimp and Egg Ball - This dish had a good amount for sharing among 4 people. The egg was fluffy, and the shrimp had a nice firm texture with a well-balanced salty taste. - Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots and Pork with Sweet and Sour Flavor - The name of this dish in Japanese was quite unique but fitting. It had a strong sweet and sour flavor, which made it enjoyable with rice. Eating it alone might get a bit boring halfway through. - Stir-fried Chinese Spinach and Thinly Sliced Pork - The Chinese spinach had a crispy texture with just the right amount of cooking. The flavor of the broth was evident, and the pork served as a nice accent, but the main star was the Chinese spinach. - Five-Ingredient Yakisoba - This dish looked hearty with plenty of ingredients, giving off a bold impression. The taste matched the appearance with a strong and well-defined flavor. - Tapioca Coconut Milk Dessert - For dessert, we had tapioca coconut milk, which was slightly lighter in flavor compared to other restaurants in the same group. With all these dishes for 1,200 yen including tax, it's definitely a good deal. Sharing with a larger group is recommended.

Chinese Cuisine Top 100 Restaurants 2023/5 Chinese Cuisine "China 3rd Street" ✨✨ A restaurant opened by the head chef and general manager of Roppongi Chinese Restaurant, who have now become independent. It has been selected as a new Top 100 restaurant. The restaurant opened in 2013 and is located just a step away from the main street, a 6-minute walk from Tokyo Metro Roppongi Station. The interior of the restaurant has a luxurious feel and a great atmosphere. How does the food taste? (*´∇`)ノ ■ Lunch Set Menu There are 5 lunch set options including dim sum, soup, vegetables, rice, and Chinese tea. The à la carte menu also offers fried rice and noodles for around 1,000 yen. 1. Stir-fried Bamboo Shoots and Pork with Sour and Spicy Sauce 1,200 yen 2. Shrimp and Egg 1,200 yen 3. Stir-fried Pork and Kongxin Cai 1,200 yen 4. Stir-fried Beef with Black Bean Sauce 1,900 yen 5. Chili Sauce with Large Shrimp 1,900 yen ■ Stir-fried Beef with Black Bean Sauce 1,900 yen (tax included) - Stir-fried Beef with Black Bean Sauce Based on Shanghainese cuisine, this dish is packed with beef, bell peppers, and bamboo shoots. It looks very delicious. And the taste is... Wow, it's really delicious! ✨✨ The addition of black bean sauce gives depth to the flavor, and the sauce is delicious. - Rice and Soup The rice is served in an ohitsu (rice container) and is "freshly cooked" and "plentiful," which is great for men. The soup is a thick tofu and wakame soup, and it was well-made. - Dim Sum and Vegetables The dim sum is served piping hot. The vegetables also go well with the rice. - Almond Tofu This was also well-prepared. ■ Service Slightly dry. They are not rude, but it would be nice to have a bit more warmth. ■ Price Reasonable prices. Enjoy high-class Chinese cuisine at an affordable price (*´ェ`*) It was a delightful experience. Thank you for the meal. □ Evaluation as of May 2023 Tabelog rating: 3.63, based on 94 reviews

I recommend this restaurant for lunch around 11:30 am on weekdays. It may be a bit hard to find, so it's not crowded. It's great for dining alone, with friends, or with family. While it's a high-end place at night, lunch starts at 1200 yen, which is very reasonable. The service, atmosphere, speed of serving dishes, and portion size are all perfect.

I had a job at Roppongi Hills and it was lunchtime, so I headed to this restaurant. I walked from Hills towards Nishi-Azabu and turned down a side street. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was rich and classy, typical of Roppongi, but not flashy. The waiters were dressed in black. Surprisingly, the lunch set was only 1200 yen, and individual rice and noodle dishes were 1100 yen, very reasonable prices. I chose the stir-fried water spinach and pork from the three set meal options. I was surprised by how quickly the food was served, maybe because they focus on turnover. The rice was served in a wooden box, and there seemed to be enough for four bowls. The water spinach was well seasoned and cooked perfectly, very delicious! The shark fin soup was quite sour but very authentic. A siu mai dumpling was also included. The pickled vegetables that came with the rice were excellent and paired well with it. The rule that restaurants with good pickled vegetables are usually delicious was proven once again here. The almond jelly dessert and cold jasmine tea were the perfect ending to a satisfying lunch. I left feeling completely satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Located between Roppongi and Nishi-Azabu, this Chinese restaurant has been selected as one of the top 100 restaurants on Tabelog. The atmosphere of the restaurant is luxurious, but the lunch menu is quite affordable. I had the crab fried rice and shrimp omelette set. The crab fried rice was delicious with generous chunks of crab meat and a nice crispy texture. The shrimp omelette was also really tasty. The set meal comes with rice served in a traditional wooden box, and the savory shrimp omelette paired perfectly with the white rice. The fact that such high-quality lunch is priced in the 1,000 yen range is really appreciated. The gyoza that came with the set meal was also delicious, and I am eager to revisit this restaurant to try other menu items that caught my eye.

I visited this place a short walk from Roppongi Station. Quiet piano music is playing inside the restaurant. I ordered the "Gomoku soba" with less noodles. Gyoza was served first, it was soft and fluffy. After about 3 minutes, the noodles were served. The Gomoku was a bit rich in flavor, with a light thickness and lots of ingredients. The noodles were slightly firm. The meal ended with tapioca milk, leaving a satisfying taste in my mouth.

While taking a walk in Nishi-Azabu, I happened to come across a Chinese restaurant! I heard a customer coming out of the restaurant talking about how impressed they were, so I decided to look it up. It turned out to be one of the top 100 Chinese restaurants. I immediately went in and ordered the beef with barbecue sauce. It came with siu mai, soup, rice, tea, and dessert, which was quite a deal for a top restaurant. The main dish and almond jelly were incredibly delicious! I would love to visit for dinner if I have the chance!

I visited the Chinese restaurant "China Sancho-me" which is ranked 56th out of the top 100 restaurants in Tokyo for Chinese cuisine on Tabelog with a rating of 3.66. The restaurant is located in Roppongi, a bit off the main street in a red building. The interior is traditional with mainly table seating. They are known for their Shanghai crab dishes in the autumn season. I had the Shrimp in Chili Sauce lunch set which included shrimp in chili sauce, shumai, kimchi, mushroom Chinese soup, rice, and almond tofu. The shrimp in chili sauce was mild and delicious. The overall lunch set was well-balanced. I would like to visit again in the evening when the Shanghai crab is in season. It's a great restaurant.

I visited "China Sanchome," a Chinese restaurant that was selected for the first time as one of the top 100 restaurants. It is a 7-minute walk from Roppongi Station and I arrived just before the opening on a Saturday with no wait. I ordered the weekly lunch special, which was shrimp in chili sauce for 1,200 yen. It came with rice, soup, dim sum, pickles, and dessert. Soon after ordering, the shrimp in chili sauce was served with chunks of Chinese yam, creating a delicious combination of the tender shrimp and crispy yam coated in chili sauce. The dim sum and soup were also delicious. I enjoyed the meal until the end.

Also, a new top 100 restaurant has opened... When it comes to Chinese cuisine, it doesn't really reflect authentic Chinese cuisine at all, so it's not really a top 100 restaurant. Moreover, they want to select new restaurants for the first time, so the ratings have been changing a lot since it's been 23 years, and some of the restaurants have only been open for a few months. In Japan, Chinese cuisine has deviated from its original form and now just using high-quality ingredients equals a good restaurant... because in reality, only a few chefs have actually trained in Hong Kong or mainland China. They are completely different from Italian or French chefs. Despite that, there are many fake Chinese restaurants that use high-quality ingredients and pretend to have experience and achievements in mainland China, thanks to fake journalists. After writing all this, I feel like maybe I should just stop visiting top 100 restaurants, but being naive, I end up visiting them anyway. This particular restaurant serves traditional high-end Chinese cuisine. The lunch menu includes dishes like the ones in the photos, with not too much meat, but dessert, shumai, and rice in a wooden box for 1200 yen, which I think is cheap. But is it really a top 100 restaurant? Maybe the dinner menu is better?
