It is about a 4-minute walk from Nogata Station North Exit. I felt like eating there after a long time, so I went. I arrived early since it opens at 8:30 and I entered around 10:30 on Sunday without having to wait in line. I purchased meal tickets from the machine and took a seat. There are counter and two table seats, and it gets full with about 10 people. This time, I ordered the following: "Miso Ramen" (950 yen), "Rich Niboshi Miso Ramen" (1,000 yen), "Chinpira Egg" (200 yen). The ramen was served in about 5 minutes. The Miso Ramen had a look like "Is this miso?" The soup is made by simmering pork bones, chicken bones, and vegetables, then stir-frying white miso in a wok. I couldn't fully appreciate the depth with my simple palate (lol), but the rich soup with thickness was delicious! The medium-thick straight noodles and bean sprouts mix well with the soup. The thick and meaty chashu provides great satisfaction. It goes well with raw garlic. The Rich Niboshi Miso Ramen is a rich and flavorful dish. The combination of niboshi (dried baby sardines) and miso is perfect! The rich and thick soup with medium-thick straight noodles was delicious. The flavor of the seaweed is also nice. I like the name "Chinpira Egg" (lol). The quail egg marinated in a spicy sauce enhances the umami of the egg. If you add the leftover marinade to the miso ramen, you can change it to a spicy miso ramen(?). Personally, I preferred the niboshi one. The noodles here are really delicious! I will definitely go again. Thank you for the meal!

The miso ramen here was rich and flavorful. I love rich miso ramen, but often when I search for it, it's not as rich as I'd like. This place had a proper richness to it. I had high expectations since it's the original shop by Hanada. Despite waiting outside in the light rain with 6 people ahead of me, the wait time to be seated inside was short. I was worried it wouldn't be rich enough, so I went with the spicy miso ramen. I added extra chashu, shredded pork, seasoned egg, and rice. The salty level of the spicy miso ramen is quite high. At first, it tastes very salty, but eventually, it becomes less noticeable. The spiciness is similar to that of a Korean restaurant, so it's delicious for those who can handle it. The chashu was thick and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. The shredded pork had a good volume, looked spicy, but I didn't feel the spiciness (possibly my taste buds were numb). The seasoned egg was average, slightly runny. The rice was of normal firmness. Many people ordered rice bowls, but personally, I think adding extra meat and ordering rice separately is the way to go. Next time, I'll try the regular miso ramen. Thank you for the meal, it was delicious.

Hanamichi-san, which I've been to many times. So delicious~ (*˘︶˘*).。*♡ This time, I ordered the super spicy Bancho Ramen (with less noodles) for 1,000 yen. I went there wearing white clothes, so I was given a paper apron. I was worried that the bright red soup might splash, but I ended up sweating from the spiciness, with drops falling (≧▽≦) If you love spicy ramen, definitely give it a try☆ For first-timers, instead of jumping straight into the super spicy Bancho challenge, start with the spicy miso ramen. Thank you for the meal! It was a happy time. ===========

I heard that this place is where the former apprentice of a famous local ramen shop, Miso-kko Fukku, trained. Upon arrival, I was impressed by the line of about 10 people outside the restaurant. As I started queuing, the person in front of me left halfway through. It was late September, but the weather was still over 30 degrees Celsius that day, so they probably had to return to work. The line moved relatively quickly, and I was able to enter the restaurant after about 15 minutes. I wanted to try something spicy, but being my first visit, I opted for the classic normal miso flavor. It's important to specify the amount of vegetables when ordering, or you may not get another chance. The ramen was served in a reasonable time. It was incredibly delicious, with a depth of flavor that was different from Miso-kko Fukku. The noodles were thick, which I liked, and the amount of vegetables was adequate. The minced meat at the bottom of the bowl, separate from the chashu, was unexpectedly tasty. The lack of coolness inside the restaurant was a bit uncomfortable, but overall, the ramen was very delicious.

Today, my wife and I went to Hanadoan. Luckily, there were only two people in line ahead of us. As soon as we lined up, six more people lined up behind us. It was lucky. Since the last time we ate here, the chashu was so tender and delicious, I added extra chashu and egg this time. Once again, the taste did not disappoint, wrapping me in its gentle flavor. Even though it's far from home, thank you for the touching experience today.

Arrived at 11:00 on Saturday afternoon, waited for 2 people, tried restaurants like Fukku, Tasakaya, and Hanada. This place is the origin of famous miso ramen shops. Miso ramen with egg and chashu, thick and chewy noodles, large crunchy bean sprouts. Overall delicious, but the miso flavor is a bit salty and rich. Fukku and Hanada have a sweeter miso taste, which I prefer. The pork bowl is slightly salty, but goes well with white rice. Easy for a woman dining alone to enter. The air conditioning doesn't work well, and the door needs to be opened, so be careful. Be prepared to sweat a lot on days over 30 degrees Celsius. By the time I finished eating, I couldn't stop sweating, and my makeup was running. 😂

Hanadoan is a 5-minute walk from Nogata Station. Tabelog rating: 3.76 stars as of September 13, 2023. This was my first visit in September. Due to its location, it's not easy to come here often. After visiting Shokudo Nanairo at Toshima-Kaigishita Station, I headed to a famous miso ramen shop at the neighboring Nogata Station! This place is known as a training ground for popular shops like Misokko Fukku in Ogikubo. I arrived on a sunny weekday at 9:30 p.m. and the restaurant was 60% full. As the name suggests, they offer miso ramen, spicy miso ramen, miso tsukemen, and more. The miso ramen costs 950 yen. You can request extra vegetables when purchasing the meal ticket. The soup is salty and thick, giving a robust flavor. It could even be used as a dipping sauce for tsukemen. Personally, it gives more of a tonkotsu impression than miso. The slightly yellowish noodles have a firm texture, which complements the soup well. Toppings include one slice of chashu, stir-fried bean sprouts, and bamboo shoots. Even without extra bean sprouts, the portion is generous. The flavors are well-balanced, and the textures are enjoyable. Overall, it's a hearty miso ramen with a strong umami flavor. It reminds me of Fukku in Ogikubo. It's bold yet nuanced, appealing to those who appreciate such flavors. Thank you for the meal!

I ordered miso ramen. It was delicious in a normal way, so I have no complaints, but I didn't feel like the taste was deserving of such high praise. I am aware that I don't particularly enjoy miso ramen, but even taking that into account, that was the feeling I got. I wonder if it would really hit the spot for people who love miso ramen.

Visited after about 3 weeks. This time, I went to eat "Banchou Ramen". Visited alone on Wednesday at 9:57 PM. The restaurant was full so I had to wait for a while. Waited 9 minutes until being seated. Purchased food tickets when seated. I ordered "Banchou Ramen with lots of vegetables," "Flavored egg," "Chinpira egg," and "Asahi Super Dry (medium bottle)." Total was 1950 yen. Beer and Chinpira egg came out quickly. The ice-cold beer and glass were perfect. The beer was delicious! The complimentary chashu and Chinpira egg were great as beer snacks. It took 22 minutes from ordering to food being served this time. "Banchou Ramen" looks quite red (lol). And it's pretty spicy. It's about an "8 spiciness" equivalent to "Mongolian Tanmen Nakamoto". The noodles are a bit thicker than medium noodles, chewy and satisfying. They go well with the spicy soup. "Lots of vegetables" was stir-fried until soft like last time. It contained bean sprouts, cabbage, leeks, and shimeji mushrooms. The difference from last time was that the vegetables had a spicy flavor too. There were 2 thick bamboo shoots and 1 soft chashu slice. Despite being spicy, it was delicious as expected. By the way, "Mongolian Tanmen Nakamoto" is based on a gentle miso ramen. "Nakamoto" ramen is quite different from this one, but in terms of "being a gentle miso ramen flavored spicy," they may share a common deliciousness. I'm satisfied with the regular size at this restaurant. It feels a bit too much for me with the large size. I feel the same way at "Hanada". I added garlic from the table halfway through for a flavor change. Garlic goes well with spicy miso ramen. I finished the soup too (including the Chinpira egg soup). I sweated a lot, but I love spicy food so I'm satisfied. Thank you for the meal.

Today's lunch → [First-time visit] This place is the origin of the "Hanamichi style," which has produced many famous shops, in other words, it's where miso ramen began. The taste is incredibly creamy and rich, making it hard to tell if it's miso or tonkotsu style. When you add garlic, it even reminds you of Jiro-style ramen. People who have worked at this shop often go on to open famous shops. It's like the origin of breathing techniques in "Demon Slayer." When I went around 11 o'clock, there was no line, so I could walk in without waiting. I ordered miso ramen, the "Chinpira egg" that was featured on TV, and pork rice. I saw a sign on the wall saying you can add vegetables for free, so I ordered a regular portion instead of a large one. There was a tray on the counter where each dish was placed, and I was told off when I tried to put it back on the counter midway. I was confused about when to remove it in the end. When I took a sip of the soup, it was super creamy and rich in flavor. You can clearly taste the richness of miso, but there's also a strong animal flavor. Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's miso or tonkotsu ramen. The noodles are thick and have a firm texture. The bean sprouts are crunchy with a satisfying bite. I kept adding more bean sprouts and leeks as I ate, and they paired perfectly with the richness of the soup, allowing me to enjoy the flavors until the end. The "Chinpira egg" quail egg was too spicy when eaten alone at first. When added to the ramen, it was balanced out by the soup, but honestly, I didn't need to order it separately. It's unusual to have garlic as a condiment for miso ramen. When I added it midway, the flavor intensified and became delicious. Perhaps due to the thick noodles and bean sprouts, towards the end, I felt like it was more of a Jiro-style ramen. I finished it all. The pork rice had finely chopped, tender chashu that paired perfectly with the rice. If you order pork rice, getting extra vegetables is risky. I was full but managed to finish it all. I plan to visit "Fukku" in Ogikubo and "Hanada" and "Tazakaya" in Ikebukuro soon to compare the tastes. Visited on August 27, 2023, at 9:20. There was a wait for one person 10 minutes before opening. At 9:32, the restaurant opened with a line of six people. About half of the seats inside were filled. I purchased meal tickets for miso ramen (950 yen) and Chinpira egg (200 yen). I ordered extra vegetables. At 9:46, the dishes arrived. The soup had a rich miso flavor with a savory animal-based broth. It paired well with the thick and chewy noodles, making it delicious. Perhaps due to the generous amount of bean sprouts, they tasted slightly bitter. It was disappointing that the service from the waitstaff was not friendly. When leaving, there was no line.

I went to "Hanamichi-an" in Nogata again. Hanamichi-an is a famous restaurant known for producing talented chefs in the Hanamichi style. It has spawned top miso ramen shops like "Fukku" in Ogikubo, rated No. 1 on Tabelog, the popular queue spot "Hanada" in Ikebukuro, "Tasakaya," and "Menya Kosei" in Tokorozawa. I arrived around 5:20 PM and managed to get a seat at the counter. Spicy Miso Ramen 980 yen, Seasoned Egg 100 yen. The soup is rich, creamy, and spicy! It's so spicy that I couldn't stop coughing, but it's delicious! The noodles are the unique chewy medium-thick noodles of Hanamichi. Absolutely delicious! It has an addicting texture. The toppings include chashu, bean sprouts, bamboo shoots, and egg. The bean sprouts are tasty, the bamboo shoots are thick and have a great texture, the chashu is tender and melts in your mouth, and the seasoned egg has a perfect texture. I'm very satisfied once again! The combination of going to the nearby motsu-yaki restaurant "Akimoto-ya" afterwards is truly the best! The taste is so addictive that I want to come back regularly.

Arrived at 11:10. No waiting outside, entered the restaurant. There are 6 seats at the counter and 2 tables, with 5 customers already seated. Purchased a meal ticket and sat down. Seated at 11:12. Miso ramen for 950 yen, seasoned egg for 100 yen. Served at 11:19. The bowl contains thick straight noodles in the soup, along with chashu pork, bean sprouts, seasoned egg, and bamboo shoots. The soup is rich and creamy with a salty taste, but has a refreshing aftertaste. The thick straight noodles are yellow and smooth, with a firm texture providing a satisfying bite. The bean sprouts complement the soup well. The chashu pork is well-seasoned and enjoyable to eat. The seasoned egg is firm with a subtle flavor.

Delicious miso ramen in Nogata! I'm not sure if ramen is nutritionally good, but I like this place because you can get plenty of vegetables. This time, I also asked for extra vegetables. I usually order spicy miso ramen, but this time I tried the spicy niboshi miso ramen after a long time. It's a tasty and spicy miso ramen with a slight seafood flavor. Adding a raw egg seems to help neutralize the spiciness. Thank you for the meal.

I came to Nogata for work after a long time. Many dining places have changed. Maybe because of the influence of Corona. Of course, I can't miss having lunch at that famous restaurant. In the scorching heat, I opened the map of the famous miso ramen shop that I had checked before. I arrived around 2 p.m. Miraculously, I was able to enter without waiting. As it was my first visit, I ordered the regular miso ramen with extra vegetables. The staff was very friendly and likable. Here comes the ramen! Indeed, it's quite voluminous. Just as rumored. The crunchy bean sprouts are my favorite. I like soaking them in the rich soup. The noodles are the thickest among all the miso ramen I've had, but I really like them. The soup - if I weren't on a diet, I would have drunk it all. Extremely delicious! It's no wonder that this famous restaurant has received high praise. Thank you for the meal. I will definitely come again!

First visit. I went because it was highly ranked on the Tabelog in Nogata. I arrived before 12 o'clock, but there were already two people waiting in front of the restaurant. The interior had about two tables and around five counter seats. They use a ticket vending machine system. For my first visit, I ordered the standard miso ramen. It arrived in about 7 minutes. As for the taste... hmm, it's not bad, but it lacks a certain depth. I think the noodles don't have to be this thick. If you're in the neighborhood, it's okay, but it's not a restaurant worth traveling far for. *This is a personal opinion.*

Visited the restaurant alone on Thursday at 7:55 PM. There was no line, but the restaurant was full, so I was asked to wait outside for a while. Interestingly, at this restaurant, you buy meal tickets after entering the restaurant. I'm not sure why, but when I tried to buy the meal ticket first, I was stopped by the staff. Shortly after, customers left the restaurant, and I was guided inside. It was about 3 minutes after lining up. I purchased meal tickets for "Spicy Miso Tsukemen," "Seasoned Egg," "Chinpira Egg," and "Asahi Super Dry (medium bottle)" at the ticket machine. Total was 1850 yen for 1000 + 100 + 200 + 550 yen. Despite ordering various items including beer, it didn't seem too expensive. I was originally interested in the "Rich Sardine Spicy Miso Ramen" on that day, but unfortunately, the sold-out lamp was lit. Looking back, I might have been okay with the "Sardine Spicy Miso Ramen," but decisions are not always easy to make in an instant. The "Chinpira Egg" and the beer snack arrived quickly. Oh, it's the best. The snack is chunks of char siu with leeks and sauce. Enjoying the Chinpira Egg and snack with beer, gulp gulp gulp. Delicious! Dipping the char siu into the spicy sauce of the Chinpira Egg while sipping the beer steadily. Oh, I'm happy. The "Spicy Miso Tsukemen" arrived 11 minutes after the beer. The dipping sauce was packed with ingredients. Stir-fried bean sprouts and leeks, chopped char siu, and thick menma. The noodles are the same thick noodles as ramen. Delicious. I didn't specify the "extra vegetables" this time, but there are already quite a lot of vegetables in it. And the char siu portion is quite generous. Even the standard amount of char siu is very satisfying. However, this time, the char siu had a slight smell. Sometimes pork can be like that, right? I guess it can't be helped. Finally, I asked if I could have soup refilled, and they said it was possible, so I requested it. When you refill the soup, it warms up instantly, and the umami flavor revives. After all, the soup should be eaten piping hot. Delicious. Thank you for the meal! It was delicious this time too.
