Visited the restaurant alone on Thursday at 7:55 PM. There was no line, but the restaurant was full, so I was asked to wait outside for a while. Interestingly, at this restaurant, you buy meal tickets after entering the restaurant. I'm not sure why, but when I tried to buy the meal ticket first, I was stopped by the staff. Shortly after, customers left the restaurant, and I was guided inside. It was about 3 minutes after lining up. I purchased meal tickets for "Spicy Miso Tsukemen," "Seasoned Egg," "Chinpira Egg," and "Asahi Super Dry (medium bottle)" at the ticket machine. Total was 1850 yen for 1000 + 100 + 200 + 550 yen. Despite ordering various items including beer, it didn't seem too expensive. I was originally interested in the "Rich Sardine Spicy Miso Ramen" on that day, but unfortunately, the sold-out lamp was lit. Looking back, I might have been okay with the "Sardine Spicy Miso Ramen," but decisions are not always easy to make in an instant. The "Chinpira Egg" and the beer snack arrived quickly. Oh, it's the best. The snack is chunks of char siu with leeks and sauce. Enjoying the Chinpira Egg and snack with beer, gulp gulp gulp. Delicious! Dipping the char siu into the spicy sauce of the Chinpira Egg while sipping the beer steadily. Oh, I'm happy. The "Spicy Miso Tsukemen" arrived 11 minutes after the beer. The dipping sauce was packed with ingredients. Stir-fried bean sprouts and leeks, chopped char siu, and thick menma. The noodles are the same thick noodles as ramen. Delicious. I didn't specify the "extra vegetables" this time, but there are already quite a lot of vegetables in it. And the char siu portion is quite generous. Even the standard amount of char siu is very satisfying. However, this time, the char siu had a slight smell. Sometimes pork can be like that, right? I guess it can't be helped. Finally, I asked if I could have soup refilled, and they said it was possible, so I requested it. When you refill the soup, it warms up instantly, and the umami flavor revives. After all, the soup should be eaten piping hot. Delicious. Thank you for the meal! It was delicious this time too.
