I went to a popular seafood bowl restaurant called "Nihonbashi Kaisendon Tsujihan Nihonbashi Honten," located a 5-minute walk from the Yaesu North Exit of Tokyo Station. When I arrived at the restaurant at 11:57, there were 26 people waiting in line. It was particularly popular among foreign tourists, with more than half of the people in line being foreigners. While waiting in line, the staff handed out menus (available in Japanese, English, Chinese, and Korean) and you place your order verbally. Since the wait can be long, it's essential to have a parasol to avoid heatstroke. The restaurant provides water and paper cups to stay hydrated. Even while waiting in line, they will hold your spot and let you use the restroom, so make sure to stay hydrated. I entered the restaurant at 12:58, which was 61 minutes later. That's an average wait time of 2.4 minutes per person. Since they take orders in advance, the seafood bowl was served promptly. I ordered the ⭐️Special Deluxe Seafood Bowl for 3,600 yen, which included salmon roe, tuna, medium fatty tuna, shrimp, turban shell, mirugai, squid, shirako, cucumber, green onion, with extra crab, sea urchin, salmon roe. After taking a photo, I mixed wasabi with soy sauce and poured it over the seafood bowl. When it was about 1/3 left, I asked the staff to pour sea bream dashi over it, and they offered to add more rice if needed. Then, they served four pieces of sashimi on a separate plate for ochazuke. It was incredibly delicious, and definitely worth the wait. They also offer takeout service.
