- A shop where the main focus is on crispy toasted paninis with a nice toothy texture. There are many options for fillings to choose from, and the bread itself is delicious.
- The size is about the equivalent of two burgers from a well-known chain, so you may start to get a little tired of it by the time you finish. It might be a good idea to order some side dishes like tripe to go along with it.

There is a Panini Cafe on the 1st floor of Keikyu EX Inn Tokyo Ginza. Guests staying at Keikyu EX Inn Tokyo Ginza can enjoy a morning panini (choose from 3 types) for a discounted price of 800 yen (tax included) instead of the regular price of 990 yen. The panini is freshly made to order, so it's nice to have it hot. It's not amazing, but still good.

I ordered the tuna panini set. It was tasty, but more like a sandwich than a panini... Maybe I should have tried the tomato one recommended by the staff? The window seats have power outlets, and the juice was delicious, so it seems like a good place for lunch and a bit of work.

I visited for the first time after 12 o'clock on a holiday. There were about 4 groups of customers in the restaurant, but it was not crowded. I ordered the Panini lunch for 1400 yen, where you can choose from 2 types of Panini. I chose the salmon. The side dish was Carpione of white fish and I had grapefruit juice as my drink. The Panini was large and seemed to be freshly baked, crispy and delicious. It was satisfying. The Carpione of white fish was like marinated fried fish, similar to Japanese Nanban-zuke. It's convenient to find a cafe that is open and has seats available at this time on a holiday. Thank you for the meal.

PONTE NUOVO CAFE, located on the 1st floor of Kyoto EX IN Higashi-Ginza, offers a variety of breakfast options, including paninis. You can choose from three different types of paninis and select a side of coleslaw or soup, as well as a drink. The panini options include tomato, mozzarella, and basil; tuna and mozzarella with oregano flavor; and chicken breast and provolone. The paninis are heated up, making the cheese nice and gooey. While the presentation may not be anything special, the paninis are satisfying and make for a good breakfast option.

Located near the intersection of Tsukiji 4-chome, there is a cafe attached to the Keikyu hotel that specializes in paninis. I tried the "Weekday Lunch Panini A" for ¥1,200. The set includes:
- Chicken cutlet panini
- Lunch caponata
- Drink (I chose iced cafe latte)
The panini had a crispy texture and was quite filling. Despite its simple ingredients of mayo sauce, lettuce, and freshly fried cutlet, it was delicious. The price was a bit high, but the seating was available and I was able to relax and enjoy my meal.

A new panini specialty store has opened inside Keikyu EX Inn Higashi Ginza, produced by Chef Yoichi Kosaki of Cucina Gianni. The store offers homemade bread made from domestic wheat baked on-site, as well as paninis made with carefully selected ingredients. I had the Prosciutto Cotto panini, which was one of the nine varieties available. The space is open and spacious with high ceilings and plenty of windows. The panini was generously filled with prosciutto, ham, and vegetables, and the bread had a crispy texture. Although the prices are on the higher side, the taste and portion size justify it. They also offer the option to create your own original panini. I also added an iced tea to my order. The restaurant seems to double as a breakfast venue for the hotel, as it is open all day. I look forward to trying their morning menu next time!

Opened on June 16th in Tsukiji, "PONTE NUOVO CAFE" is a panini specialty shop run by a famous chef. It is the first store to open nationwide and is a new concept from Kuju Co., Ltd., known for brands like EGGS 'N THINGS and CHOPPED SALAD DAY. Under the supervision of Italian cuisine researcher Yoichi Kosaki, they offer a new style of panini using homemade Italian bread made from domestically grown wheat and high-quality ingredients. The cafe is located on the first floor of Keikyu EX Inn Higashi-Ginza, right near the Tsukiji market. The interior has a calm cafe atmosphere with natural light coming in from the outside, creating a modern jazz ambiance. During the morning hours, they offer a morning menu consisting of two panini options: Marguerite and Tonno Sott Olio, along with a side of minestrone soup. Drinks include options like orange juice. The recommended set includes the Marguerite panini, minestrone soup, and orange juice. The panini is freshly baked and served within 5 minutes, with a crispy exterior and a soft, flavorful interior. The staff is friendly and provides helpful recommendations. In addition to paninis, they also offer a variety of drinks and a la carte options. Overall, it is a great place to enjoy a fresh and delicious breakfast in a pleasant atmosphere.

"PONTE NUOVO CAFE" in Tsukiji/East Ginza is a panini cafe run by Mr. Matsuda, who also works with Tully's and EGGS 'N THINGS. The atmosphere is similar to Tully's, but you can customize your own panini. The weather was great☀️ Perfect for both cafe and lunch use. #PONTENUOVOCAFE #EastGinza #Tsukiji #Ginza #lunch #cafe #coffee #cafelunch #Tullys #TullysCoffee #eggsnthings #TsukijiGourmet #TsukijiLunch #TsukijiCafe #GinzaGourmet #GinzaLunch #panini #popularshop #gourmet #foodie #connectwithfoodielovers #TokyoGourmet #foodrecord #Tabelog #timedifferencepost #tokyo_gourmet_report #GurufukuOfficialAmbassador #tokyo #Tsukiji #panini"

Around 10:30 on a holiday with no wait. Until 11 o'clock, they serve a morning set which includes a tuna panini, minestrone soup, and an Americano for around 980 yen. The taste can be described as simple, but some may find it a bit monotonous. The minestrone soup was good with plenty of ingredients. The spacious seating arrangement is a plus, but cleanliness could be improved. The window counter seats have outlets, which can be convenient for tourists. It would have been better if the food was a bit more delicious.

The desserts are apparently homemade in the shop. I had panna cotta and iced latte. I relaxed and enjoyed my meal. Thank you for the meal.
