The Morio-Vinagrette sauce for Shurasco was delicious, and they brought onions, coriander, and other condiments to the table for us to mix in a mortar and create our own sauce. The waiter was a foreigner, and when I thought he was Brazilian, it turned out he was actually from Nepal.
