I opted for the spring vegetable pasta, which was gluten-free and delicious. The meal also included appetizers, soup, and a refreshing drink. The highlight was the dessert, which consisted of two gluten-free and gelatin-free cakes. Overall, the food was fresh, tasty, and perfect for a lunch outing in Ginza. I highly recommend it!

I felt a bit nervous wondering if I was going the right way as I walked through the store, and it seemed a bit intimidating for men to enter. This time, I used the dinner course. It included an appetizer platter, a choice of one from three risottos and three pastas for the main course, and dessert at the end. The drink menu included all-you-can-drink alcohol, but I thought the price of 5500 yen (tax included) was a bit high. The taste of the dishes was delicious. The staff were attentive and quickly came when called, and they promptly brought a new drink order, so I was very satisfied with the all-you-can-drink option.

Reservations are recommended as the place tends to get crowded. Even though we were told we could enter without a reservation, we ended up waiting for an hour before being seated. The menu is thoughtfully curated with a focus on healthy options, but the dishes are flavorful and satisfying. The kale juice is sweet and the soy milk butter goes well with bread or other dishes. The drink menu is also extensive, so I would love to try more options next time. Overall, it was a pleasant dining experience.

We used this restaurant for a meal gathering. It is a restaurant operated by FANCL, providing gluten-free ingredients. A luxurious lunch with a choice of brown rice pasta or fish/meat as the main dish for 3,200 yen. - Assorted seasonal appetizers -> Salmon, prosciutto, quiche, young corn, all delicious and with gentle flavors. Exciting and delicious appetizers. - Seasonal salad -> The kale dressing is refreshing and goes well with the fresh salad. - Brown rice bread -> Comes with soy whip, olive oil, and organic blueberry jam. Initially, you get 2 pieces of plain and cocoa bread each. You can have seconds of either plain or cocoa bread as you like. If the soy whip runs out, they will add more for you. - Homemade brown rice pasta or "Golden Ibuki" sprouted rice risotto -> On this day, I selected the risotto. The scallops and new potatoes had a strong presence and the richness of Parmesan cheese in the risotto was delightful. - Meat dish (Shimanto pork roast) or fish dish. You can change to Wagyu beef taliata for an additional 500 yen. -> I ordered the pork and Wagyu beef. The Shimanto pork was tender and the fat was delicious. - Dolce -> The gateau chocolat and pudding were both very delicious, and the brown rice bread had a sweet taste that I enjoyed. I was very satisfied because I ate a lot! There are two sessions, one at 11:30 and one at 14:00, and on this day, the 11:30 session was fully booked! Reservations are essential! The restaurant is mostly filled with female customers, and the content of the dishes is something that women would enjoy, but the all-you-can-eat bread also makes it satisfying for men. The brown rice bread was so delicious that I took home a loaf and enjoyed it at home. It doesn't have the chewiness of wheat bread, but it has a refreshing sweetness that is delicious.

The collaboration menu between Murakami Farm and FANCL is highly recommended as a limited-time special. The Murakami Farm x FANCL Special Lunch Course (limited quantity) is priced at 2,150 yen (tax included) and includes a broccoli super sprout appetizer plate, homemade brown rice pasta with bean sprout Genovese, bean sprout chiffon cake, and coffee or tea. The Broccoli Super Sprout x Kale Green Juice Green Smoothie is priced at 700 yen (tax included). The Broccoli Super Sprout contains a high concentration of the beneficial compound sulforaphane, more than 20 times that of mature broccoli. It is excellent for improving liver function, as well as for improving hair loss, thinning hair, and gray hair, and has antioxidant effects and anti-cancer properties. The FANCL Kale Green Juice, mixed for a fresh taste, is quick-frozen after pressing, eliminating any powdery texture and resulting in a smoothie that is not too green in taste, but rather fruity. It is filling and satisfying, making it suitable for lunch, cafe, or dinner. This restaurant seems to be versatile and convenient for various occasions, especially recommended for those who are gluten-free.

On this day, I went to a restaurant recommended by a friend. I didn't know there was a restaurant in the basement of the FANCL building! They have an artificial waterfall! I had the lunch set with Oyama chicken. Lots of vegetables too. It's a gluten-free restaurant. I was debating whether to have spaghetti because it's gluten-free, but I chose the lunch set where you can choose the main dish. The seasoning is gentle and very delicious. I think the taste of the ingredients really comes through. The detox water is also stylish. The price is also lucky for Ginza! Because it's gluten-free, I saw some foreign-looking men here and there. It seems like you can use it in various ways! The staff is also very polite. Thank you for the meal! I want to go again~!

When you are seated and choosing your menu, they bring you a glass of organic fruit and vegetable water, which has a gentle and delicious aroma. There is a water server where you can refill your glass, but lazy people like me would appreciate it if they left a pitcher on the table (laughs). For lunch, I ordered the "Cheers Sparkling with Appetizer Plate and a choice of Main Lunch." The restaurant has counter seats and about 6-8 table seats, so it's not very spacious. The place was filled with women, and I couldn't help but wonder why there were so few men in such health and beauty-conscious restaurants. It's a simple question, but in today's world where freedom of choice is becoming more common regardless of gender, it's still a mystery. We started with a toast with sparkling wine, which was not too sweet or too dry, just right. The appetizer plate included green juice, fresh vegetable salad, daily antipasto, daily soup, and soy milk whip. The inclusion of green juice is very characteristic of FANCL, which is nice. This plate was very satisfying, and just having this alone with wine would make you feel full. For the main course, I chose the "Sprouted Brown Rice Kin no Ibuki Risotto" of the day. It had a tuna and lemon cream flavor, healthy yet well-seasoned and very delicious. The chewy texture of the sprouted rice was particularly good. I liked this Kin no Ibuki sprouted rice so much that I ended up buying some on the upper floor after the meal. It was heavy (laughs). The dessert was small and not too sweet, so I didn't feel guilty even though I was full. The organic coffee was also delicious. It was a satisfying lunch that didn't feel like it was all gluten-free. It was no surprise to see the chef's medals displayed on the wall. The staff were all cute and had a good vibe, which was nice. After enjoying a meal of healthy and delicious food, you can spend the whole day at FANCL Square checking on health and beauty or purchasing supplements. I will definitely visit again. The brown rice bread was so tasty that I had seconds with soy whip, olive oil, and organic blueberry jam for flavor variety. You can choose between pasta or risotto as the main dish, and either meat or fish for the main course. I had the sautéed Spanish mackerel for the fish dish, and it was flavorful and healthy. Overall, the lunch course was satisfying with a good variety of dishes and generous portions.
