Today, we went to Ginza to dine at "Kin no Dining Maguro Kin" with two people. "Tsuna Kin" is located in Ginza 5-chome, two streets behind Chuo-dori towards Tsukiji, just off the Harumi-dori street. It is a restaurant called "The Golden Rice Dining" that opened in November 2016, transitioning from a sushi restaurant to a rice dining establishment. They use "Kinme-mai" and "Kinme Low-cut Brown Rice" from Toyo Rice, which is said to have the nutritional value of brown rice and the deliciousness of white rice. For lunch, they offer seafood bowls and sushi, and even rice dishes like porridge and rice balls throughout the day, creating a new style of traditional Japanese cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is elegant with a calming atmosphere, and the menu includes a variety of drinks such as wine, champagne, and Japanese sake. We opted for the "Goku Course 12,000 yen" which includes a variety of dishes like appetizers, sashimi platter, selection of shellfish, seasonal dishes, nigiri sushi, soup, and dessert. The food was beautifully presented and delicious, showcasing the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The sushi was especially outstanding, with a perfect balance of rice and fish, and the rice itself was flavorful and unique. Overall, dining at "Kin no Dining Maguro Kin" was a delightful experience, and we highly recommend it for anyone looking to enjoy high-quality Japanese cuisine in Ginza.

I requested the lunch limited at ¥3,800. Most of the people who use it for lunch tend to order a more affordable menu. (According to the reservation on Tabelog, the most reasonable option was the ¥3,800 tasting course). The sushi had small bite-sized shari made with Kinme rice, making it easy to eat. I could feel the effort put into achieving a perfect balance that enhances the flavor of each piece. I had informed them of my dislikes in advance, so they made some adjustments for me. Thank you! I enjoyed the chawanmushi and the mango sherbet dessert, and had a rich Ginza lunch experience despite the slight rush. I would like to challenge the higher-priced courses as well.

I ordered the course that was listed as the most popular. I found the sushi rice more delicious than the toppings. Among the dishes that came out, the seared nodoguro nigiri was the most delicious. There were many types of sake, and they served it to match the dishes, which was very delicious.

Lunch with my wife in Ginza before shopping. A sushi course with different types of shari in the first and second halves for comparison. The first half had normal shari, with rice grains standing firm and blending well with the toppings, providing a very pleasant texture. The vinegar flavor in the rice was just right, not too sour, and the sushi was well-prepared. The balance between the toppings and shari was good, and the size was just right for me, who usually orders with extra rice. After enjoying two glasses of sparkling wine, the second half of the sushi arrived. I thought the first half was already good, but the shari was upgraded even further, with a firmer rice texture that paired well with the toppings. My wife and I were so impressed by the deliciousness. There were quite a few young people around, but also some regulars. At the counter, several chefs were efficiently taking orders with loud voices, creating a pleasant atmosphere. My wife's favorite sea urchin was so good that we ordered more. This place in Ginza is great in terms of location and value for a quick lunch, so we definitely want to come back. Sea urchin is just so delicious, isn't it?

I received a course meal and ordered alcohol separately. They seem to specialize in Japanese sake, as they had a wide variety available, mostly from western Japan. The sushi was delicious, with different types of rice used to complement the fish. I left feeling full and satisfied.

I visited the restaurant with a high-class facade, expecting it to be quite expensive. I ordered the 1.5-person portion for 1750 yen after looking at the menu. The seared eel and eel sushi were meticulously prepared, with 10 pieces of nigiri and 6 pieces of rolls being reasonably priced. It was a blissful moment to enjoy freshly made sushi at the counter in Ginza.

Zagin de shisuu! This restaurant has a luxurious feel but surprisingly good value. They have a sake sommelier who recommended delicious sake to pair with our dishes, and it was really tasty. My colleague who came with me also enjoyed it.

The sushi overall was a bit salty, but otherwise it was delicious. There was a wide selection of sake, and when asked for recommendations, they were happy to suggest and even share some knowledge about each sake. I went to a sushi restaurant in Ginza where they have a sake sommelier. They offered a variety of sake options that paired well with the sushi. The interior of the restaurant was bright and hygienic. We sat at the counter this time, but there were also private rooms in the back. They had omakase courses priced at 7500 yen, 10000 yen, and 15000 yen, and we chose the 10000 yen course. Aside from omakase, they had a variety of other menu options as well. The sake prices ranged from 2000 to 4000 yen for a tokkuri.

First visit overall casual luxury feel, made a reservation and asked for a window-side 2-person seat, then changed to the counter. Ordered the Camellia course. The interaction with the chef while waiting was enjoyable. The clientele seemed to be mostly rich foreigners. Of course, the sushi was delicious enough to satisfy Japanese people, with small vinegared rice balls that were very tasty. I would like to visit again for a special occasion.

As always, it was delicious. I ordered more than usual today, so the price was a bit higher, but the cost performance was great, including delicious sake, and I was very satisfied with the content. When it comes to Ginza and sushi, one might think it's expensive and maybe they serve lunch too? That's a common assumption from the Showa era. But when I searched, there are actually quite a few options. I made a reservation for a lunch course through Ikyu. Depending on the course, you can even guarantee a private room. The premium rolls were quite delicious. Overall, it was well put together and not bad. They also have a wide variety of drinks. (The sparkling sake Shalala was quite good.) It seems like a good place to have a casual drink in the evening as well.

After buying a new wallet at Ginza BVLGARI, I wanted to eat delicious sashimi, so I came here ((* ॑꒳ ॑* )). I sat at the counter, but the restaurant was quiet and beautiful inside (*¯ ꒳¯*). As expected of a store in Ginza. I ordered salmon, yellowtail, lean tuna, and medium fatty tuna (゚д゚) Delicious! The fish was fresh and good. I also had a peach shochu soda for a drink and ordered some tamagoyaki ((* ॑꒳ ॑* )) (゚д゚) Delicious! I found a new favorite restaurant again. Oh, and for dessert, I tried rice ice cream for the first time Ψ( 'ч' ☆)

I went around 9pm planning to have a light meal, but the food was so delicious that I ended up ordering a lot. The atmosphere of the restaurant was modern and clean, which would be appealing to women. There was a wide variety of courses, but I chose to order a la carte because I wanted to eat what I liked. I was happy that I could eat not only white rice but also brown rice. For dessert, they served rice ice cream, which was really delicious.

The restaurant is located within a 3-minute walk from both Ginza Station and Higashi-Ginza Station. It was relatively affordable for Ginza standards and the food was satisfying. I will definitely visit again if I have the chance. Thank you for the meal! 🙂

Special course at Makuake! The fresh oysters and botan shrimp leave a strong impression. The highlight is the three types of tuna and the premium roll (tuna, sea urchin, salmon roe) which are naturally delicious! The spacious interior and ample space between counter seats provide a sense of openness. The lunch course offers great value, allowing you to experience the atmosphere of Ginza on weekends. On Sundays, most fish shops around here are closed, and even the ones that are open often don't have the type of fish I like. However, this place had a menu where you could choose your favorite sashimi. They included it in a sashimi platter, and it was amazing. The uni was large and melted in my mouth. It was heavenly. The grilled silver cod marinated in miso was crispy on the outside and juicy with fat. The pistachio ice cream with red bean paste for dessert was indescribably delicious. This is a sushi restaurant, but it has a casual atmosphere that would be great for solo female diners, girls' night out, or couples. Personally, I think it would be even better if they had a vegetable side dish for a palate cleanser. It's a bit pricey like in Ginza, but worth it for an occasional indulgence.

The shop had a nice atmosphere and was clean. It was my first time trying brown rice sushi, and I found the texture to be satisfying without being too crunchy. I couldn't even tell it was brown rice unless someone told me. I was surprised at how delicious brown rice sushi can be. This time I had a course meal, but next time I want to try brown rice sushi with my favorite toppings.

The customer visited Magurokin based on a reservation for a sushi course. The price of the sushi course seems reasonable, but the drink prices are quite high, typical for Ginza. A glass of sake is over 900 yen and a half bottle is 7000 yen. If I brought someone from Kyushu, they might get upset (laughs). The sushi is delicious and they do a great job. The appetizers and grilled dishes were also tasty. However, I was surprised by the price of the alcohol. If I, a heavy drinker, went all out, I would go bankrupt.
