I went to Lumine during the crowded lunch hour and surprisingly it wasn't busy, so I was seated right away. I ordered the Avocado Loco Moco. I'm not a fan of hamburgers but the sauce was tasty, and the sunny-side-up egg was cooked just right with less grease, so I didn't feel bloated. The rice was also delicious.

I stopped by during shopping at Lumine. It was relatively empty as it was around 11 o'clock. I ordered a dish with both steak and garlic shrimp. The person I went with ordered a set with steak and hamburger. The meat was a bit tough, but still delicious.

Loco Moco & Avocado for 1300 yen is a great option for Mexican and American cuisine on weekday nights. The restaurant has a nice atmosphere and the SET DRINK for 250 yen is a good deal. LUMINE Diving has many affordable and enjoyable dining options!

I suddenly felt like eating a hamburger and decided to go to this restaurant. They told me they have a 2-hour time limit, which is actually perfect for a busy weekend lunch. The place had a Hawaiian retro vibe with disco music from the 80s playing in the background. I ordered a Beef Cheeseburger, which took about 15 minutes to arrive. The burger looked small but just right to take a big bite. The meat was a bit thin, but it was juicy and delicious. It came with a drink for only 250 yen, which was a great deal. Still feeling hungry, I decided to order the Strawberry Pancake & Pie since it was a Hawaiian restaurant. It came in a hot skillet with crispy pie and pancakes surrounded by strawberry sauce and cream, looking cute. I might have consumed too many calories today, but it was a delicious and happy time.

In Toshima-ku, Tokyo, at Lumine Ikebukuro on the 8th floor, there is a place called MOKUORA where you can enjoy pancakes and hamburgers. During lunchtime, there is usually a line, and the majority of customers are young people, especially girls, so it can feel a bit awkward for older customers dining alone. I ordered the Melty Caramel and Nut Pancakes and the Drowning Cheeseburger. I didn't try the pancakes myself, but the young women seemed to be enjoying them. The Drowning Cheeseburger was quite tasty with plenty of white sauce. The staff, who were also young, provided good service. Thank you for the meal.

As expected, every restaurant was crowded. I waited for about 40 minutes before entering. Mustard and rice seem to be a bit of an odd combination.

I felt like eating a hamburger, so I was drawn to the display at the storefront and decided to go in. I ordered the "Avocado Loco Moco" for 1350 yen, but it seemed small so I added the "large size" for an additional 110 yen. It arrived in about 10 minutes, but as expected, it was on the smaller side (laughs). It was served on a hot iron plate, so both the hamburger and rice were too hot, making it difficult to taste properly while eating with a burnt tongue (laughs). After it cooled down a bit, I noticed that the sauce was slightly sweet, the hamburger was not very juicy, and the meat was bland. It's served on the hot iron plate, so it stays hot, which is good, but if you don't eat it quickly, the potatoes and rice will turn black and burnt, so be careful. Personally, I like the burnt rice, but the potatoes turned completely black like ashes... so please be careful (laughs). I was also interested in the whipped cream topped pancakes displayed at the storefront, but after seeing the pancakes at another table, I noticed that there was significantly less whipped cream than in the menu photos or displays, so I decided not to order them. The service was lacking, the taste of the food was like a family restaurant, the portion size and satisfaction did not match the price, overall unfortunately I won't be visiting again. It was a busy weekend night with many people in the building, but this place was empty. When I walked into the empty restaurant and sat at the back table, I had a feeling that was unfortunately confirmed later... looking back, there were very few customers or repeat visitors. There must be a reason for that. I should have just gone to the famous hamburger steak place next door.

Mixed cut steak for 1242 yen, salad & soup set for 220 yen. Visited around 11:30 on a Sunday. The restaurant has about 15 counter seats and 10 tables for 2 or 4 people. The place was about 60% full when we arrived, but by 11:50 it was completely packed. The menu includes options like chicken steak, beef steak, loco moco, steak combos, burgers, and pancakes. They had a special menu for the 29th "Meat Day," so I ordered the mixed cut steak and the salad & soup set. The salad and soup were served in about 5 minutes. The salad was small but had plenty of lettuce, topped with diced red cabbage and tomato, and dressed with Thousand Island dressing. The soup was corn potage. The mixed cut steak arrived in about 10 minutes, served with fries, pickles, and sauce. The meat was large and cut into different parts, cooked to a medium doneness, with some pieces being very tender and others a bit chewy. The sauce had a peppery kick and added a delicious flavor to the steak. It was a great deal for enjoying steak.

Before watching a movie with Yukari, we went to a cafe at Lumine Ikebukuro. The Hawaiian cafe had a fantastic atmosphere. The trendy drink with a donut on top was great, with a Korean vibe that I liked. On the other hand, I was excited to encounter the old-fashioned hotcakes, which were rare.

On Thursdays, there is a special service menu where the Loco Moco is 200 yen cheaper at 980 yen! It comes with salad and a drink. You also get a free parking ticket for purchases over 1000 yen, so I added shrimp toppings for an extra 150 yen. With a 100 yen discount coupon, I paid 1030 yen in total.

Ikebukuro Station Lumine 8th floor Hawaiian cafe, popular for pancakes. Arrived around 7:15 pm, first time visiting. The staff had a lovely smile and conducted temperature checks and alcohol disinfection. About 80% of the seats were occupied. Sat at a 2-person table towards the back, as it was close to last order time. My first order was also the last order at 8 pm closing time. Water was served, and I checked the menu. Although combos were tempting, I opted for the Avocado Cheeseburger with a mini salad and soup to keep it light. The mini salad was refreshing with a carrot dressing, and the onion and egg soup was sweet and flavorful, albeit a bit too sweet for my liking. The Avocado Cheeseburger was about 12 cm tall with layers of buns, lettuce, tangy tartar sauce, beef patty, cheese, avocado, and buns. The beef patty was pinkish-red inside, flavorful and sweet, while the avocado was a bit plain. The tangy tartar sauce added a nice touch, and the slightly toasted buns were tasty. The cheese was mild, and more thickness would have made it more like a cheeseburger. The lettuce was crisp and went well with the tangy tartar sauce. Overall, it was a light burger, perfect for that moment. The French fries were thin and plentiful, enjoyed with ketchup. I spent about 25 minutes there, intending for a light dinner but the fries were a bit much. However, the balance with the mini salad and soup was good. I might try the popular pancakes next time. I've been frequenting Lumine lately, and there are still many unvisited places, so there might be more to come. Lumine is affordable and has many popular eateries, so it can get crowded. Thank you. There are restrictions on entering with a stroller, but Lumine's restaurants are easy to enter. This place is particularly easy to enter! The staff are very friendly and thoughtful, even giving us a towel to wipe the wet stroller cover. The interior has a modern, calm atmosphere with a wooden design. The menu has a lot of Hawaiian dishes. I wanted to eat steak or a hamburger, but I resisted and ordered Pancakes with Butter & Whip for ¥750 and Banana Juice for ¥700. It was ready in about 10 minutes. The pancakes were crispy on the outside but slightly sweet. When topped with the right amount of sweet whipped cream, it was good! Adding syrup made it even sweeter! The Banana Juice was ice-cold with a refreshing texture, allowing the natural banana flavor to shine through without being too sweet. It was delicious.

I was able to eat a lot of meat and it was delicious! I had a plate of pork spare ribs and grilled chicken with furikake seasoning, and I also had a pink lemonade drink. The joy of biting into bone-in meat ☺️ The potatoes were crispy and fluffy, and the taste was good too. I had a stylish, delicious, and enjoyable time. Lots of meat equals happiness!

My friend had the steak with rice and salad set, while I opted for the seared salmon as my main dish and vegetables with steamed chicken as the side. The restaurant was quite crowded, and it took about 20 minutes for our food to arrive. The steak was very generous in portion, served with potatoes and grilled onions, and looked very appetizing. The seared salmon was good, but the portion was a bit small with only two pieces. The avocado was also just a quarter. The steamed chicken was recommended. This place is always busy during lunchtime, and their pancakes are also popular. If you're looking for a place for Instagram-worthy photos, this restaurant might be a good choice.

It's a shop in Ikebukuro (*^^*) The plates are piled high, Hawaiian-sized! I was surprised by the amount that goes beyond satisfaction! The burger is so big that you have to open your mouth wide to take a bite, and it fills your mouth with deliciousness in one bite! The meat is juicy and the buns are delicious too. The pancakes have a wide variety, but I went for something simple after the main meal. That's why I was able to enjoy the simple deliciousness of the pancakes and was very satisfied! In fact, the butter honey might be the most delicious!

We wanted a table seat, but they were all taken, so we were seated at the counter. I chose the spare rib plate from the Hawaiian plate! There were 2 spare ribs. I started with a knife and fork, but ended up picking up the bones to eat! I was able to eat cleanly, and most importantly, it was delicious!! In addition to the main dish, the plate also had malasadas (fried bread), a tropical fruit drink, avocado and egg dish, and more☆ It was fun to try a little bit of everything♪ Although we didn't order it this time, I was also interested in the voluminous pancakes. Next time, I want to use a table seat!

The interior of the cafe has a stylish atmosphere. There are various types of pancakes, but I chose the Strawberry Cheesecake Pancake. It took a little time for the pancakes to arrive. They were topped with plenty of cream, and the cheesecake and berries added a nice touch, making it delicious. The toppings were also tasty, but the pancake itself was really good.
