I came to Shinjuku for some errands and had some time to spare, so I decided to head down from the Miraina Tower side and visit this shop to satisfy my craving for intense sweetness. Looking at past reviews, I realized it had been two years since my last visit. Just like before, I purchased the Chocolat soft serve (\648 including tax) using my Suica card. The price seems to have gone up by 100 yen compared to last time. This time, I received my order right away and went outside the shop. I used the black plastic spoon provided. Unlike last time when it was quite soft, this time it was firmer, with a thickness that clung to the spoon. This firmness hinted at the richness of the chocolate. I could taste a sweetness and acidity that went beyond just milk and sugar. In short, it's a rich chocolate soft serve from a specialty chocolate shop. Thank you for the treat.

Popular high-end chocolate shop located in Neo Maru, in front of Choro Penguin Square, near the JR Shinjuku Station South Exit. They also surprisingly offer soft serve ice cream. I ordered the Marcolini Soft (Chocolate) for 648 yen (tax included). You can eat it there, but there are no chairs. It's been 6 years since I last had it, and it still tastes so good. This soft serve ice cream is really delicious. It was so tasty. Thank you.

My husband bought Pierre Marcolini chocolates to give to his childhood friends he hadn't seen in a while, one of whom has three daughters and the other is a restaurant owner. He wanted to buy something that is not easily available outside of Tokyo to impress them. Even though my husband is not interested in chocolates (he prefers noodles and grilled offal), he brought back a large Pierre Marcolini bag, so I thought it was a gift. The small box he bought for our home cost around 2500 yen. It's quite expensive because it uses rare cocoa. The chocolates seemed even smaller than the last time I had them. When he gave them to his restaurant owner friend, he jokingly asked if my husband had feelings for him (laughs).

Shinjuku Station transfer time. I realized that I could make it in time for the departure time of the Azusa train if I quickly bought something at a store outside the ticket gate. Today, I want to eat ice cream! I remembered there was an ice cream shop at the corner, so I hurried to visit it, but it had changed to a different store. So, I headed to Pierre Marcolini as it should be there. I found it! The ice cream was displayed in cups. I hesitated between Earl Grey milk tea flavor and chocolate, but since this is a chocolatier, I chose chocolate. I placed my order, and while waiting for the product, I noticed they also had soft serve ice cream and other ice cream desserts, but considering the polite customer service and the train departure time, the cup ice cream seemed like the safest choice. The staff put it in a stylish bag for me, which made me happy. As the train departed, I opened it. Oh, the hand towel even had the brand's logo on it. The ice cream wasn't as hard as the Shinkansen's sujata ice cream, making it easy to scoop with a spoon. It was delicious. The best Pierre Marcolini product I've ever had. The chocolate had a rich flavor and depth, and the ice cream was smooth. Personally, I find Pierre Marcolini's chocolate a bit intense. I didn't find the same level of deliciousness at the Ginza cafe. I've had their raspberry and hazelnut sorbet before, but today's chocolate ice cream was better. According to their official website, Mr. Marcolini is highly regarded as a glazier (ice cream specialist) as well. I'd like to try other ice cream desserts when I have the time.

After drinking tapioca, the old man tried to go to Uniqlo, but his daughter wanted to eat the macarons here. The macarons bought were as shown in the photo. Well, they are delicious and the chocolate is also high quality, so it's worth it, even though it's expensive.

The 5-piece set was sold out due to the season, so I got a simple boxed version instead. They had larger boxed options available which was great. While I was there, I also decided to try the soft serve ice cream that I had been curious about for a while. It was on the expensive side so I had hesitated before, but today I went for it. I've always liked mix flavors since I was a kid, so I went with the mix flavor. First, I tried the vanilla. Oh, the texture was quite unique! It felt more like cream or marshmallow than ice cream. Then I tried the chocolate flavor. It was a rich chocolate taste, as expected from a chocolatier. Both flavors had a unique texture. I enjoyed them in front of the shop window!

Soft Serve Chocolate Vanilla Mix ¥648 - The rich chocolate flavor is not too sweet and delicious. I like to taste both the vanilla and chocolate. The sugar cone is not too sweet either. It's a soothing treat that slowly seeps into your tired body after walking around.

I happened to pass by a bakery, so I decided to take a look. I found a roll chocolate that seemed perfect for our household snack. It's more like a soft chocolate than a cake. Although it has a same-day expiration date, it can still be enjoyed if stored in the refrigerator and eaten the next day or the day after. In our household, it's a tradition to eat it with bananas.

I purchased a snack to eat on the spot. Pierre Marcolini is known for chocolates, but they also offer other sweets. I couldn't resist the limited edition Marcolini Financier Plain @324 Shinjuku store. It was moist and had a subtle buttery aroma that gradually filled my mouth. The smooth texture and rich almond flavor with concentrated sweetness made it a delightful treat. It paired perfectly with coffee. Limited edition items never disappoint.

I ordered the cold chocolate drink. It didn't have any ice, so I was able to enjoy the taste fully until the end without it getting diluted. The flavor was a bit bitter, like a 70% cocoa chocolate. Please note that it's not very sweet, so be aware if you're expecting something sweet.

Visited Pierre Marcolini Shinjuku store, located a 3-minute walk from the south exit of Shinjuku Station. It is on the 2nd floor of NEWoman. Arrived on a Saturday afternoon around 1 o'clock and there was no wait. Was able to pay immediately. Purchased the Marcolini Soft Chocolat for 540 yen. There is no seating inside, so took photos inside the store and enjoyed it on a bench outside. The rich soft serve ice cream combined with Marcolini's deep chocolate flavor is incredibly delicious. (This is just my personal preference...) Enjoyed every bit, including the cone, until the very end.

On a hot day, I stopped by to satisfy my craving for cold dessert. The location of Exoto is excellent. I ordered a Marcolini soft serve vanilla cone for 540 yen, topped with a Le Cœur chocolate, which I forgot to take a picture of. It was very cute with a heart shape. Looking back, I should have ordered the chocolate flavor. I look forward to trying a different flavor next time.

At Pierre Marcolini in Shinjuku Station Ekisoto, I suddenly felt like having soft serve ice cream on a hot early summer day. I chose the Vanilla & Chocolate flavor. Pierre Marcolini's soft serve ice cream is known for its delicious chocolate, but I was also drawn to the vanilla flavor this time, so I ended up getting a mix. It was a relatively hot day, so the ice cream started melting quickly and the cone disappeared in no time! The vanilla flavor had a decent amount of vanilla beans in it, and I thought this vanilla soft serve was made with a patisserie touch. Thank you for the meal.

I don't know the differences in the origins of cocoa and ingredients, but I always buy the Valentine's collection for myself every year, and this year I was able to get it for White Day! The 5-piece set includes my favorite Cool Framboise. It's a chocolate treat to enjoy when I'm tired or after a hard weekend. The chocolate cake is very chocolatey, but the pack had sticky chocolate on it which affected the appearance. ◆ Marcolini Financier 8-piece set for 2916 yen. This is a Shinjuku store exclusive Financier BOX. The "Plain" one has a fragrant almond and butter taste, while the "Chocolat" one combines hazelnuts with rich chocolate. Personally, I prefer the Plain one!

One of my favorite chocolate shops. I bought some chocolates at Newman when I went to Shinjuku. I went earlier than Valentine's Day, so there were many chocolates available at the store. Last year, when I went the day before Valentine's Day, everything was sold out, so I'm glad I went earlier this year! I chose heart-shaped chocolates and chocolates with the shop's name printed on them. I brought them to a chocolate party with my friends. The size of each chocolate is smaller compared to other shops, but they look cute and taste delicious. My friends were also pleased with them. It's a luxurious chocolate, but this year I'm going to try various chocolates!

I've always longed to eat Pierre Marcolini's bright red Christmas cake. I reserved it online and picked it up myself. I was also interested in the limited edition matte version at Hikarie. The cake I admired had a perfect combination of bitter chocolate and raspberry acidity. It was truly delightful.

Yummy! It seems to be a famous chocolate shop. I stopped by here because I heard they have soft serve ice cream. After a bit of wandering, I finally found the shop near Shinjuku Station South Exit... oh, it's actually closer to Shinjuku Expressway Bus Terminal. I quickly bought a chocolate soft serve and tried it. Wow, it's incredibly smooth! The chocolate flavor is rich and intense, yet somehow light at the same time. And it has a satisfying texture.
